2Silencing the gene encoding C/EBP homologous protein lessens acute brain injury following ischemia/reperfusion显示文摘C/EBP homologous protein, an important transcription factor during endoplasmic reticulum stress, participates in cell apoptosis mediated by endoplasmic reticulum stress. Previous studies have shown that C/EBP homologous protein mediates nerve injury during Alzheimer's disease, subarachnoid hemorrhage and spinal cord trauma. In this study, we introduced C/EBP homologous protein short hairpin RNA into the brains of ischemia/reperfusion rat models via injection of lentiviral vector through the left lateral ventricle. Silencing C/EBP homologous protein gene expression significantly reduced cerebral infarction volume, decreased water content and tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-1β mRNA expression in brain tissues following infarction, diminished the number of TUNEL-positive cells in the infarct region, decreased caspase-3 protein content and increased Bcl-2 protein content. 3Analytical Calculation Method of Reliability Sensitivity Indexes for Distribution Systems Based on Fault Incidence Matrix显示文摘An analytical calculation method for the reliability sensitivity indexes of distribution systems is proposed to explicitly quantify the impact of various influence factors on system reliability.Firstly,the analytical calculation formulas for the reliability indexes of distribution systems are derived based on the fault incidence matrix(FIM).Secondly,the factors that affect system reliability are divided into two categories:quantifiable parameter factors and non-quantifiable network structure factors.The sensitivity indexes for the quantifiable parameter factors are derived using the direct partial derivation of the reliability calculation formulas.The sensitivity indexes for the nonquantifiable network structure factors are derived using the transformation of FIMs.Finally,the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed sensitivity calculation method are verified by applying them to an IEEE 6-bus RBTS system.This paper sums up the factors that influence system reliability in detail and gives the explicit analytical calculation method for the sensitivity of each factor.Repetitive calculation of the reliability index can be avoided during the sensitivity analysis.The bottleneck that affects the reliability level of distribution systems can be identified efficiently,and valuable information and guidance can be provided to enhance the reliability of distribution systems.Tianyu Zhang Chengshan Wang Fengzhang Luo Peng Li Liangzhong Yao 2020Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2020,8,2:1
4Screening and Characterization of the High-Cellulase-Producing Strain Aspergillus glaucus XC9显示文摘Cellulose is a kind of renewable resource that is abundant in nature.It can be degraded by microorganisms such as mildew.A mildew strain with high cellulase activity was isolated from mildewy maize cob and classified as Aspergillus glaucus XC9 by morphological and 18S rRNA gene sequence analyses.We studied the effects of nitrogen source,initial pH,temperature,incubation time,medium composition,and surfactants on cellulase production.Maximal activities of carboxymethylcellulase(6,812 U/g dry koji)and filter paperase(172 U/g dry koji)were obtained in conditions as follows:initial pH,5.5–6.0;temperature,30℃;cultivation period,3–4 days;inoculum ratio,6%(vol/vol);sugarcane bagasse/wheat bran ratio,4:6.When bagasse was used as substrate and mixed with wet koji at a 1:1(wt/wt)ratio,the yield of reducing sugars was 36.4%.The corresponding conversion rate of cellulose to reducing sugars went as high as 81.9%.The results suggest that A.glaucus XC9 is a preferred candidate for cellulase production.Xu Chang Long Minnan Wu Xiaobing Xu Huijuan Chen Zhongan Zhang Fengzhang Xu Liangshu 2006Frontiers in Biology2006,1,1:1
5Microstructure and Hardness of Laser Shocked Ultra-fine-grained Aluminum显示文摘Ultra-fine-grained commercial purity aluminum was produced by severe cold rolling, annealing and then strain- ing at ultra-high rate by a single pass laser shock. Resulted microstructure was investigated by transmission electron microscopy. Microhardness of annealed 0.6 μm ultra-fine grained aluminum increased by 67% from 24 to 40 HV. Many 0.3 μm sub-grains appeared at the shock wave center after a single pass laser shock, while high density dislocation networks were observed in some grains at the shock wave edges. Accordingly, microhardness at the impact center increased by 37.5% from 40 to 55 HV. 6HPDS133-bus:A Benchmark Test System for Distribution Systems with High Penetration of Distributed Generation显示文摘The benchmark test system for distribution systems is necessary and important for system analysis and result data checking.In order to meet the development demand of the distribution systems which integrate with a high penetration of distributed generation(DG),a benchmark test system for the distribution systems which adapts to current and future development trends is proposed.Based on the concentric zone theory and the typical regional settlement model in China,three typical distribution system scenarios corresponding to different system circle structures and regional development characteristics are designed in this paper.In order to adapt to the trend that the distribution systems will present the mixed state of AC and DC,a typical improvement scheme of distribution systems in urban scenario is presented.The benchmark test system of low-voltage distribution systems in a rural scenario is also designed because of the high penetration of DG.Moreover,the system structure,load parameters,integrated capacity and output characteristics of varies types of DG in different scenarios are described in detail.Finally,the simulation results,such as the time series power flow,reliability evaluation and hosting capacity of DGs are given.The benchmark test system proposed in this paper will lay a foundation for future research on distribution systems with a high proportion of DG and effectively support the distribution systems planning,design,operations and dispatches.Fengzhang Luo Chongbo Sun Xin Yang Tianyu Zhang Chengshan Wang Jun Xiao Liangzhong Yao Lingzhi Zhu Minhui Qian 2023CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,3:0
