| 1 | Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Multilayer Ti(C,N) Films by Closed-field Unbalanced Magnetron Sputtering Ion Plating显示文摘Ti(C, N) multilayer films have been prepared by closed-field unbalanced magnetron sputtering technology and using graphite target as the C supplier. Microstructural observation results showed that the Ti(C, N) films exhibited multilayer structure with most of fine nano-columnar Ti(C, N) grains existing in the films. The current of graphite target had an effect remarkably on the multilayer structure of films: the periodical thickness gradually increased as the current went up, but the grain size of films gradually decreased and even amorphous phase appeared as the current further increased. The microstructure of Ti(C, N) films changed from columnar crystallite to nanocomposite in high current of graphite target where the fine Ti(C, N) grains were distributed uniformly in the amorphous Ti(C, N) matrix, and the volume fraction of the amorphous phase increased with increasing current. Measurement results showed that the Ti(C, N) multilayer films have high microhardness and low friction coefficient, and especially the film deposited in the current of 0.9 A exhibits superior properties with optimizing hardness and friction coefficient. Based on the relationship of the microstructure and the properties of films, the multilayer structure and fine grain size of Ti(C, N) films are responsible for their well mechanical and friction properties. In this paper, the buoyancy lift of natural convection gas is analyzed in a hermetic chamber, and the relationship between the buoyancy lift and the change of temperature is formulated. | 3 | The Characteristics of the Shear-Vibrating Quartz Crystal Resonator显示文摘<正>According to the piezoelectric equation and the vibration theory of the quartz crystal,the relations between the vibrating frequency and structural parameters under the thickness-shear-vibration of AT-cut quartz crystal have been studied. | 4 | Microglia-Derived NLRP3 Activation Mediates the Pressor Effect of Prorenin in the Rostral Ventrolateral Medulla of Stress-Induced Hypertensive Rats显示文摘Increased microglial activation and neuroinflammation within autonomic brain regions such as the rostral ventrolateral medulla(RVLM)have been implicated in stress-induced hypertension(SIH).Prorenin,a member of the brain renin-angiotensin system(RAS),can directly activate microglia.The present study aimed to investigate the effects of prorenin on microglial activation in the RVLM of SIH rats.Rats were subjected to intermittent electric foot-shocks plus noise,this stress was administered for 2 h twice daily for 15 consecutive days,and mean arterial pressure(MAP)and renal sympathetic nerve activity(RSNA)were monitored.The results showed that MAP and RSNA were augmented,and this paralleled increased pro-inflammatory phenotype(M1)switching.Prorenin and its receptor(PRR)expression and the NLR family pyrin domain containing 3(NLRP3)activation were increased in RVLM of SIH rats.In addition,PLX5622(a microglial depletion agent),MCC950(a NLRP3 inhibitor),and/or PRO20(a(Pro)renin receptor antagonist)had antihypertensive effects in the rats.The NLRP3 expression in the RVLM was decreased in SIH rats treated with PLX5622.Mito-tracker staining showed translocation of NLRP3 from mitochondria to the cytoplasm in proreninstimulated microglia.Prorenin increased the ROS-triggering M1 phenotype-switching and NLRP3 activation,while MCC950 decreased the M1 polarization.In conclusion,upregulated prorenin in the RVLM may be involved in the pathogenesis of SIH,mediated by activation of the microglia-derived NLRP3 inflammasome.The link between prorenin and NLRP3 in microglia provides insights for the treatment of stress-related hypertension. | Li Hu Shutian Zhang Kokwin Ooi Xuehai Wu Jiaxiang Wu Jian Cai Yinggang Sun Jijiang Wang Danian Zhu Fuxue Chen Chunmei Xia | 2020 | Neuroscience Bulletin2020,36,5: | 3 |
| 5 | Mechanical and electrical characteristics of cymbal transducer显示文摘The electromechanical of Cymbal transducer has been researched. Under simple supporting condition, the mechanical and electrical characteristics have been analyzed by using Piezoelectric-elastic theory, Kirchhoff 's thin shell vibration theory, Rayleigh-Ritz's theory and equivalent circuit method. The approximate solution and series resonance frequency equation have been given. Under no load, equivalent circuit, correlation parameters of cymbal transducer and the relations between the ratio of cavity depth to radius of Cymbal transducer with resonance frequency, electromechanical coupling coefficient of cymbal transducer have been researched. The best electromechanical coupling coefficient of cymbal transducer has been gained from the results of numerical analysis. | 16 | Influence of the instability of angular velocity of the rotating carrier itself on the stability of silicon micromachined gyroscope显示文摘In order to find out the influence of the instability of angular velocity of the rotating carrier itself on the stability of silicon micromachined gyroscope, the digital models for relative error of the high and low damping gyroscope's output signal are given respectively, based on the motion equations of the silicon micromachined gyroscope. Theory proves that the output signal error of the silicon micromachined sensor is mainly caused by the instability of damping factor and the angular velocity of the rotating carrier itself. The experiment result indicates that the error of proportionality coefficient of output voltage which is caused by the instability of the angular velocity of the rotating carrier itself reaches to 4.1 %. Furthermore,soil carbon density decreased generally with the depth,as well as carbon content. In the whole soil profile,the range of carbon density in these five forests was from 4. 79 kg / m2 to 5. 62 kg / m2. However,60% carbon was concentrated in40 cm depth of soil.
