| 1 | Reservoir differences and formation mechanisms in the Ke-Bai overthrust belt,northwestern margin of the Junggar Basin,China显示文摘There are some differences in reservoir quality of clastic rock between the hanging wall and the foot wall of the Ke-Bai overthrust belt,northwestern margin of the Junggar Basin,western China,which affect the effi cient petroleum exploration in this highly mature exploration area. Based on a large number of thin-sections,cast thin-sections,and physical property analysis of cores,we systematically discuss the Permian-Jurassic reservoir differences between the hanging wall and the foot wall of the Ke-Bai overthrust fault from the aspects of structural evolution,time-space distribution of the depositional system,diagenesis characteristics,and reservoir quality and analyzed the reasons for the differences in reservoir properties. The overthrusting of the Ke-Bai fault directly results in different burial histories,diagenesis evolution,and porosity evolution between the hanging wall and the foot wall. The differences of reservoir characteristics are mainly embodied in buried depth,grain size,sedimentary facies,diagenetic stage,and reservoir quality. The analysis results showed that burial history and depositional characteristics controlled by overthrusting are direct influencing factors of reservoir differences. Because of shallow burial depth of the hanging wall,the reservoir compaction is weak and primary pores are preserved well. The porosity of reservoir on the hanging wall is generally 10%-25%. The strata on the foot wall are deeply buried,and there are mainly mixed pores with the average porosity of 5%-20%. | 2 | Combined community ecology and floristics,a synthetic study on the upper montane evergreen broad-leaved forests in Yunnan,southwestern China显示文摘The upper montane evergreen broad-leaved forest in Yunnan occurs mainly in the zone of persistent cloud and has a discontinuous,island-like,distribution.It is diverse,rich in endemic species,and likely to be sensitive to climate change.Six 1-ha sampling plots were established across the main distribution area of the upper montane evergreen broad-leaved forest in Yunnan.All trees with d.b.h.>1 cm in each plot were identified.Patterns of seed plant distributions were quantified at the specific,generic and family levels.The forests are dominated by the families Fagaceae,Lauraceae,Theaceae and Magnoliaceae,but are very diverse with only a few species shared between sites.Floristic similarities at the family and generic level were high,but they were low at the specific level,with species complementarity between plots.Diversity varied greatly among sites,with greater species richness and more rare species in western Yunnan than central Yunnan.The flora is dominated by tropical biogeographical elements,mainly the pantropic and the tropical Asian distributions at the family and genus levels.In contrast,at the species level,the flora is dominated by the southwest or the southeast China distributions,including Yunnan endemics.This suggests that the flora of the upper montane forest in Yunnan could have a tropical floristic origin,and has adapted to cooler temperatures with the uplift of the Himalayas.Due to great sensitivity to climate,high endemism and species complementarity,as well as the discontinuous,island-like,distribution patterns of the upper montane forest in Yunnan,the regional conservation of the forest is especially needed. | Hua Zhu Yong Chai Shisun Zhou Lichun Yan Jipu Shi Guoping Yang | 2016 | Plant Diversity2016,38,6: | 6 |

To address these challenges, effects of Fsubstitution on the structure and electrochemical performance of Na Ni_(0.4)Mn_(0.25)Ti_(0.3)Co_(0.05)O_(2) are investigated in this article. The F-substitution leads to expanding of interlayer, which can enhance the mobility of Na+. NaNi_(0.4)Mn_(0.25)Ti_(0.3)Co_(0.05)O_(1.92)F_(0.08)(NMTC-F_(0.08)) with the optimal F-substitution degree exhibits much improved rate capability and cyclic stability. It delivers reversible capacities of 177 and 97 m Ah g^(-1) at 0.05 and 5 C within 2.0–4.4 V, respectively. Galvanostatic intermittent titration technique verifies faster kinetics of Na+diffusion in NMTC-F_(0.08). And in-situ XRD investigation reveals the phase evolution of NMTC-F_(0.08), indicating enhanced structural stability results from F-substitution. | 9 | Particulate matter assessment of a wetland in Beijing显示文摘To increase the knowledge on the particulate matter of a wetland in Beijing, an experimental study on the concentration and composition of PM10 and PM2.5was implemented in Beijing Olympic Forest Park from 2013 to 2014. This study analyzed the meteorological factors and deposition fluxes at different heights and in different periods in the wetlands. The results showed that the mean mass concentrations of PM10 and PM2.5were the highest at 06:00–09:00 and the lowest at 15:00–18:00. And the annual concentration of PM10 and PM2.5in the wetland followed the order of dry period(winter) > normal water period(spring and autumn) > wet period(summer), with the concentration in the dry period significantly higher than that in the normal water and wet periods. The chemical composition of PM2.5in the wetlands included NH4+, K+, Na+, Mg2+, SO42-, NO3-, and Cl-, which respectively accounted for 12.7%, 1.0%, 0.8%, 0.7%, 46.6%, 33.2%, and 5.1% of the average annual composition. The concentration of PM10 and PM2.5in the wetlands had a significant positive correlation with relative humidity, a negative correlation with wind speed, and an insignificant negative correlation with temperature and radiation. | 10 | A Rapid Marine Regression in the Southwestern Tarim Basin in the Latest Cretaceous:Comparison of Two Different Evaporitic Sequences in the Yarkand Basin,Xinjiang Province,China显示文摘Two different evaporitic sequences occurred in the latest Cretaceous-Early Paleocene in Yarkand Basin,southwestern Tarim Basin,Xinjiang Province,China:one is characterized by poor gypsum and some small,lenticularshaped halite layers in the Tuyiluoke Formation of the latest Cretaceous,the other is characterized by very thick gypsum and halite layers in the Aertashen Formation of the early Paleocene.In the early developmental stage of the Tuyiluoke Formation,the Yarkand ancient saline lake was a long,strip-shaped depression,NW-SE oriented,along the West Kunlun piedmont,with its eastern boundary to the line along bores Ys1-T1-Ks101,the concentrated center located in the area of borehole S1.In the later developmental stage,the depositional scope was shifted inch by inch to the NW of this saline lake,forming a triangular depositional area,with apices at boreholes Wx1,Ak2 and S1,the concentrated center of the saline lake gradually migrating from borehole S1 region to the northwestern area of the lake,developing four small,evaporatedconcentrated sub-depressions,depositing lenticular-shaped halite.In the early Paleocene,the ancient saline lake was stretched from the West Kunlun piedmont in the west,to the Markit slope in the east,from the South Tianshan piedmont in the north,to the Hotan area in the south,accompanied by giant thicknesses of halite and large-scale gypsum layers,mainly interbedded with limestone in the Aertashen Formation.The evaporites in the latest Cretaceous-early Paleocene were controlled by the marine transgression-regression geological background in the Yarkand Basin.Generally,integrated evaporitic depositional sequences,such as clasolite-gypsum-halite-potash,usually occur in the presence of persistent seawater through evaporation,but this is not the case in the Tuyiluoke Formation.In contrast,very thick gypsum layers are common in the early Paleocene.Typically,adequate mineral sources for evaporites are found within seawater,such as in large basins undergoing long-term marine transgression-regression cycles,where adequate seawater remains,even though the basin was going through a marine regression stage.In the latest Cretaceous,thin gypsum layers indicate a lack of mineral sources.In contrast,the early Paleocene has far larger evaporites,both in width and thickness.This suggests a short-term marine regression stage must have occurred during the spatiotemporal evolution of the evaporites in the latest Cretaceous-Early Paleocene in the basin,meaning that a rapid marine regressive episode has been identified at the end of the Cretaceous. | CAO Yangtong ZENG Changmin ZHANG Liang ZHU Lichun | 2021 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,5: | 1 |

Trilateration is presented to obtain three-dimensional coordinate for tracking feed focus cabin. Every three total stations chase prism movement to be attached on feed focus cabin and the prism position is determined from the measured distances based on the principle of trilateration. Therefore,feed position is determined from three prisms on the focus cabin. This study is to assess the accuracy and reliability of trilateration calculation on tracking focus cabin of FAST. Different arrangement of total stations on trilateration is theoretically studied. Through experiment,the proposed method shows that the accuracy is better than that of the polar coordinate measurement. | 16 | Anti-tumor Effect and Mechanism of Pratia Extract on H22 Tumor-bearing Mice显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the inhibitory effect of pratia extract on H22 tumor-bearing mice and the effects on immune organs.[Methods]With the application of H22 liver tumor-bearing mice as an animal model,the animals were divided into such three Pratia extract groups as the high,medium and low dose groups(400,200 and 100 mg/kg)and cyclophosphamide CTX group(20 mg/kg).15 d after the administration,the animals were killed by cervical dislocation,and the tumors,thymuses and spleens were taken and weighed,followed by the calculation of the tumor inhibitory rate and the thymus and spleen index,and the serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-2(IL-2)levels were determined by ELISA assay.[Results]The inhibitory rates were 54.1,32.6 and 8.2%,respectively,and there were significant differences from the model group(P<0.05);and the spleen index of the tumor-bearing mice was reduced,while the thymus index was improved.The serological results showed that the drug-administrated groups significantly improved the IL-2 levels in the tumor-bearing mice,but had no effects on TNF-α.[Conclusions]Pratia extract has an antitumor effect on H22 tumor-bearing mice,and show certain dose-effect relationship,and its mechanism may be related to enhancing the immune function in tumor-bearing mice by regulating IL-2. | Lichun ZHAO Yufeng LI Wenxue ZHU Wei LI | 2019 | Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,4: | 0 |
