1A Rapid Marine Regression in the Southwestern Tarim Basin in the Latest Cretaceous:Comparison of Two Different Evaporitic Sequences in the Yarkand Basin,Xinjiang Province,China显示文摘Two different evaporitic sequences occurred in the latest Cretaceous-Early Paleocene in Yarkand Basin,southwestern Tarim Basin,Xinjiang Province,China:one is characterized by poor gypsum and some small,lenticularshaped halite layers in the Tuyiluoke Formation of the latest Cretaceous,the other is characterized by very thick gypsum and halite layers in the Aertashen Formation of the early Paleocene.In the early developmental stage of the Tuyiluoke Formation,the Yarkand ancient saline lake was a long,strip-shaped depression,NW-SE oriented,along the West Kunlun piedmont,with its eastern boundary to the line along bores Ys1-T1-Ks101,the concentrated center located in the area of borehole S1.In the later developmental stage,the depositional scope was shifted inch by inch to the NW of this saline lake,forming a triangular depositional area,with apices at boreholes Wx1,Ak2 and S1,the concentrated center of the saline lake gradually migrating from borehole S1 region to the northwestern area of the lake,developing four small,evaporatedconcentrated sub-depressions,depositing lenticular-shaped halite.In the early Paleocene,the ancient saline lake was stretched from the West Kunlun piedmont in the west,to the Markit slope in the east,from the South Tianshan piedmont in the north,to the Hotan area in the south,accompanied by giant thicknesses of halite and large-scale gypsum layers,mainly interbedded with limestone in the Aertashen Formation.The evaporites in the latest Cretaceous-early Paleocene were controlled by the marine transgression-regression geological background in the Yarkand Basin.Generally,integrated evaporitic depositional sequences,such as clasolite-gypsum-halite-potash,usually occur in the presence of persistent seawater through evaporation,but this is not the case in the Tuyiluoke Formation.In contrast,very thick gypsum layers are common in the early Paleocene.Typically,adequate mineral sources for evaporites are found within seawater,such as in large basins undergoing long-term marine transgression-regression cycles,where adequate seawater remains,even though the basin was going through a marine regression stage.In the latest Cretaceous,thin gypsum layers indicate a lack of mineral sources.In contrast,the early Paleocene has far larger evaporites,both in width and thickness.This suggests a short-term marine regression stage must have occurred during the spatiotemporal evolution of the evaporites in the latest Cretaceous-Early Paleocene in the basin,meaning that a rapid marine regressive episode has been identified at the end of the Cretaceous.CAO Yangtong ZENG Changmin ZHANG Liang ZHU Lichun 2021Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,5:1
2Summary of technology for a comprehensive geophysical exploration of gold mine in North China Craton显示文摘The North China Craton is the oldest continental block,and has suffered from large-scale lithospheric thinning and destruction,which in turn led to gold deposits in northern China.The decratonic gold deposits in the North China Craton became the most important gold deposits in China,and geophysical methods are key means to detect and discover gold deposits there.In this paper,based on the geological and petrophysical characteristics of the North China Craton,the geological model of the decratonic gold deposits is transformed into a geophysical model.At present,two methods of geophysical exploration of decratonic gold deposits are in use:rapid and efficient exploration on the scale of the ore concentration area,and large depth exploration on the scale of the deposit area.In detail,the airborne electromagnetic,magnetic and gravity methods are used to detect the shallow(1,500 m)anomaly area on the scale of the ore concentration area.Through the ground-controlled source electromagnetic and ground magnetotelluric methods,explorations for targets at significant depth(5,000 m)are carried out in the mining area.Then,taking the Liaodong ore concentration area as an example,geophysical methods are used to discover two prospecting areas around the Jianshanzi Fault in the Qingchengzi ore concentration area,Baiyun-Xiaotongjiapuzi deep prospecting area,and Qingchengzi deep prospecting area.Next,three prospecting areas are delineated around the Jixingou Fault in the Wulong mining area,Wulong deep prospecting area,Weishagou deep prospecting area,and Chang’an deep prospecting area.The anomalies in the ore concentration area and mining area are revealed by means of three-dimensional exploration methods,thereby providing technical support for the exploration of metal minerals such as decratonic gold deposits.Qingyun DI Guoqiang XUE Da LEI Qingdong ZENG Changmin FU Zhiguo AN 2021Science China Earth Sciences2021,64,9:0
3Migration of paleo-uplift in southwestern Tarim Basin and its implications for orogenesis and reservoir development, NW China显示文摘Based on well horizon calibration,the typical seismic profiles in southwestern Tarim Basin were interpreted systematically,regional geological sections were established,and the regional denudation thickness of each tectonic period was restored.On this basis,the plane morphology maps of ancient structures of the Cambrian pre-salt dolomites in different periods were compiled,and the spatial distribution,development,evolution and migration of paleo-uplift in the late Early Paleozoic were analyzed.In the late Early Paleozoic,there existed a unified regional paleo-uplift widely distributed in southwestern Tarim Basin,which is called the southwestern Tarim plaeo-uplift.The“Tarim SW paleo-uplift”and“Hetian paleo-uplift”proposed in previous literatures are not independent,but the result of the spatio-temporal migration and evolution of the southwestern Tarim paleo-uplift identified in this paper.The southwestern Tarim paleo-uplift emerged at the end of Middle Ordovician,and took its initial shape with increased amplitude in the Late Ordovician.During the Silurian,the southwestern Tarim paleo-uplift rose steadily and expanded rapidly to the east,incorporating Pishan-Hetian and other areas,with the structural high locating in the Pishan-Hetian area.During the Devonian,the southwestern Tarim paleo-uplift began to shrink gradually,to a limited range in the Pishan-Hetian area in the southern part of the basin.During the Carboniferous,the southwestern Tarim paleo-uplift became an underwater uplift,that is,the paleo-uplift gradually died out.The southwestern Tarim paleo-uplift belongs to the forebulge of the southwestern Tarim foreland basin in the late Early Paleozoic,and its formation and evolution are related to the early Paleozoic orogeny of the West Kunlun orogenic belt in the south of the Tarim Basin.The migration of the southwestern Tarim paleo-uplift from the northwestern part of the southwestern Tarim Basin to the Pishan-Hetian area indicates the early Paleozoic orogenic process of the West Kunlun orogenic belt,which started in the western section at the end of Middle Ordovician and extended from west to east in a“scissor”style.The migration and evolution of the southwestern Tarim paleo-uplift controlled the development of unconformities at the end of Middle Ordovician,the end of Late Ordovician,and the end of Middle Devonian,and the spatial distribution of dissolved fracture-cave reservoirs in weathered crust below the unconformities in the southwest of Tarim Basin.The migration of the structural high of the southwestern Tarim paleo-uplift also played an important role in controlling the development of dissolved fracture-cave reservoirs in weathered crust.YAN Jiakai CHEN Hanlin CHENG Xiaogan CHEN Yongquan ZENG Changmin CHEN Cai WU Hongxiang 2023Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,1:0
4Dynamic expression of Wnt signaling molecules and stem-cell marker CK15 in the growth cycle of rat whisker hair follicles显示文摘Objective To investigate the distribution and dynamic changes of both Wnt signaling molecules and CK15 throughoutthe three phases of the follicular cycle,and to explore the relationship between Wnt/β-catenin signaling and CK15 in rat whisker hair follicle(HF)growth cycles.Methods Hematoxylin-Eosin(HE)and immunofluorescence stains were used to characterize the expression patterns,including sites and levels of some representative proteins of both canonical and non-canonical Wnt signaling molecules,as well as HF epithelial stem cell marker CK15.Results The expression patterns of bothβ-catenin and Wnt5a were correlated with that of CK15.CK15 was only expressed in anagen.In catagen,β-catenin showed a massive depletion while Wnt5a noticeably increased.In telogen,high level expression ofβ-catenin and low level of Wnt5a were detected.Wnt10b and TCF3 were detected during the entire HF growth cycle.Conclusion These results suggest that Wnt5a is associated with the transition of anagen-catagen phase,accompanied by broad deletion ofβ-catenin and loss of CK15.WntlOb is important for the maintenance of HF activity and is related to the telogenanagen transition.陈泽鑫 Lin Chun Huang Jia Zeng Qingxiang Lin Jiali Lin Yingwen Yuan Yanping Cai Bozhi Lin Changmin 2017中国组织化学与细胞化学杂志2017,26,1:0
