1Cluster of solar active regions and onset of coronal mass ejections显示文摘round-the-clock solar observations with full-disk coverage of vector magnetograms and multi-wavelength images demonstrate that solar active regions(ARs) are ultimately connected with magnetic field. Often two or more ARs are clustered, creating a favorable magnetic environment for the onset of coronal mass ejections(CMEs). In this work, we describe a new type of magnetic complex: cluster of solar ARs. An AR cluster is referred to as the close connection of two or more ARs which are located in nearly the same latitude and a narrow span of longitude. We illustrate three examples of AR clusters, each of which has two ARs connected and formed a common dome of magnetic flux system. They are clusters of NOAA(i.e., National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) ARs 11226 & 11227, 11429 & 11430, and 11525 & 11524. In these AR clusters, CME initiations were often tied to the instability of the magnetic structures connecting two partner ARs, in the form of inter-connecting loops and/or channeling filaments between the two ARs. We show the evidence that, at least, some of the flare/CMEs in an AR cluster are not a phenomenon of a single AR, but the result of magnetic interaction in the whole AR cluster. The observations shed new light on understanding the mechanism(s) of solar activity. 12Oxygen-containing-defect-induced synergistic nonlinear optical enhancement of graphene/CdS nanohybrids under single pulse laser irradiation显示文摘Oxygen-containing defects are very important for altering the nonlinear optical (NLO) properties of graphene. To investigate the correlation between oxygen-containing defects and the synergistic NLO response in graphenebased nanocomposites, we attached CdS nanocrystals on the surface of graphene (G) and prepared G/CdS nanohybrids (NHs) consisting of various oxygen-containing functional groups via a chemical method. The NLO absorption and refraction of G/CdS NHs under single pulse laser irradiation are enhanced by 10.8 times with the concentration decrease of surface oxygen-containing groups, which might be attributed to the local field effects and synergetic effects stemming from charge transfer between the two components. However, the optical nonlinearity is decreased with further concentration decrease, which might arise from sp^2 fragment interconnection and surface defects in the NHs. The NLO absorption transformation from two-photon absorption to saturable absorption with oxygen decrease is observed, and intensity-related NLO absorption and refraction in NHs are also discussed. 13The molecular orientation of PNB A on silver nanoparticles显示文摘The molecular orientations of p-nitrobenzoic acid (PNBA) on the surface of silver nanoparticles and silver mirror have been investigated by using surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) and UV-visible absorption spectroscopy. In the mixed system of silver colloid/PNBA/ethanol, the orientation of PNBA on silver nanoparticles remarkably different from that on silver mirror was observed, and it mainly resulted from the cooperation effect of the adsorption to surface active sites on silver under the pressure of aqueous molecules. 15Enzymatic properties and inhibition tolerance analysis of key enzymes inβ-phenylethanol anabolic pathway of Saccharomyces cerevisiae HJ显示文摘Huangjiu is known for its unique aroma,primarily attributed to its high concentration ofβ-phenylethanol(ranging from 40 to 130 mg/L).Phenylalanine aminotransferase Aro9p and phenylpyruvate decarboxylase Aro10p are key enzymes in theβ-phenylethanol synthetic pathway of Saccharomyces cerevisiae^(HJ).This study examined the enzymatic properties of these two enzymes derived from S.cerevisiae^(HJ)and^(S288C).After substrate docking,Aro9p^(HJ)(-24.05 kJ/mol)and Aro10p^(HJ)(-14.33 kJ/mol)exhibited lower binding free energies compared to Aro9p^(S288C)(-21.93 kJ/mol)and Aro10p^(S288C)(-12.84 kJ/mol).ARO9 and ARO10 genes were heterologously expressed in E.coli BL21.Aro9p,which was purified via affinity chromatography,showed inhibition by L-phenylalanine(L-PHE),but the reaction rate Vmax(Aro9p^(HJ):23.89μmol⋅(min·g)^(-1)>Aro9p^(S288C):21.3μmol⋅(min·g)^(-1))and inhibition constant Ki values(Aro9p^(HJ):0.28 mol L^(-1)>Aro9p^(S288C)0.26 mol L^(-1))indicated that Aro9p from S.cerevisiae^(HJ)was more tolerant to substrate stress during Huangjiu fermentation.In the presence of the same substrate phenylpyruvate(PPY),Aro10p^(HJ)exhibited a stronger affinity than Aro10p^(S288C).Furthermore,Aro9p^(HJ)and Aro10p^(HJ)were slightly more tolerant to the final metabolitesβ-phenylethanol and ethanol,respectively,compared to those from^(S288C).The study suggests that the mutations in Aro9p^(HJ)and Aro10p^(HJ)may contribute to the increasedβ-phenylethanol concentration in Huangjiu.This is the first study investigating enzyme tolerance mechanisms in terms of substrate and product,providing a theoretical basis for the regulation of theβ-phenylethanol metabolic pathway.Qilin Yang Shuangping Liu Yuzong Zhao Xiao Han Rui Chang Jian Mao 2023Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2023,8,4:0
16HYDROFORMYLATION OF ETHYLENE CATALYZED BY HOMOGENEOUS METAL CLUSTERS显示文摘This paper deals with a study of hydroformylation of ethylene catalyzed by homoge-neous metal clusters.〔PhCH2Me3N〕〔FeCo3(CO)12〕and〔PhCH2Me3N〕〔RuCO3(CO)12〕show high catalytic activity for the hydroform ylation of ethylene compared with YCCo3(CO)9,CO4(CO)10(PPh)2,Co2(CO)6(PBu3)2,and Fe2(CO)4(C5H5)2.The reacton rate ofheteronuclear clusters is faster than that with homonuclear clusters.The effect of tempera-ture and pressure on hydroformylation of ethylene with〔PhCH2Me3〕〔FeCo3(CO)12〕ascatalyst was studied.The experimental results.show that the conversion of ethylene exceeds90% with a selectivity up to 95% at temperature 130℃ and pressure 3.9 MPa.When studiedwith high pressure in situ infrared spectroscopic method,PhCCo3(CO)9 was found to havehigher thermostability than 〔PhCH2Me3N〕〔FeCo3(CO)12〕.Fu Hongxiang, Luo Yuzong , Zhang Shuwei, Ren Xu (Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Lanzhou, China) 1989分子催化1989,3,S1:0
