1Development of a novel RNAi therapy:Engineered miR-31 exosomes promoted the healing of diabetic wounds显示文摘Rationale:Chronic wounds associated with diabetes exact a heavy burden on individuals and society and do not have a specific treatment.Exosome therapy is an extension of stem cell therapy,and RNA interference(RNAi)-based therapy is a type of advanced precision therapy.Based on the discovery of chronic wound-related genes in diabetes,we combined exosome therapy and RNAi therapy through an engineering approach for the treatment of diabetic chronic wounds.Methods:We combined exosome therapy and RNAi therapy to establish a precision therapy for diabetes-associated wounds via an engineered exosome approach.Results:First,chronic diabetic wounds express low levels of miR-31-5p compared with nondiabetic wounds,and an miR-31-5p mimic was shown to be effective in promoting the proliferation and migration of three wound-related cell types in vitro.Second,bioinformatics analysis,luciferase reporter assays and western blotting suggested that miR-31-5p promoted angiogenesis,fibrogenesis and reepithelization by inhibiting factor-inhibiting HIF-1(HIF1AN,also named FIH)and epithelial membrane protein-1(EMP-1).Third,engineered miR-31 exosomes were generated as a miR-31-5p RNAi therapeutic agent.In vivo,the engineered miR-31 exosomes promoted diabetic wound healing by enhancing angiogenesis,fibrogenesis and reepithelization.Conclusion:Engineered miR-31 exosomes are an ideal disease pathophysiology-initiated RNAi therapeutic agent for diabetic wounds.Jinghuan Huang Muyu Yu Wenjing Yin Bo Liang Ang Li Jingfeng Li Xiaolin Li Shichang Zhao Fang Liu 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,9:3

4Size Effects on the Crystallite Structure and Phase Transition in Lanthanaum-Modified Lead Titanate Nanocrystals显示文摘The size effects on the crystallite structure,Raman spectra as well as phase tian-sition in lanthanum-modified lead titanate Pb_(1-x)La_(x)Ti_(1-3/4x)O_(3)(x=0.14)(PLT14)nanocrystalline powders were investigated.The results show that with decreasing grain size,the crystallite structure changes from tetragonal perovskite phase to cubic perovskite phase;the soft mode frequency at room temperature decreases,and disappears when the grain size is as small as 19nm;the phase transition temperature from ferroelectric to paraelectric shifts towards a low temperature region.The phase transition in nanocrystalline PLT14 is a second order one,which is confirmed by its dielectric constant measurement.WANG Xiaohui WANG Zichen ZHAO Muyu MENG Jinfang LI Jiangping ZOU Guangtian 1994Chinese Physics Letters1994,11,9:0
5Magmatic hydrothermal fluid genesis of zeolite in the Paleogene Kongdian Formation of Zaoyuan oilfield,Bohai Bay Basin,China显示文摘Electronic probe,fluid inclusion homogenization temperature,Raman spectroscopy and laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry were utilized to identify the hydrothermal fluid-rock interactions in the second member of the Paleogene Kongdian Formation of Zaoyuan oilfield in Bohai Bay Basin(Kong 2 Member for short)of Well Z56 to find out the relationship between zeolite and hydrothermal fluid.The experimental results show that:(1)Pyrobitumen coexists with hydrothermal fluid characteristic minerals such as chlorite,barite,chalcopyrite,pyrite,natrolite and analcime in mudstone fractures.(2)The temperatures calculated from laser Raman spectrum of pyrobitumen,from the chlorite geothermometer and from measured homogenization temperature of natrolite inclusions are 324-354℃,124-166℃ and 89-196℃,respectively;although vary widely,all the temperatures are obviously higher than the normal geothermal temperature.(3)The positive Eu anomaly of chlorite and barite,and the similar distribution pattern in rare earth elements between natrolite and basalt indicate they are from magmatic hydrothermal fluid.Moreover,drilling data shows that the Kong 2 Member in Well Z56 has several sets of basalt interlayers,suggesting there was geologic base of magmatic hydrothermal fluid activity.The magmatic hydrothermal fluid-rock interaction may be one of the reasons for the abnormal enrichment of zeolite in Kong 2 Member of the Cangdong Sag.HAN Guomeng WANG Li XIAO Dunqing LOU Da XU Muyue ZHAO Yonggang PEI Yanlu GUO Xiaowen TENG Jiancheng' HAN Yuanjia 2021Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,5:0
6Studies on Lattice Parameter,Molar Volume and Excess Molar Volume of Pb-based a-phase Solid Solution in Pb-Sn-Cd Ternary System显示文摘The lattice parameters a and the molar volumes Km of Pb-based a-phase solid solutions in the Pb-Sn-Cd ternary system were determined by means of X-ray diffraction. The lattice parameters a vary linearly with the molar fractions, the molar volumes show a positive deviation from the ideal solution behaviour, and the contribution of the solute Cd to the excess molar volumes V is much larger than that of the solute Sn.
