Fundamental geological elements for the occurrence of Chinese marine oil and gas accumulations显示文摘The Paleozoic strata in the Tarim Basin, Sichuan Basin and Ordos Basin are the major targets for marine petroleum exploration, with developed high quality hydrocarbon, mainly argillite. The deep burial of these source rocks suggests that they mainly develop gas instead of oil. But different maturities of organic matter may lead to different hydrocarbon facies. Through thermochemical sulfate reduction (TSR), the hydrocarbon in the carbonate rocks may undergo a process of pyrolytic cracking and be catalyzed into gases. The marine reservoirs mainly consist of carbonate and clastic rocks, and the former is controlled by sedimentary facies, dolomitization, solution, TSR and cracking. The multiphase tectonic cycling develops multiple source-reservoir-cap combinations and diversified types of traps and reservoirs, featuring multiphase reservoir formation, mainly late-phase formation or consolidation. Palaeo-uplifts play a controlling role in hydrocarbon accumulation. Differences in major source rocks in the three basins lead to different locations of oil-gas accumulation layers, different types and patterns of reservoirs and different features of reservoir formation. | ZHANG ShuiChang LIANG DiGang ZHU GuangYou ZHANG XingYang ZHANG BaoMin CHEN JianPing ZHANG Bin | 2007 | Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,A01: | 22
Formation and evolution of the Chinese marine basins显示文摘There are plenty of petroleum resources in the Chinese marine basins, which will be the potential exploration regions of petroleum in the 21st century. The formation and evolution of the Chinese marine basins have mainly undergone two major tectonic epochs and five tectonic evolution stages. The first major tectonic epoch is the early Paleozoic plate divergence and drifting epoch during which the marine basins were formed, and the second one is the late Paleozoic plate convergence and collision epoch during which the pre-existent marine basins were superimposed and modified. The five tectonic evolution stages include: ① the drifting of micro-continental plates in Oceans and the formation of marine basins mainly filled with carbonate rocks during Proterozoic-Middle Carboniferous; ② the northward collage and convergence of continental plates and the development of the paralic sedimentary basins during Late Carboniferous-Middle Triassic; ③ the tectonically stabilized stage after the plate collage and the superimposition of lacustrine basins controlled by the inland subsidence during Late Triassic-Early Cretaceous; ④ the stage of the inland deformation and successive deep burial, uplifting, erosion or breakage of marine basins influenced by the plate tectonic activities of Neo-Tethys Ocean and the West Pacific developed in Late Cretaceous-Paleocene; ⑤ the stage of the foreland compression and basin-range coupling in the margin of the marine basins caused by the collision between India and Eurasia Plates and its long-distance effect since Neocene. The process of the tectonic evolution has controlled the petroleum geologic characteristics of Chinese marine basins, and a material foundation for the formation of oil and gas reservoirs has been built up via the formation of Paleozoic ma- rine basins, and the Mesozoic-Cenozoic tectonic superimposition and modification have controlled the key conditions of hydrocarbon accumulation and preservation. From the Late Proterozoic to the Early Paleozoic, the stratigraphic sequences of the deep-water shale and continental margin marine carbonate rocks in the ancient plate floating in the oceans have developed high-quality marine source rocks and reef-shoal reservoirs. In Late Paleozoic, the crustal plates converged and uplifted into continent and the paleouplifts in the intra-cratonic basins have become good reservoirs of hydrocarbon migration and accumulation, and paralic coal beds have formed regional cap rocks. The Mesozoic-Cenozoic tectonic stability has determined the preservation condition of the Paleozoic marine basins. The marine basins have Precambrian crystal basement, the tectonic activities are relatively stable and the basin modification is relatively faint, and the ancient reservoirs are fit for preservation, such as the Tarim Basin, Sichuan Basin and Ordos Basin. They are all potential regions for marine oil and gas to be explored. | JIA ChengZao LI BenLiang ZHANG XingYang LI ChuanXin | 2007 | Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,A01: | 15
Relations between spatial distribution and sequence types of the Cambrian-Ordovician marine source rocks in Tarim Basin显示文摘Marine source rocks are considered to be mainly composed of the Cambrian-Ordovician deposit in Tarim Basin. Based on the previous studies made by other researchers, the authors calculated the thickness and distribution scale of these Cambrian-Ordovician source rocks by integrating sequence stratigraphy with investigations on sedimentary environments, well-shooting demarcating and calibrating the thickness of unknown source rocks with the thickness of the known ones according to characteristics of the source rocks that have 'double track' seismic lineup reflectance. The results showed that the distribution area of the Lower-Cambrian Yuertusi Fm. source rock in platform inner depressions, slopes and deep basins is much bigger than that of the Middle Cambrian evaporite-lagoon source rock. Moreover, the former is superior to the latter in terms of the source rock quality. Likewise, the Middle-Ordovician Heituao Fm. source rock in the slopes and deep basins has a much wider distribution and better quality than the Upper Ordovician, and its quality is also better than those of the Shaergan and Yinggan Fms. source rock within platforms as well as the lime-mud-mound source rock along the fringe of the Upper-Ordovician platform. Most good Lower-Cambrian source rocks of the Kalpin outcrop lie on the initial ingression surface or in the condensed member of the Type I sequence. In this section, the source rock in Type II is inferior to that in Type I, even being far from an effective one (TOC: <0.5%). Likewise, the good Middle-Ordovician Heituao source rock also lies on the initial ingression surface or in the condensed member of the Type I sequence, while the poor Yinggan source rock and the lime-mud-mound along the fringe of the platform develop all in the Type II sequence. Under the condition of the same sea-level rising altitude and time, the ingression displacement (S1) at the base border in Type I is larger than S2 in Type II. Thus, the distribution of the source rock developed above the base border in Type I is wider than that in Type II. The maximal ingression range dominates the ultimate distribution of source rocks. Because S1 is greater than S2, the relative rate of ingression on the base border of Type I is obviously bigger than that of Type II. The difference in ingression rate is one of the factors that lead to the superiority of the source rock at the base border in Type I to that Type II . Therefore, it is of great significance to study the spatial distribution, developing era and quality determination of source rocks by means of sequence stratigrahpy. | GAO ZhiYong ZHANG ShuiChang ZHANG XingYang ZHU RuKai | 2007 | Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,A01: | 8
Main controlling factors of distribution and genetics of marine reservoirs in China显示文摘Marine reservoirs are mainly made up of clastics and carbonate reservoirs, which are distributed widely in central Tarim, Sichuan, Ordos basins from the Pre-Cambrian to Cenozoic, mainly in Palaeozoic. Marine clastic reservoirs are developed in foreshore and nearshore, tidal flat and delta environment. The sedimentary facies are important controlling factors for reservoir quality. Compaction, pressolution and cementation are factors of decreasing porosity, and low palaeo-temperature gradient, early emplacement of oil and gas and dissolution are favorable for preservation of pore. Carbonate reservoirs are divided into reef and bank, karst, dolomite and fracture reservoirs. Dolomitization, dissolution, TSR and fracture are important factors of controlling carbonate reservoirs' quality. | ZHU RuKai GUO HongLi GAO ZhiYong WANG XueSong ZHANG XingYang | 2007 | Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,A01: | 6

Noble-metal-free dye-sensitized selective oxidation of methane to methanol with green light(550 nm)显示文摘Developing low-energy input route for conversion of methane(CH_(4))to value-added methanol(CH_(3)OH)at room temperature is important in environment and industry.Bonding in electron donor-acceptor hybrid can potentially promote charge transfer and photocatalytic efficiency of CH_(4) conversion.Herein, bonding in electron donor rhodamine B(RhB)-acceptor(TiO_(2))hybrid(RhB/TiO_(2))significantly promotes the selectivity of photocatalytic oxidation of CH4 to CH3OH and utilization of visible light(low-energy photons)at ambient condition.Even under green light irradiation(λ=550 nm),the noble-metal-free RhB/TiO_(2) hybrid synthesized presents enhanced oxidation of CH4 to CH_(3)OH with a generation rate of 143µmol·g^(−1)·h^(−1) and selectivity of 94%.This work demonstrates the possibility and feasibility of noble-metal-free catalysts for activating CH4 under visible light at room temperature. | Xingyang Wu Yi Zeng Hangchen Liu Jiaqing Zhao Tierui Zhang Song Ling Wang | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,12: | 3
Late Yanshan-Himalayan hydrocarbon reservoir adjustment and hydrothermal fluid activity in the central Tarim Basin显示文摘The adjustment of primary hydrocarbon reservoirs in marine formations is an important feature of the oil pools in the Tarim Basin. Large-scale hydrocarbon adjustment is related to the strong regional tectonic movements, which is always accompanied by extensive migration of basin fluids including diagenetic and mineralizing fluids. Organic fluid inclusions are well developed in hydrothermal minerals, such as fluorite, which have been found in the dissolution-enlarged fractures or karstification caves in the Ordovician in the central Tarim Basin. Proved by well drilling, the fluorite deposit is good reservoir for oil and gas. So the peculiar accompanied or superimposed relationship between fluorite hydrothermal fluid mineralization and hydrocarbon migration and accumulation exists in the Ordovician in the central Tarim Basin. Considering regional tectonic setting and mineralization condition, through different kinds of analytic methods including electron spin resonance dating, fluid inclusion laser Raman and colonial inclusions hydrocarbon fossil analysis, we proposed that extensive mineralizing fluids and hydrocarbon migration occurred in late Yanshan-Himalayan (110.4―30.8 Ma) period, and Himalayan, especially, is an important period for hydrocarbon accumulation from 34.3 Ma to present. | ZHANG XingYang ZHANG ShuiChang LUO Ping ZHU RuKai LUO Zhong TU JianQi | 2007 | Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,A01: | 2

Toxicological Effects of Secondary Air Pollutants显示文摘Secondary air pollutants, originating from gaseous pollutants and primary particulate matter emitted by natural sources and human activities, undergo complex atmospheric chemical reactions and multiphase processes.Secondary gaseous pollutants represented by ozone and secondary particulate matter, including sulfates, nitrates, ammonium salts, and secondary organic aerosols, are formed in the atmosphere, affecting air quality and human health. This paper summarizes the formation pathways and mechanisms of important atmospheric secondary pollutants.Meanwhile, different secondary pollutants’toxicological effects and corresponding health risks are evaluated.Studies have shown that secondary pollutants are generally more toxic than primary ones. However, due to their diverse source and complex generation mechanism, the study of the toxicological effects of secondary pollutants is still in its early stages. Therefore, this paper first introduces the formation mechanism of secondary gaseous pollutants and focuses mainly on ozone’s toxicological effects. In terms of particulate matter, secondary inorganic and organic particulate matters are summarized separately, then the contribution and toxicological effects of secondary components formed from primary carbonaceous aerosols are discussed. Finally, secondary pollutants generated in the indoor environment are briefly introduced.Overall,a comprehensive review of secondary air pollutants may shed light on the future toxicological and health effects research of secondary air pollutants. | XIANG Wang WANG Weigang DU Libo ZHAO Bin LIU Xingyang ZHANG Xiaojie YAO Li GE Maofa | 2023 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2023,39,3: | 1

Edge effect factor affecting the tribological properties in water of protrusion surface textures on stainless steel显示文摘Surface textures have been demonstrated to have a positive effect on the friction reduction. However, sharp edges of the normally textured patterns usually cause stress concentration and severe wear during sliding, especially for non-conformal contacting pairs. In this study,protrusion-type textures were fabricated at different area ratios on stainless steel discs and edge profiling was performed for the protrusions, and friction tests were conducted in water to investigate the tribological properties. The results show that the friction was reduced markedly by edge profiling due to the formation of wedge contact and im provement of lubricant supply to the contact interfaces under low load.Under high load, severe wear destroyed the wedge contact resulting in high friction as those of the normally textured pairs.High area ratio exhibited better friction reduction effect. The stress analysis via ANSYS indicated that much high stress concentrated at the edges of the protrusions and could be reduced significantly by edge profiling. | Xingyang Wu Zhou Ge Haozhi Niu Jingjie Ruan Jianhua Zhang | 2018 | Biosurface and Biotribology2018,4,2: | 1

Dicalcium silicate-induced mitochondrial dysfunction and autophagy-mediated macrophagic inflammation promotes osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs显示文摘Dicalcium silicate(Ca_(2)SiO_(4),C_(2)S)has osteogenic potential but induces macrophagic inflammation.Mitochondrial function plays a vital role in macrophage polarization and macrophagic inflammation. The mitochondrial function of C_(2)S-treated macrophages is still unclear. This study hypothesized:(i)the C_(2)S modulates mitochondrial function and autophagy in macrophages to regulate macro-phagic inflammation,and(ii)C_(2)S-induced macrophagic inflammation regulates osteogenesis. We used RAW264.7 cells as a model of macrophage. The C_(2)S(75–150μg/ml)extract was used to analyze the macrophagic mitochondrial function and macrophagemediated effect on osteogenic differentiation of mouse bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs).The results showed that C_(2)S extract(150μg/ml)induced TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6 production in macrophages.C_(2)S extract(150μg/ml)enhanced reactive oxygen species level and intracellular calcium level but reduced mitochondrial membrane potential and ATP production.TEM images showed reduced mitochondrial abundance and altered the mitochondrial morphology in C_(2)S(150μg/ml)-treated macrophages.Protein level expression of PINK1,Parkin,Beclin1 and LC3 was upregulated but TOMM20 was downregulated.mRNA sequencing and KEGG analysis showed that C_(2)S-induced differentially expressed mRNAs in macrophages were mainly distributed in the essential signaling pathways involved in mitochondrial function and autophagy. The conditioned medium from C_(2)S-treated macrophage robustly promoted osteogenic differentiation in BMSCs.In conclusion, our results indicate mitochondrial dysfunction and autophagy as the possible mechanism of C_(2)S-induced macrophagic inflammation. The promotion of osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs by the C_(2)S-induced macrophagic inflammation suggests the potential application of C_(2)S in developing immunomodulatory bone grafts. | Qianting Luo Xingyang Li Wenchao Zhong Wei Cao Mingjing Zhu Antong Wu Wanyi Chen Zhitong Ye Qiao Han Duraipandy Natarajan Janak L.Pathak Qingbin Zhang | 2022 | Regenerative Biomaterials2022,9,1: | 0
Better engineering layered vanadium oxides for aqueous zinc‐ion batteries: Going beyond widening the interlayer spacing显示文摘Aqueous zinc‐ion batteries(ZIBs)are regarded as among the most promising candidates for large‐scale grid energy storage, owing to their high safety, low costs, and environmental friendliness.Over the past decade, vanadium oxides, which are exemplified by V2O5,have been widely developed as a class of cathode materials for ZIBs,where the relatively high theoretical capacity and structural stability are among the main considerations. However, there are considerable challenges in the construction of vanadium‐based ZIBs with high capacity, long lifespan, and excellent rate performance.Simple widenings of the interlayer spacing in the layered vanadium oxides by pre‐intercalations appear to have reached their limitations in improving the energy density and other key performance parameters of ZIBs,although various metal ions(Na+,Ca2+,and Al3+)and even organic cations/groups have been explored.Herein,we discuss the advances made more recently, and also the challenges faced by the high‐performance vanadium oxides(V2O5‐based)cathodes,where there are several strategies to improve their electrochemical performance ranging from the new structural designs down to sub‐nano‐scopic/molecular/atomic levels, including cation pre‐intercalation, structural water optimization, and defect engineering,to macroscopic structural modifications. The key principles for an optimal structural design of the V2O5‐based cathode materials for high energy density and fast‐charging aqueous ZIBs are examined, aiming at paving the way for developing energy storage designed for those large scales, high safety, and low‐cost systems. | Yue Guo Hanmei Jiang Binbin Liu Xingyang Wang Yifu Zhang Jianguo Sun John Wang | 2024 | SmartMat2024,5,1: | 0
Sn Alloy and Graphite Addition to Enhance Initial Coulombic Efficiency and Cycling Stability of SiO Anodes for Li-Ion Batteries显示文摘Silicon monoxide(SiO)has aroused increased attention as one of the most promising anodes for high-energy density Li-ion batteries. To enhance the initial Coulombic efficiencies(ICE)and cycle stability of SiO-based anodes,a new facile composition and electrode design strategy have been adapted to fabricate a SiO-Sn-Co/graphite(G)anode.It achieves a unique structure where tiny milled SiO-Sn-Co particles are dispersed among two graphite layers. In this hybrid electrode,Sn-Co alloys promoted Li;extraction kinetics, and the holistic reversibility of SiO and graphite enhanced the electrical conductivity. The SiO-Sn-Co/G electrode delivered an average ICE of 77.6%and a reversible capacity of 640 mAh g^(-1)at 800 mA g^(-1),and the capacity retention was above 98%after 100 cycles, which was much higher than that of the SiO with an ICE of 55.3%and a capacity retention of 50%.These results indicated that this was reliable method to improve the reversibility and cycle ability of the SiO anode.Furthermore, based on its easy and feasible fabrication process,it may provide a suitable choice to combine other alloy anodes with the graphite anode. | Xingyang Du Hanying Zhang Xuexia Lan Bin Yuan Renzong Hu | 2022 | Energy & Environmental Materials2022,5,1: | 0
Blockade of integrin signaling reduces chemotherapy-induced premature senescence in collagen cultured bladder cancer cells显示文摘Background:Diminished sensitivity towards chemotherapy remains the major impediment to the clinical treatment of bladder cancer. However, the critical elements in control of chemotherapy resistance remain obscure. Methods:We adopted improved collagen gels and performed cytotoxicity analysis of doxorubicin(DOX)and mitomycin C(MMC)of bladder cancer cells in a 3D culture system. We then detected the expression of multidrug resistant gene ABCB1,dormancy-associated functional protein chicken ovalbumin upstream-transcription factor 1(COUPTF1),cell proliferation marker Ki-67,and cellular senescence marker senescence-associatedβ-galactosidase(SA-β-Gal)in these cells. We further tested the effects of integrin blockade or protein kinase B(AKT)inhibitor on the senescent state of bladder cancer. Also,we examined the tumor growth and survival time of bladder cancer mouse models given the combination treatment of chemotherapeutic agents and integrinα2β1 ligand peptide TFA(TFA).Results:Collagen gels played a repressive role in bladder cancer cell apoptosis induced by DOX and MMC.In mechanism, collagen activated the integrinβ1/AKT cascade to drive bladder cancer cells into a premature senescence state via the p21/p53 pathway, thus attenuating chemotherapy-induced apoptosis. In addition,TFA had the ability to mediate the switch from senescence to apoptosis of bladder cancer cells in xenograft mice.Meanwhile,TFA combined with chemotherapeutic drugs produced a substantial suppression of tumor growth as well as an extension of survival time in vivo. Conclusions:Based on our finding that integrinβ1/AKT acted primarily to impart premature senescence to bladder cancer cells cultured in collagen gel,we suggest that integrinβ1 might be a feasible target for bladder cancer eradication. | Linghui Deng Kun Jin Xianghong Zhou Zilong Zhang Liming Ge Xingyu Xiong Xingyang Su Di Jin Qiming Yuan Chichen Zhang Yifan Li Haochen Zhao Qiang Wei Lu Yang Shi Qiu | 2022 | Precision Clinical Medicine2022,5,2: | 0
Status, trends and enlightenment of global oil and gas development in 2021显示文摘By analyzing the distribution of global oil and gas fields and the reasons why some oil and gas fields are not in production, the distribution characteristics of oil and gas remaining recoverable reserves and their year-on-year changes, the distribution characteristics of oil and gas production and their year-on-year changes, and the development potential of oil and gas to be tapped in 2021, this paper sorts out systematically the current status and characteristics of global oil and gas development, summaries the major trends of global oil and gas development, puts forward enlightenment for international oil and gas cooperation. In 2021, oil and gas fields were widely distributed, the number of non-producing oil and gas fields was large;the whole oil and gas remaining recoverable reserves declined slightly, unconventional oil and gas remaining recoverable reserves dropped significantly;the overall oil and gas production continuously increased, the outputs of key resource-host countries kept year-on-year growth;undeveloped oilfields had abundant reserves and great development potential. Combined with global oil and gas geopolitics, oil and gas industry development trends, oil and gas investment intensity, and the tracking and judgment of hotspot fields, the major trends of global oil and gas development in 2021 are summarized. On this basis, the four aspects of enlightenment and suggestions for international oil and gas cooperation and development strategies are put forward: attach great importance to the obligation of marine abandonment to ensure high-quality and long-term benefit development of offshore oil and gas;adhere to the principle of not going to dangerous and chaotic places, strengthen the concentration of oil and gas assets, and establish multi stable supply bases;based on the multi-scenario demand of natural gas, realize the transformation from integrated collaboration to full oil and gas industry chain development;increase the acquisition of high-quality large-scale assets, and pay attention to the continuous optimization of the shareholding ratio of projects at different stages. | WANG Zuoqian FAN Zifei ZHANG Xingyang LIU Baolei CHEN Xi | 2022 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,5: | 0
