1Mutation induction of Pleurotus ferulae by low-energy N^+ ion implantation and characters of the selected mutant显示文摘In order to obtain Pleurotus ferulae with high temperature tolerance, mycelium mono-cells of wild type strain ACK was treated by nitrogen ion (5~30 keV, 1.5×1015~1.5×1016 cm-2) implantation, and mutant CGMCC1762 was selected through auxotrophy screening method, which was Lys, VB6 auxotrophy stress with high temperature. We found that during riper period the surface layer mycelium of the mutant was not aging neither grew tegument even above 30°C. The mycelium endurable temperature of the mutant was increased 7°C compared with that of the wild type strain. The fruiting bodies growth temperature of the mutant was 16~20°C in daytime and was 6~12°C at night. The highest growth temperature of fruiting bodies of the mutant was increased by 5°C than that of original strain. 2Robust optimal control for anaerobic-anoxic-oxic reactors显示文摘Anaerobic-anoxic-oxic(A_2O) reactors, as the core parts of wastewater treatment process(WWTP), have attracted considerable attention to achieve the reliability of denitrification and dephosphorization. However, it is difficult to realize the optimal operation of A_2O reactors due to the existence of nonlinear dynamics and large uncertainties. To solve this problem, a robust optimal control(ROC) strategy is developed to improve the operation performance of A_2O reactors. First, data-driven systematic evaluation criteria are developed to describe the operational indicators of changeable conditions. Second, a robust optimization algorithm is designed to select the optimal solution. Third, a fuzzy neural network(FNN) is used to track the optimal solution in the control process. Finally, this proposed ROC strategy is applied to the phosphorus removal benchmark simulation model(BSM1-P) and the real A_2O reactors. 3A time-dependent numerical model of the mild-slope equation显示文摘On the basis of the previous studies, the simplest hyperbolic mild-slope equation has been gained and the linear time-dependent numerical model for the water wave propagation has been established combined with different boundary conditions. Through computing the effective surface displacement and transforming into the real transient wave motion, related wave factors will be calculated. Compared with Lin’s model, analysis shows that calculation stability of the present model is enhanced efficiently, because the truncation errors of this model are only contributed by the dissipation terms, but those of Lin’s model are induced by the convection terms, dissipation terms and source terms. The tests show that the present model succeeds the merit in Lin’s model and the computational program is simpler, the computational time is shorter, and the computational stability is enhanced efficiently. The present model has the capability of simulating transient wave motion by correctly predicting at the speed of wave propagation, which is important for the real-time forecast of the arrival time of surface waves generated in the deep sea. The model is validated against analytical solution for wave diffraction and experimental data for combined wave refraction and diffraction over a submerged elliptic shoal on a slope. Good agreements are obtained. 4Adaptive candidate estimation-assisted multi-objective particle swarm optimization显示文摘The selection of global best(Gbest) exerts a high influence on the searching performance of multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm(MOPSO). The candidates of MOPSO in external archive are always estimated to select Gbest. However,in most estimation methods, the candidates are considered as the Gbest in a fixed way, which is difficult to adapt to varying evolutionary requirements for balance between convergence and diversity of MOPSO. To deal with this problem, an adaptive candidate estimation-assisted MOPSO(ACE-MOPSO) is proposed in this paper. First, the evolutionary state information,including both the global dominance information and global distribution information of non-dominated solutions, is introduced to describe the evolutionary states to extract the evolutionary requirements. Second, an adaptive candidate estimation method,based on two evaluation distances, is developed to select the excellent leader for balancing convergence and diversity during the dynamic evolutionary process. Third, a leader mutation strategy, using the elite local search(ELS), is devised to select Gbest to improve the searching ability of ACE-MOPSO. Fourth, the convergence analysis is given to prove the theoretical validity of ACE-MOPSO. Finally, this proposed algorithm is compared with popular algorithms on twenty-four benchmark functions. 5An analytical model for evaluating the dynamic response of a tunnel embedded in layered foundation soil with different saturations显示文摘This paper proposes an analytical model for evaluating the dynamic response of an underground railway tunnel in layered foundation soil with different saturations.The soil is modeled as layered media,and the circular tunnel lining is modeled as an infinite Flügge cylindrical shell.The separation of variables method is used to solve the motion equation of the shell,and the wave equation of the soil is solved using the Helmholtz decomposition theorem.A dynamic matrix reflecting the wave vectors of soil layers is established using the transfer matrix method.Based on boundary conditions,the tunnel-soil model is coupled using the transformation method of plane wave functions and cylindrical wave functions.The proposed model is validated by comparison with existing tunnel models,and the effects of saturation and the layered properties of soil on the dynamic response of a layered tunnel-soil system is demonstrated via case studies.Di Honggui Guo Huiji Zhou Shunhua Wang Binglong He Chao Zhang Xiaohui 2022Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2022,21,3:1
6A wireless intelligent thermal control and management system for piglet in large-scale pig farms显示文摘Indoor temperature is a critical environmental factor for piglets that affects the health,welfare,and production efficiency of domesticated pigs.However,there are limited reports about wireless intelligent thermal control and management system for piglets in largescale pig farms,and evaluation energy saving.This paper presents an Automatic Thermal Control and Management System(ATCMS)of micro-environment for piglets,that could provide a suitable production environment and reduce the energy consumption.ATCMS includes automatic temperature control system(ATCS),multipoint temperature management system(MTMS)and remote access.The infrared heating lamps are chosen in the ATCS for their good performance in heating rate and heating distribution.In order to meet a scientific temperature requirements of piglet growth,the suitable thermal ranges of each growth-stage(STREG)are employed as intelligent control strategies to generate an automatic and precise heating control.MTMS is responsible for communicating with ATCSs and transmitting information to database server for record based on wireless technology.Remote access offers information services for remote administrators by smart phones and clients via Internet.The experiments of ATCMS were carried out both in winter and summer at Binsheng Breeding Piggery Farm,Acheng City,Heilongjiang Province,China.Results showed that the temperature provided by ATCS had been kept in STREG of piglets during the whole winter period.When the indoor temperature during summer period were in or above STREG,heating lamps were turned off by ATCS for a long time.The energy consumption of ATCS were 63.60%in winter and 39.35%in summer with continuous heating system operation.Therefore,ATCMS could take the suitable thermal ranges of each growth-stage as an intelligent control principle to give an automatic and precise control to heating devices in order to meet a scientific temperature requirements of piglet growth.Ping Zheng Jicheng Zhang Honggui Liu Jun Bao Qiuju Xie Xiaohua Teng 2021Information Processing in Agriculture2021,8,2:1

9Oncolytic adenovirus targeting LASP-1 inhibited renal cell cancerprogression显示文摘Recent studies suggested that LIM and SH3 protein 1(LASP-1)is a promising therapeutic target for renal cell cancer(RCC).This study aimed to explore the role of LASP-1 in RCC.For this purpose,LASP-1 expression in RCC tissues was analyzed by immunohistochemistry and Western blot analysis.Cell proliferation,migration,invasion,and gene expression were detected by CCK-8 assay,Transwell assay,and Western blot analysis.The results showed that LASP-1 was highly expressed in RCC,and its expression level,t was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and tumor,nodes,and metastases(TNM)stage.The knockdown of LASP-1 expression significantly inhibited the proliferation of RCC cells,increased the apoptosis rate,and inhibited RCC cell invasion and migration by inhibiting epithelial–mesenchymal transition.We conclude that LASP-1 promotes RCC progression and metastasis and is a promising therapeutic target for RCC.FANGHAO SUN WENCHAO ZHAO LIANSHENG ZHANG HONGGUI MA JIAN ZHOU YOUGAN CHEN JIANQUAN HOU 2020BIOCELL2020,44,4:0
10Calcyclin-binding protein contributes to cholangiocarcinoma progression by inhibiting ubiquitination of MCM2显示文摘Background:Cholangiocarcinoma(CCA)represents the epithelial cell cancer with high aggressiveness whose five-year survival rate is poor with standard treatment.Calcyclin-binding protein(CACYBP)shows aberrant expression within several malignant tumors,but the role of CACYBP in CCA remains unknown.Methods:Immunohistochemical(IHC)analysis was used to identify CACYBP overexpression in clinical samples of CCA patients.Moreover,its correlation with clinical outcome was revealed.Furthermore,CACYBP’s effect on CCA cell growth and invasion was investigated in vitro and in vivo using loss-of-function experiments.Results:CACYBP showed up-regulation in CCA,which predicts the dismal prognostic outcome.CACYBP had an important effect on in-vitro and in-vivo cancer cell proliferation and migration.Additionally,knockdown of CACYBP weakened protein stability by promoting ubiquitination of MCM2.Accordingly,MCM2 up-regulation partly reversed CACYBP deficiency’s inhibition against cancer cell viability and invasion.Thus,MCM2 might drive CCA development by Wnt/β-catenin pathway.Conclusions:CACYBP exerted a tumor-promoting role in CCA by suppressing ubiquitination of MCM2 and activating Wnt/β-catenin pathway,hence revealing that it may be the possible therapeutic target for CCA treatment.YUSEN ZHANG LIPING LIU BIWEI LUO HONGGUI TANG XIAOFANG YU SHIYUN BAO 2023Oncology Research2023,31,3:0
