| 1 | Recent advances in anode materials for potassium-ion batteries:A review显示文摘Potassium-ion batteries(PIBs)are appealing alternatives to conventional lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)because of their wide potential window,fast ionic conductivity in the electrolyte,and reduced cost.However,PIBs suffer from sluggish K+reaction kinetics in electrode materials,large volume expansion of electroactive materials,and the unstable solid electrolyte interphase.Various strategies,especially in terms of electrode design,have been proposed to address these issues.In this review,the recent progress on advanced anode materials of PIBs is systematically discussed,ranging from the design principles,and nanoscale fabrication and engineering to the structure-performance relationship.Finally,the remaining limitations,potential solutions,and possible research directions for the development of PIBs towards practical applications are presented.This review will provide new insights into the lab development and real-world applications of PIBs. | Lianbo Ma Yaohui Lv Junxiong Wu Chuan Xia Qi Kang Yizhou Zhang Hanfeng Liang Zhong Jin | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,12: | 6 |
| 2 | Crop positioning for robotic intra-row weeding based on machine vision显示文摘A machine-vision-based method of locating crops is described in this research.This method was used to provide real-time positional information of crop plants for a mechanical intra-row weeding robot.Within the normalized red,green,and blue chromatic coordinates(rgb),a modified excess green feature(g-r>T&g-b>T)was used to segment plant material from back ground in color images.The threshold T was automatically selected by the maximum variance(OTSU)algorithm to cope with variable natural light.Taking into account the geometry of the camera arrangement and the crop row spacing,the target regions covering the crop rows were defined based on a pinhole camera model.According to the statistical variation in the pixel histogram in each target region,locations of the crop plants were initially estimated.To obtain the accurate locations of crops,median filtering was conducted locally in the bounding boxes of the crops close to the bottom of the images.For the lateral guidance of the robot,a novel method of calculating lateral offset was proposed based on a simplified match between a template and the detected crops.Field experiments were conducted under three different illumination conditions.The results showed that the accurate identification rates on lettuce,cauliflower and maize were all above 95%.The positional error as within±15 mm,and the average processing time for a 640×480 image was 31 ms.The method was adequate to meet the technical requirement of the weeding robot,and laid a foundation for robotic weeding in commercial production system. | Li Nan Zhang Chunlong Chen Ziwen Ma Zenghong Sun Zhe Yuan Ting Li Wei Zhang Junxiong | 2015 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,6: | 4 |
| 3 | Direct and green repairing of degraded LiCoO_(2) for reuse in lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Traditional recycling processes of LiCoO_(2) rely on destructive decomposition,requiring high-temperature roasting or acid leaching to extract valuable Li and Co,which have significant environmental and economic concerns.Herein,a direct repairing method for degraded LiCoO_(2) using a LiCl–CH_(4)N_(2)O deep eutectic solvent(DES)was established.The DES is not used to dissolve LiCoO_(2) but directly serves as a carrier for the selective replenishment of lithium and cobalt.Replenishment of lithium restores LiCoO_(2) at different states of charge to a capacity of 130 m Ah/g(at 0.1 C rate),while replenishing the cobalt increases the capacity retention rate of 90%after 100 cycles,which is comparable to pristine LiCoO_(2).The DES is collected and reused multiple times with a high repair efficiency.This process reduces energy consumption by 37.1%and greenhouse gas emissions by 34.8%compared with the current production process of LiCoO_(2),demonstrating excellent environmental and economic viability. | Junxiong Wang Qi Zhang Jinzhi Sheng Zheng Liang Jun Ma Yuanmao Chen Guangmin Zhou Hui-Ming Cheng | 2022 | National Science Review2022,9,8: | 4 |
| 4 | Feature extraction of jujube fruit wrinkle based on the watershed segmentation显示文摘The degree of surface wrinkles on a dried jujube fruit(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.)is an important quality grading criterion.The aim of this research was to propose an image processing method based on the watershed segmentation to extract the wrinkle features of jujube fruits.Original images of jujube fruit taken under cyan light were transformed into grayscale images.The noise in these images was then removed by morphological reconstruction.The H-minima extended transformation was used to label the foreground of jujube fruit images after reconstruction,and the labeled foreground regions were segmented by a distance transform-based watershed algorithm.Then,the grayscale images were filtered with a local range filter.The segmentation function was obtained using the minima imposition method.Finally,a watershed segmentation was used to extract the wrinkle features of jujube fruits.Experiments on 304 images of jujube fruit showed that the accuracy of wrinkle-based grading obtained by the algorithm was 92.11%,which proved that this method could be used to classify jujube wrinkles. | Zhang Junxiong Ma Qingqing Li Wei Xiao Tingting | 2017 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,4: | 2 |

| 6 | Detection method for the cucumber robotic grasping pose in clutter scenarios via instance segmentation显示文摘The application of robotic grasping for agricultural products pushes automation in agriculture-related industries.Cucumber,a common vegetable in greenhouses and supermarkets,often needs to be grasped from a cluttered scene.In order to realize efficient grasping in cluttered scenes,a fully automatic cucumber recognition,grasping,and palletizing robot system was constructed in this paper.The system adopted Yolact++deep learning network to segment cucumber instances.An early fusion method of F-RGBD was proposed,which increases the algorithm's discriminative ability for these appearance-similar cucumbers at different depths,and at different occlusion degrees.The results of the comparative experiment of the F-RGBD dataset and the common RGB dataset on Yolact++prove the positive effect of the F-RGBD fusion method.Its segmentation masks have higher quality,are more continuous,and are less false positive for prioritizing-grasping prediction.Based on the segmentation result,a 4D grab line prediction method was proposed for cucumber grasping.And the cucumber detection experiment in cluttered scenarios is carried out in the real world.The success rate is 93.67%and the average sorting time is 9.87 s.The effectiveness of the cucumber segmentation and grasping pose acquisition method is verified by experiments. | Fan Zhang Zeyu Hou Jin Gao Junxiong Zhang Xue Deng | 2023 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,6: | 0 |

| 8 | Analysis of moisture and total sugar content of Huizao based on surface images显示文摘Moisture and total sugar content are two important internal qualities of Huizao.In order to explore their correlation with external qualities,a novel method of moisture and total sugar content analysis was proposed based on surface images.Firstly,five geometric features and seven texture features of Huizao were obtained to be the external quality indexes by digital image processing technology.Secondly,the wrinkle degree as an important index was extracted by marked watershed segmentation algorithm.According to the external quality the Huizao samples were grouped,and the moisture and total sugar content were determined through physical and chemical methods.Lastly,the moisture and total sugar content and twelve external indexes were all processed by step discriminatory analysis.Meanwhile,the regression models of moisture content with short diameter,contrast,and wrinkle degree and total sugar with wrinkle degree were established.The coefficients of the model were 0.9992 and 0.9978 respectively,and all the significance was less than 0.01,which show that the regression equation and regression coefficient effect are highly significant.The results indicate that the moisture and total sugar content of Huizao are greatly correlated with the wrinkle degree.The moisture and total sugar content are the highest when the wrinkle degree is at 2 to 3 grade,and they decrease gradually with the wrinkle degree increasing.Moisture content shows positive correlation with the size of Huizao.The results of model analysis agree well with the experimental results,which can provide valuable reference for improving Huizao grade diversity. | Junxiong Zhang Qingqing Ma Fen He Feng Qu Wei Li | 2018 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,4: | 0 |
