1Ambiguous nucleus regulates the proliferation and percentage of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood显示文摘The aim of this study was to examine the immunomodulatory role of the unilateral ambiguous nucleus(Amb).We performed electrical stimulation of the unilateral Amb,electrical stimulation of the left parietal cortex and the lateral hypothalamus following unilateral Amb lesion,as well as microinjection of acetylcholine chloride and hemicholine-3 into the unilateral Amb,and electrical stimulation of the unilateral Amb after injection of atropine,mecamylamine,propranolol,and phentolamine.Results showed that the number and proliferation of peripheral blood T lymphocytes were increased after electrical stimulation of the unilateral Amb.The cholinergic neurons in the Amb released choline substances to alter cellular immunity,thus confirming that the Amb mediates the neuro-immunomodulatory process.Wei Wang Wei Chen Yingwu Mei Bin Guo Zhanqing Yang Shoupeng Fu Zhanpeng Yue Juxiong Liu 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,35:3

3Minimizing interfacial energy losses in inverted perovskite solar cells by a dipolar stereochemical 2D perovskite interface显示文摘Inverted perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have attracted broad research and industrial interest owing to their suppressed hysteresis,cost-effectiveness,and easy-fabrication.However,the issue of non-radiative recombination losses at the n-type interface between the perovskite and fullerene has impeded further improvement of photovoltaic performance.Here,we modify the n-type interface of FAPbI_(3) perovskite films by constructing a stereochemical two-dimensional(2D) perovskite interlayer,in which the organic cations comprise both pyridine and ammonium groups.The pyridine N donor can create stable bonding with the surface-uncoordinated Pb on the perovskite,thereby passivating the shallow-level defects and enhancing the air stability of the film.Furthermore,the pyridine N donor also offers a positive polar interface to decrease the surface work function of the perovskite film,enabling n-type modification.Ultimately,we employ a p-i-n photovoltaic(PV) device with the positive dipole interlayer at perovskite/fullerene contact and achieve remarkable photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE) of 22.0%.Junjie Qian Jingjing He Qihang Zhang Chenyue Zhu Shilin Chen Zhanpeng Wei Xuesong Leng Ziren Zhou Benben Shen Yu Peng Qiang Niu Shuang Yang Yu Hou 2024Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,90,3:0
4Nano-capillary induced assemble of quantum dots on perovskite grain boundaries for efficient and stable perovskite solar cells显示文摘In recent years, perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have propelled into the limelight owing to rapid development of efficiency;however, the abundant defects at the perovskite grain boundaries result in unwanted energy loss and structural degradation. Here, the grain boundaries of perovskite polycrystalline films have been found to act as nanocapillaries for capturing perovskite quantum dots(PQDs), which enable the conformal assemble of PQDs at the top interspace between perovskite grains. The existence of PQDs passivated the surface defects, optimized the interfacial band alignments, and ultimately improved the power conversion efficiency from 19.27% to 22.47% in inverted PSCs. 5Synergistic creation of highly stable strain-insensitive pressure sensors by in-plane strain modulation and quasi-homogenous interfacial design显示文摘The urgent requirement of electronic skin conformably attached to nonplanar surfaces to provide sta-ble monitoring in areas of healthcare,prosthetics,and robotics promotes the development of strain-insensitive/unperturbed pressure sensors.The main challenges lie in:(1)stretchability and conduc-tive stability of flexible electrodes and(2)mechanical stability of heterogeneous interfaces.This study presents a highly stable strain-insensitive pressure sensor achieved by in-plane strain modulation and quasi-homogenous interfacial design.Strain modulation of stretchable electrodes by both periodic mi-crostructured engineering and pre-stretching strategies(called“island-ripple”)was employed to suppress microcracks propagation.The improvement in stretchability and cyclic conductive stability of electrodes was identified by finite element analysis and experimental verification.The pre-stretched microconed stretchable electrode with a low sheet resistance of 0.546sq^(−1) shows a maximum deformation of up to 80%and excellent cyclic conductive stability over 10000 times under 30%strain.Quasi-homogenous interface strategy by the CNTs/PDMS system was employed to enhance the mechanical and electrical sta-bility of the electrode-active materials interface,demonstrating a strong peel strength and shear strength of>40.9 N/m and>124.8 kPa,respectively.The as-prepared strain-insensitive pressure sensor provides constant sensing performance over 5000 stretching-releasing cycles within 20%stretching.In addition,a 4×4 pixel strain-insensitive pressure sensor array with reduced cross-talk circuit design was further integrated to identify the shape and weight of different objects under strains.The stretchability and sta-bility of our sensor enable it to be applied in stretchable electronics with great potential.Xuyang Feng Shaoxiong Hu Jiajie Yu Zhanpeng Guo Rui Wang Wei Zhu Yuan Deng 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,28:0
