| 1 | The dynamic responses of lamellar and equiaxed nearβ-Ti alloys subjected to multi-pass cross rolling显示文摘This work gives a comparison on the microstructural characteristics,textural discrepancies,and twinning behaviors of lamellar and equiaxed nearβ-Ti alloys during multi-pass cross rolling with a rolling reduction of 20%,50%and 80%.The results showed that the restoration mechanism of the alloy inβphase is strongly dependent on theαmorphologies,and in comparison,strain path has weaker influences on the grain refinement of theβmatrix.Therefore,the texture intensities of bothαandβphases were weakened owing to the dynamic recrystallization(DRX)of the two phases in the equiaxed microstructure.While,with regard to the lamellar microstructure,dynamic recovery(DRV)of theβphase predominated,forming elongatedβsubgrains.Besides,theαandβmatrix in lamellar microstructures obeyed the Burgers orientation relationship,which was gradually broken down until the final reduction.Lastly,the{1101}twinning exhibits a strong size effect.With the continuous DRX ofαphases,theα-twinning is suppressed owing to progressive grain refinement.The activation ofβ-twinning,namely{332}?113?and{112}?111?,in nearβ-Ti alloys is heavily dependent on the deficientβ-stabilizing elements and the local stress concentration.These findings provide an effective way to obtain ultra-fine grain microstructures of this alloy. | Wei Chen Hande Wang Y.C.Lin Xiaoyong Zhang Chao Chen Yaping Lv Kechao Zhou | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020，36，8： | 3 |
| 2 | Few-layer MoS2 grown by chemical vapor deposition as a passive Q-switcher for tunable erbium-doped fiber lasers显示文摘We report an erbium-doped fiber laser passively Q-switched by a few-layer molybdenum disulfide(MoS2) saturable absorber(SA).The few-layer MoS2 is grown by the chemical vapor deposition method and transferred onto the end-face of a fiber connector to form a fiber-compatible MoS2 SA.The laser cavity is constructed by using a three-port optical circulator and a fiber Bragg grating(FBG) as the two end-mirrors.Stable Q-switched pulses are obtained with a pulse duration of 1.92 μs at 1560.5 nm.By increasing the pump power from 42 to 204 mW,the pulse repetition rate can be widely changed from 28.6 to 114.8 kHz.Passive Q-switching operations with discrete lasing wavelengths ranging from 1529.8 to 1570.1 nm are also investigated by using FBGs with different central wavelengths.This work demonstrates that few-layer MoS2 can serve as a promising SA for wideband-tunable Q-switching laser operation. | Handing Xia Heping Li Changyong Lan Chun Li Jinbo Du Shangjian Zhang Yong Liu | 2015 | Photonics Research2015，3，3： | 2 |
| 3 | Removing the impact of wind direction on remote sensing of sea surface salinity显示文摘Using the small-slope approximation model of microwave emission of rough sea surface, the impacts of sea surface wind on brightness tem- perature variations generated by the surface rough- ness, i.e. ?Th,v, are investigated. Here ?T denotes the brightness temperature variation, and “h” and “v” denote the horizontal and vertical polarizations re- spectively. ?Th,v has a linear relation with wind speed, sea surface temperature (SST) and sea surface sa- linity (SSS) respectively. Further more, the impact of wind direction on SSS retrieval, under small inci- dence angles, can be removed by calculating (?Th+?Tv).
