1Cross-linked hole transport layers for high-efficiency perovskite tandem solar cells显示文摘Perovskite tandem solar cells have recently received extensive attention due to their promise of achieving power conversion efficiency(PCE)beyond the limits of single-junction cells.However,their performance is still largely constrained by the widebandgap perovskite solar cells which show considerable open-circuit voltage(VOC)losses.Here,we increase the VOCand PCE of wide-bandgap perovskite solar cells by changing the hole transport layer(HTL)from commonly used poly(bis(4-phenyl)(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)amine)(PTAA)to in-situ cross-linked small molecule N_(4),N_(4)′-di(naphthalen-1-yl)-N_(4),N_(4)′-bis(4-vinylphenyl)biphenyl-4,4′-diamine(VNPB).The stronger interaction and lower trap density at the VNPB/perovskite interface improve the PCE and stability of wide-bandgap perovskite solar cells.By using the cross-linked HTL for front wide-bandgap subcells,PCEs of 24.9%and 25.4%have been achieved in perovskite/perovskite and perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells,respectively.The results demonstrate that cross-linkable small molecules are promising for high-efficiency and cost-effective perovskite tandem photovoltaic devices.Yurui Wang Shuai Gu Guoliang Liu Liping Zhang Zhou Liu Renxing Lin Ke Xiao Xin Luo Jianhua Shi Junling Du Fanying Meng Ludong Li Zhengxin Liu Hairen Tan 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,11:1
2Customized Design for Ergonomic Products via Additive Manufacturing Considering Joint Biomechanics显示文摘This paper presents a customized design method for ergonomic products via additive manufacturing(AM)con-sidering joint biomechanics.An ergonomic customized design model can be built based on kinesiology involving human joint biomechanics.Manifolds of the human bone can be reconstructed from X-rays,computed tomog-raphy(CT),magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),and direct 3D scanning.The conceptual and detailed design of customized products were implemented on ergonomic shoes and insoles.A lightweight lattice structure with vari-able porosity was generated via structural topology optimization for an ergonomic customized design.Notably,the upper surface of the custom-made insole may adhere perfectly to the plantar surface of the patient,resulting in a lower peak plantar pressure.Finite element analysis(FEA)can be employed to simulate the static or dynamic biomechanical characteristics.The conceptual ergonomic products were forwarded to the machine and fabricated via AM,driven by visual digital twin techniques.The experiments proved that a customized design suitability method for wearable ergonomic products via 3D printing is specifically tailored to the rehabilitation needs of individual customers,while consuming the least cost,time,and materials.Jinghua Xu Zhengxin Tu Shuyou Zhang Jianrong Tan Guanyun Wang 2023Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering(Additive Manufacturing Frontiers)2023,2,3:0
3Study on the Carbon Stocks of Soils under Five Kinds of Plantations显示文摘Based on the field data and laboratory analysis,we studied the soil organic carbon storage and vertical distribution features about five kinds of plantations in Xuyi,and the results showed that soil carbon density in the five forest types changed greatly,with a range of 0. 8-3. 04 kg / m2 for five soil layers. Furthermore,soil carbon density decreased generally with the depth,as well as carbon content. In the whole soil profile,the range of carbon density in these five forests was from 4. 79 kg / m2 to 5. 62 kg / m2. However,60% carbon was concentrated in40 cm depth of soil. The calculated result of soil organic carbon reserve was as follows: Cupressus lusitanica( 50. 264 t / hm2),hackberry( 47. 859 t/hm2),Populus L.( 53. 216 t/hm2),Red bayberry( 49. 581 t/hm2),Amygdalus persica L.( 58. 202 t/hm2),with the average storage of 51. 824 t / hm2,lower than the national average level,so,people should pay attention to the artificial forest tending and management.According to the above analysis,this paper concluded that the afforestation was the effective measure for increasing the soil organic carbon accumulation,and the effects of planting the indigenous tree species Cupressus lusitanica and Amygdalus persica L. were best.Tao ZHANG Fuxu WAN Zhengxin TAN 2015Asian Agricultural Research2015,7,4:0
