| 1 | Preparation of 5-fluorouracil-loaded chitosan nanoparticles and study of the sustained release in vitro and in vivo显示文摘The sustained-release properties of the biodegradable nano-drug delivery systems were used to improve the residence time of the chemotherapeutic agent in the body. These drug delivery systems were widely used to deliver chemotherapeutic drugs. The 5-fluorouracil loaded chitosan nanoparticles prepared in this paper have the above advantage. Here, we found that when the mass ratio of 5-fluorouracil and chitosan was 1:1, the maximum drug loading of nanoparticles was 20.13 ± 0.007%, the encapsulation efficiency was 44.28 ± 1.69%, the particle size was 283.9 ± 5.25 nm and the zeta potential was 45.3 ± 3.23 mV. The prepared nanoparticles had both burst-release and sustained-release phases in vitro release studies.In addition, the inhibitory effect of the prepared nanoparticles on gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells was similar to that of 5-fluorouracil injection, and the blank vector had no obvious inhibitory effect on SGC-7901 cells. | 3 | A model of calcium signaling and degranulation dynamics induced by laser irradiation in mast cells显示文摘Recent experiments show that calcium signaling and degranulation dynamics induced by low power laser irradiation in mast cells must rely on extracellular Ca2+ influx. An analytical expression of Ca2+ flux through TRPV4 cation channel in response to interaction of laser photon energy and extracellular Ca2+ is deduced, and a model characterizing dynamics of calcium signaling and degranulation activated by laser irradiation in mast cells is established. The model indicates that the characteristics of calcium signaling and degranulation dynamics are determined by interaction between laser photon energy and Ca2+ influx. Extracellular Ca2+ concentration is so high that even small photon energy can activate mast cells, thus avoiding the possible injury caused by laser irradiation with shorter wavelengths. The model predicts that there exists a narrow parameter domain of photon energy and extracellular Ca2+ concen-tration of which results in cytosolic Ca2+ limit cycle oscillations, and shows that PKC activity is in direct proportion to the frequency of Ca2+ oscillations. With the model it is found that sustained and stable maximum plateau of cytosolic Ca2+ concentration can get optimal degranulation rate. | 4 | Grain Boundary Distribution Evolution of 00Cr12Ti FSS during Annealing显示文摘The texture and grain boundary of 00Cr12 Ti FSS have a close correlation with properties and should be controlled to optimize the performance of steel sheets. In this paper, the macrotexture evolution during recrystallization annealing was investigated by XRD, the microtexture and grain boundary distribution evolution during recrystallization annealing were investigated by EBSD. The results showed that the γ fiber texture were mainly generated by replacing α fiber texture in recrystallization process. But with the holding time extending,γ fiber texture transferred to other texture after the holding time got to a certain degree. The agents are Lyapunov stable, are distributed in a line, and communicate through a directed network. The communication topology of the network is characterized by a directed graph and the control protocol is designed in simple linear decentralized feedback law. We study the different conditions under which agents will achieve aggregation, and critical and divergent trajectories, respectively. Our investigation on the dynamical agent system under network is extended to the time-delay network case. Furthermore, we study the case with two pre-specified virtual leaders in the system. The slow and fast systems of singularly perturbed systems are used to produce an estimate of the plant state behavior between transmission times, by which one can reduce the usage of the network. The approximate solutions of the whole systems are derived and it is shown that the whole systems via the network control are generally asymptotically stable as long as their slow and fast systems are both stable. | 18 | VOC emission caps constrained by air quality targets based on response surface model:A case study in the Pearl River Delta Region,China显示文摘Because of the recent growth in ground-level ozone and increased emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs),VOC emission control has become a major concern in China.In response,emission caps to control VOC have been stipulated in recent policies,but few of them were constrained by the co-control target of PM_(2.5)and ozone,and discussed the factor that influence the emission cap formulation.Herein,we proposed a framework for quantification of VOC emission caps constrained by targets for PM_(2.5)and ozone via a new response surface modeling(RSM)technique,achieving 50%computational cost savings of the quantification.In the Pearl River Delta(PRD)region,the VOC emission caps constrained by air quality targets varied greatly with the NOxemission reduction level.If control measures in the surrounding areas of the PRD region were not considered,there could be two feasible strategies for VOC emission caps to meet air quality targets(160μg/m^(3)for the maximum 8-hr-average 90th-percentile(MDA8-90%)ozone and 25μg/m^(3)for the annual average of PM_(2.5)):a moderate VOC emission cap with<20%NOxemission reductions or a notable VOC emission cap with>60%NOxemission reductions.If the ozone concentration target were reduced to 155μg/m^(3),deep NOxemission reductions is the only feasible ozone control measure in PRD.Optimization of seasonal VOC emission caps based on the Monte Carlo simulation could allow us to gain higher ozone benefits or greater VOC emission reductions.If VOC emissions were further reduced in autumn,MDA8-90%ozone could be lowered by 0.3-1.5μg/m^(3),equaling the ozone benefits of 10%VOC emission reduction measures.The method for VOC emission cap quantification and optimization proposed in this study could provide scientific guidance for coordinated control of regional PM_(2.5)and O_(3)pollution in China. | Ya’nan Hu Bowen Shi Xin Yuan Chuanzeng Zheng Qing’e Sha Yufan Yu Zhijiong Huang Junyu Zheng | 2023 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,1: | 0 |
