1Leisure Agriculture Based on Cultural Resources of Sani People in Yunnan显示文摘Through exploring the material and nonmaterial cultural resources in leisure agriculture of Sani People in Shilin of Yunnan Province,this paper introduced festivals,marriage,traditional clothing,and food culture of Sani People,and present the long history and brilliant culture of Sani People. These culture resources could be used to expand the cultural aspects of leisure agriculture,to solve the problems of low participation and less distinct characteristics. 2Proteome and transcriptome profile analysis reveals regulatory and stress-responsive networks in the russet fruit skin of sand pear显示文摘The epidermal tissues of the cuticular membrane(CM)and periderm membrane(PM)confer first-line protection from environmental stresses in terrestrial plants.Although PM protection is essentially ubiquitous in plants,the protective mechanism,the function of many transcription factors and enzymes,and the genetic control of metabolic signaling pathways are poorly understood.Different microphenotypes and cellular components in russet(PM-covered)and green(CM-covered)fruit skins of pear were revealed by scanning and transmission electron microscopy.The two types of fruit skins showed distinct phytohormone accumulation,and different transcriptomic and proteomic profiles.The enriched pathways were detected by differentially expressed genes and proteins from the two omics analyses.A detailed analysis of the suberin biosynthesis pathways identified the regulatory signaling network,highlighting the general mechanisms required for periderm formation in russet fruit skin.The regulation of aquaporins at the protein level should play an important role in the specialized functions of russet fruit skin and PM-covered plant tissues.Yuezhi Wang Meisong Dai Danying Cai Zebin Shi 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:1
3A large-scale proteogenomic atlas of pear显示文摘Pear is an important fruit tree that is widely distributed around the world.The first pear genome map was reported from our laboratory approximately 10 years ago.To further study global protein expression patterns in pear,we generated pear proteome data based on 24 major tissues.The tissue-resolved profiles provided evidence of the expression of 17953 proteins.We identified 4294 new coding events and improved the pear genome annotation via the proteogenomic strategy based on 18090 peptide spectra with peptide spectrum matches>1.Among the eight randomly selected new short coding open reading frames that were expressed in the style,four promoted and one inhibited the growth of pear pollen tubes.Based on gene coexpression module analysis,we explored the key genes associated with important agronomic traits,such as stone cell formation in fruits.The network regulating the synthesis of lignin,a major component of stone cells,was reconstructed,and receptor-like kinases were implicated as core factors in this regulatory network.Moreover,we constructed the online database PearEXP(http://gffzz20aea264798e4804h5q6vq0pf6bpo696q.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn)to enable access to the pear proteogenomic resources.This study provides a paradigm for in-depth proteogenomic studies of woody plants.Peng Wang Xiao Wu Zebin Shi Shutian Tao Zhe Liu Kaijie Qi Zhihua Xie Xin Qiao Chao Gu Hao Yin Mengyu Cheng Xiaoyu Gu Xueying Liu Chao Tang Peng Cao Shaohang Xu Baojin Zhou Tingting Gui Yangyang Bian Juyou Wu Shaoling Zhang 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,3:0
4Generalized design of tunable 3D polarized optical multi-focal spots array显示文摘We report a generally designed optical modulation method to garner the tunable three-dimensional(3D) polarized optical multi-focal spots arrays in the focusing system of high numerical aperture(NA) objective lens, and it has good compatibility with vector beams of different polarization states. Based on the vector angular spectrum theory and Fourier transform, the vector light fields of Gaussian beam, Bessel-Gaussian(BG) beam and Laguerre-Gaussian(LG) beam are modulated with the generally designed multi-focal spots phase filter(MSPF). Meanwhile, a generally designed sidelobe suppression transmission(SST) function is employed to reduce the interference effect of the adjacent focal spots in the arrays. Thus, the one-dimensional(1D) axial multi-focal spots array and the 3D multi-focal spots arrays with high spatial resolution can be generated. The MSPF is flexible and reliable in modulating various vector beams, and exhibiting high tunability for the number(3, 12, 21), spacing(4λ—11.3λ) and spatial distribution(1D—3D) of focal spots in the array. 5Distinct roles of pH and organic ligands in the dissolution of goethite by cysteine显示文摘Electron shuttles such cysteine play an important role in Fe cycle and its availability in soils,while the roles of pH and organic ligands in this process are poorly understood.Herein,the reductive dissolution process of goethite by cysteine were explored in the presence of organic ligands.Our results showed that cysteine exhibited a strong reactivity towards goethite-a typical iron minerals in paddy soils with a rate constant ranging from 0.01 to0.1 hr^(-1).However,a large portion of Fe(Ⅱ) appeared to be 'structural species' retained on the surface.The decline of pH was favorable to generate more Fe(Ⅱ) ions and enhancing tendency of Fe(Ⅱ) release to solution.The decline of generation of Fe(Ⅱ) by increasing pH was likely to be caused by a lower redox potential and the nature of cysteine pH-dependent adsorption towards goethite.Interestingly,the co-existence of oxalate and citrate ligands also enhanced the rate constant of Fe(Ⅱ) release from 0.09 to 0.15 hr-1;nevertheless,they negligibly affected the overall generation of Fe(Ⅱ) in opposition to the pH effect.Further spectroscopic evidence demonstrated that two molecules of cysteine could form disulfide bonds(S-S) to generate cystine through oxidative dehydration,and subsequently,inducing electron transfer from cysteine to the structural Fe(Ⅲ) on goethite;meanwhile,those organic ligands act as Fe(Ⅱ) 'strippers'.The findings of this work provide new insights into the understanding of the different roles of pH and organic ligands on the generation and release of Fe induced by electron shuttles in soils.Ji Li Chenlu Shi Wenbin Zeng Yaru Wang Zebin Hong Yibing Ma Liping Fang 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,3:0
6Engineering SIRPα cellular membrane-based nanovesicles for combination immunotherapy显示文摘Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have revolutionized cancer treatment for their unprecedented clinical efficacy.Signal regulatory proteinα(SIRPα)is a phagocytic checkpoint expressed on macrophages,dendritic cells,other myeloid cells.Cancer cells inhibit macrophage phagocytosis through the interaction of the CD47-SIRPαaxis.Disrupting the CD47-SIRPαaxis has therefore been a promising strategy in restoring the immune attack against cancer.Herein,we engineered cellular membrane nanovesicles(NVs)presenting SIRPαreceptors for phagocytosis checkpoint blockade to augment the antitumor immune response.Furthermore,zebularine(Zeb),an inhibitor of DNA methyltransferase,was encapsulated into SIRPαNVs to reprogram the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment together with blockade of phagocytosis checkpoint.It is demonstrated that SIRPα@Zeb can improve tumor immunogenicity,the polarization of tumor-associated macrophages to the M1 phenotype,increase the infiltration of CD8^(+)T lymphocytes in tumors.The robust antitumor immune response induced by SIRPα@Zeb significantly suppressed tumor growth and extended mice-bearing melanoma xenograft survival.Mingyue Wang Yanfang Wang Yeteng Mu Fuxu Yang Zebin Yang Yuxuan Liu Lili Huang Shi Liu Xingang Guan Zhigang Xie Zhen Gu 2023Nano Research2023,16,5:0
