| 1 | Analysis on internal mechanism of zedoary turmeric in treatment of liver cancer based on pharmacodynamic substances and pharmacodynamic groups显示文摘Zedoary tumeric(Curcumae Rhizoma,Ezhu in Chinese)has a long history of application and has great potential in the treatment of liver cancer.The antiliver cancer effect of zedoary tumeric depends on the combined action of multiple pharmacodynamic substances.In order to clarify the specific mechanism of zedoary tumeric against liver cancer,this paper first analyzes the mechanism of its single pharmacodynamic substance against liver cancer,and then verifies the joint anti liver cancer mechanism of its“pharmacodynamic group”.By searching the research on the antihepatoma effect of active components of zedoary tumeric in recent years,we found that pharmacodynamic substances,including curcumol,zedoarondiol,curcumenol,curzerenone,curdione,curcumin,germacrone,β-elemene,can act on multi-target and multi-channel to play an antihepatoma role.For example,curcumin can regulate miR,GLO1,CD133,VEGF,YAP,LIN28B,GPR81,HCAR-1,P53 and PI3K/Akt/mTOR,HSP70/TLR4 and NF-κB.Wnt/TGF/EMT,Nrf2/Keap1,JAK/STAT and other pathways play an antihepatoma role.Network pharmacological analysis showed that the core targets of the“pharmacodynamic group”for anti-life cancer are AKT1,EGFR,MAPK8,etc,and the core pathways are neuroactive live receiver interaction,nitrogen metabolism,HIF-1 signaling pathway,etc.At the same time,by comparing and analyzing the relationship between the specific mechanisms of pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”,it is found that they have great reference significance in target,pathway,biological function,determination of core pharmacodynamic components,formation of core target protein interaction,in-depth research of single pharmacodynamic substance,increasing curative effect and so on.By analyzing the internal mechanism of zedoary tumeric pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”in the treatment of liver cancer,this paper intends to provide some ideas and references for the deeper pharmacological research of zedoary tumeric and the relationship between pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”. | Zeyu Li Erwei Hao Rui Cao Si Lin Linghui Zou Tianyan Huang Zhengcai Du Xiaotao Hou Jiagang Deng | 2022 | Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,4: | 2 |
| 2 | Cooling effect of ballast revetment on the roadbed of Qinghai-Tibetan Railway显示文摘The data obtained through the roadbed surface thermal regime experiment (ROBSTREX), which was carried out at Beiluhe test section of Qinghai-Tibetan Railway from October to December in 2002, were used to estimate the cooling effect of ballast revetment on the roadbed. The results show that both riprap rock ballast revetment and crushed stone ballast revetment can reduce the temperature of the roadbed. But the cooling effect of riprap rock ballast revetment is better than that of crushed stone ballast revetment when the temperature of roadbed is higher. The cooling effect of crushed stone ballast revetment is better than that of riprap rock ballast revetment when the temperature of the roadbed is lower, especially at deeper roadbed layers. | 3 | Detection method for the cucumber robotic grasping pose in clutter scenarios via instance segmentation显示文摘The application of robotic grasping for agricultural products pushes automation in agriculture-related industries.Cucumber,a common vegetable in greenhouses and supermarkets,often needs to be grasped from a cluttered scene.In order to realize efficient grasping in cluttered scenes,a fully automatic cucumber recognition,grasping,and palletizing robot system was constructed in this paper.The system adopted Yolact++deep learning network to segment cucumber instances.An early fusion method of F-RGBD was proposed,which increases the algorithm's discriminative ability for these appearance-similar cucumbers at different depths,and at different occlusion degrees.The results of the comparative experiment of the F-RGBD dataset and the common RGB dataset on Yolact++prove the positive effect of the F-RGBD fusion method.Its segmentation masks have higher quality,are more continuous,and are less false positive for prioritizing-grasping prediction.Based on the segmentation result,a 4D grab line prediction method was proposed for cucumber grasping.And the cucumber detection experiment in cluttered scenarios is carried out in the real world.The success rate is 93.67%and the average sorting time is 9.87 s.The effectiveness of the cucumber segmentation and grasping pose acquisition method is verified by experiments. | Fan Zhang Zeyu Hou Jin Gao Junxiong Zhang Xue Deng | 2023 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,6: | 0 |
| 4 | Enhancing electrochemical conversion of lithium polysulfide by 1T-rich MoSe_(2) nanosheets for high performance lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘The sluggish conversion kinetics and shuttle effect of lithium polysulfides(LiPSs)severely hamper the commercialization of lithium-sulfur batteries.Numerous electrocatalysts have been used to address these issues,amongst which,transition metal dichalcogenides have shown excellent catalytic performance in the study of lithium-sulfur batteries.Note that dichalcogenides in different phases have different catalytic properties,and such catalytic materials in different phases have a prominent impact on the performance of lithium-sulfur batteries.Herein,1T-phase rich MoSe_(2)(T-MoSe_(2))nanosheets are synthesized and used to catalyze the conversion of LiPSs.Compared with the 2H-phase rich MoSe_(2)(H-MoSe_(2))nanosheets,the T-MoSe_(2) nanosheets significantly accelerate the liquid phase transformation of LiPSs and the nucleation process of Li2S.In-situ Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)find that T-MoSe_(2) effectively captures LiPSs through the formation of Mo-S and Li-Se bonds,and simultaneously achieves fast catalytic conversion of LiPSs.The lithium-sulfur batteries with T-MoSe_(2) functionalized separators display a fantastic rate performance of 770.1 mAh/g at 3 C and wonderful cycling stability,with a capacity decay rate as low as 0.065%during 400 cycles at 1 C.This work offers a novel perspective for the rational design of selenide electrocatalysts in lithium-sulfur chemistry. | Ruilong Li Zhe Bai Wensuo Hou Zeyu Wu Pingli Feng Yu Bai Kening Sun Zhenhua Wang | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,11: | 0 |
| 5 | A survey of emergency blunt urethral injury management in China:Reality versus guidelines显示文摘Background:Although urethral trauma may lead to serious consequences if mismanaged,treatment concepts are inconsistent.We designed a survey to investigate the current diagnosis and management of emergency blunt urethral trauma to aid future dissemination of relevant concepts.Methods:A 15‐item anonymous questionnaire was distributed via an online platform.It addressed items such as the cognition of how to diagnose of urethral trauma,optimal emergency management of a urethral trauma patient,and attitude towards early realignment for pelvic fracture urethral injuries.Results:Of 538 respondents,94.2%and 84.9%had received patients with straddle trauma urethral injuries or pelvic fracture urethral injuries,respectively,within the past year.In the emergency room,attempted urethral catheterization was the most selected examination method by respondents for diagnosis of both straddle injury(500/538)and pelvic fracture urethral injury(469/538).For patients with straddle injury,41.3%of respondents performed endoscopic realignment and 31.6%preferred suprapubic cystostomy.For hemodynamically stable patients with PFUI,42.2%of respondents preferred suprapubic cystostomy and 34.9%preferred endoscopic realignment.Most respondents felt favorably toward early realignment for pelvic fracture urethral injuries.After realignment,61.3%,24.5%,and 13.8%of respondents performed catheterization for 4,8,and 12 weeks,respectively.Further,54.6%of respondents believed catheter traction should be applied after realignment.Conclusion:Although the number of yearly emergency urethral trauma cases was small,the opinions and practices of most urologists were consistent with guidelines.However,the significance of retrograde urethrography was not fully understood,and some respondents had incorrect views on catheter traction after realignment. | Yubo Gu Changhao Hou Jiahao Lin Wei Yuan Zeyu Wang Xianjie Xiu Qiang Fu Lujie Song | 2023 | UroPrecision2023,1,2: | 0 |
| 6 | Application on Anomaly Detection of Geoelectric Field Based on Deep Learning显示文摘The deep learning method has made nurnerials achievements regarding anomaly detection in the field of time series.We introduce the speech production model in the field of artificial intelligence,changing the convolution layer of the general convolution neural network to the residual element structure by adding identity mapping,and expanding the receptive domain of the model by using the dilated causal convolution.Based on the dilated causal convolution network and the method of log probability density function,the anomalous events are detected according to the anomaly scores.The validity of the method is verified by the simulation data,which is applied to the actual observed data on the observation staion of Pingliang geoeletric field in Gansu Province.The results show that one month before the Wenchuan M_S8.0,Lushan M_S7.0 and Minxian-Zhangxian M_S6.6 earthquakes,the daily cumulative error of log probability density of the predicted results in Pingliang Station suddenly decreases,which is consistent with the actual earthquake anomalies in a certain time range.After analyzing the combined factors including the spatial electromagnetic environment and the variation of micro fissures before the earthquake,we explain the possible causes of the anomalies in the geoelectric field of before the earthquake.The successful application of deep learning in observed data of the geoelectric field may behefit for improving the ultilization rate both the data and the efficiency of detection.Besides,it may provide technical support for more seismic research. | WEI Lei AN Zhanghui FAN Yingying CHEN Quan YUAN Lihua HOU Zeyu | 2020 | Earthquake Research in China2020,34,3: | 0 |
