| 1 | Reactive Inorganic Vapor Deposition of Perovskite Oxynitride Films for Solar Energy Conversion显示文摘The synthesis of perovskite oxynitrides,which are promising photoanode candidates for solar energy conversion,is normally accomplished by high-temperature ammonolysis of oxides and carbonate precursors,thus making the deposition of their planar films onto conductive substrates challenging.Here,we proposed a facile strategy to prepare a series of perovskite oxynitride films.Taking SrTaO_(2)N as a prototype,we prepared SrTaO_(2)N films on Ta foils under NH_(3) flow by utilizing the vaporized SrCl_(2)/SrCO_(3) eutectic salt.The SrTaO_(2)N films exhibit solar water-splitting photocurrents of 3.0 mA cm^(-2) at 1.23 V vs.RHE(reversible hydrogen electrode),which increases by 270%compared to the highest photocurrent(1.1 mA cm^(-2) at 1.23 V vs.RHE)of SrTaO_(2)N reported in the literature.This strategy may also be applied to directly prepare a series of perovskite oxynitride films on conductive substrates such as ATaO_(2)N(A=Ca,Ba)and ANbO_(2)N(A=Sr,Ba). | Tao Fang Huiting Huang Jianyong Feng Yingfei Hu Qinfeng Qian Shicheng Yan Zhentao Yu Zhaosheng Li Zhigang Zou | 2019 | Research2019,,1: | 2 |
| 2 | Distinct expression profiles and overlapping functions of IL-4/13A and IL-4/ 13B in grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)显示文摘In mammals,interleukin(IL)-4 and IL-13 are important cytokines involved in the immune response of the host defence against pathogens and play critical roles in the polarization of monocytes/macrophages(MO/Mϕs).However,in teleost fish,the role of IL-4/13 homologues in the polarization of MO/Mϕremains unknown.In this paper,we identified a second isoform of IL-4/13(CiIL-4/13A)from grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella)in addition to the IL-4/13 homologue previously reported and comparatively studied their expression profiles and functions.The two CiIL-4/13 transcripts were constitutively expressed in tissues but displayed distinct expression patterns.Infection with Flavobacterium columnare or grass carp reovirus II(GCRV-Ⅱ)resulted in the alteration of expression levels of both IL-4/13 isoforms.Furthermore,in the primary head kidney cells,the recombinant CiIL-4/13A and B could up-regulate the expression of IL-10,inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)and M2 macrophage marker gene(KLF4,kruppel like factor 4),whilst down-regulate the expression of IL-1βand M1 macrophage marker gene(MARCO,macrophage receptor with collagenous structure).The results suggest that the CiIL-4/13A and B play similar roles in regulating inflammation and differentiation of MO/Mϕs in grass carp. | Xinyu Jiang Junya Wang Shuai Wan Yujie Xue Zhaosheng Sun Xingxing Cheng Qian Gao Jun Zou | 2020 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2020,5,2: | 1 |
| 3 | Insight into the influence of high temperature annealing on the onset potential of Ti-doped hematite photoanodes for solar water splitting显示文摘For Ti-doped hematite photoanodes, high temperature annealing drastically increases the water oxidation plateau photocurrent, but also induces an anodic shift of onset potential by about 100 m V, thus hindering the performance under low applied bias. To the best of our knowledge, the effects of high temperature annealing on the onset potential have been rarely studied. Herein, both X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) measurements and theoretical calculations indicated that the increase of surface Ti/Fe atomic ratio after high temperature annealing decreased the adsorption capacity of hydroxide ions on the hematite surface. | 6 | Solution-processed electroluminescent whitelight-emitting devices based on AIE molecules and Cu-In-Zn-S nanocrystals显示文摘Solution process is a key technique for the manufacture of large-area and low-cost semiconducting devices and,thus, attracts a lot of attention from both academia and industry. Herein, we realized solution-processed lightemitting diodes(excluding a cathode) based on aggregation-induced emission(AIE) molecules of tetraphenylethylene-4Cl(TPE-4Cl) and cadimum-free semiconductor nanocrystals(NCs) for the first time. By mixing Cu-In-Zn-S NCs and TPE-4Cl as an emissive layer, a new type of environmentally friendly white-light-emitting diodes(WLEDs) was prepared through a solution-processed technique. After systematical optimization of the asprepared WLEDs, the corresponding color rendering index can reach up to 87 with a maximum luminance of262 cd/m2.
