3Separation of Water from Extra-viscous Oil under Microwave Radiation in the Presence of Inorganic Salts显示文摘Removal of water contained in extra-viscous crude oil is quite difficult because of the high viscosity and high resins content of heavy oil.The microwave technology was introduced for the separation of water from high-viscosity crude oil in the presence of sodium acetate.The decrease in zeta-potential of interface and the viscosity of crude oil are responsible for the accelerated separation of water under microwave irradiation.The influences of the concentration of sodium acetate in sample,irradiation pressure,irradiation time and irradiation power on the separation efficiency were investigated.The optimum technological condition for the refining process was determined.Upon treating the sample 1 (with a water concentration of 50%),the water removal rate was 98.44%,when the optimum conditions were identified to be a sodium acetate concentration of 2%,an irradiation pressure of 0.1 MPa,an irradiation time of 2 min,and an irradiation power of 225 W,with the recovery of sodium acetate reaching 97.88%.Upon treating the sample 2 (the concentration of water was 20%),the water removal rate was 93.85%,when the optimum conditions were determined to be a sodium acetate concentration of 3%,an irradiation pressure of 0.1 MPa,an irradiation time of 4 min,and an irradiation power of 375 W,with the recovery of sodium acetate reaching 93.54%.By using this method,the dehydration efficiency was increased rapidly.Zhao Shanlin Li Ping Shang Liyan Ma Li 2011China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2011,13,3:1

6Study on Separating Naphthenic Acids from Diesel Fuel by Microwave Irradiation显示文摘The microwave technology was introduced to separate naphthenic acids from diesel fuel. Thedecrease of zeta-potential of electric double layer on the W/O interface and the reduction of diesel fuelviscosity were responsible for the accelerated separation of naphthenic acids under microwave irradiation.The influences of dosage of alkali compound solvent (Mp/MT), irradiation pressure, irradiation time,irradiation power, the settling time and oil phase-to-solvent phase volume ratio (O/S) had been investigated.The optimum process conditions for the refining process were determined. The removal of naphthenicacids reached 98.4% when the optimum conditions were proposed as follows: Mp/MT=1.5, 0.05MPa, 6 min,375W, 25min and O/S=10, respectively. 11Yak rumen microbiome elevates fiber degradation ability and alters rumen fermentation pattern to increase feed efficiency显示文摘Rumen microbes play an important role in ruminant energy supply and animal performance.Previous studies showed that yak(Bos grunniens)rumen microbiome and fermentation differ from other ruminants.However,little is understood about the features of the rumen microbiome that make yak adapted to their unique environmental and dietary conditions.This study was to investigate the rumen microbiome and metabolome to understand how yak adapt to the coarse forage and harsh environment in the Qinghai-Tibetan plateau.Nine female Qaidam yellow cattle(Bos taurus),9 dzomo(hybrids of cattle and yak)and 9 female plateau yak(B.grunniens),about 5 to 6 years old,were used in this study.Rumen fermentation parameters,fibrolytic enzyme activities,and rumen metataxonomic were determined.Then 18(6 samples per group)were selected for rumen metagenomic and metabolome analysis.Metataxonomic analysis revealed that the rumen microbiota was significantly different among plateau yak,Qaidam yellow cattle,and dzomo(P<0.05).Metagenomic analysis displayed a larger gene pool encoding a richer repertoire of carbohydrate-active enzymes in the rumen microbiome of plateau yak and dzomo than Qaidam yellow cattle(P<0.05).Some of the genes encoding glycoside hydrolases that mediate the digestion of cellulose and hemicellulose were significantly enriched in the rumen of plateau yak than Qaidam yellow cattle,but glycoside hydrolase 57 that primarily includes amylases was abundant in Qaidam yellow cattle(P<0.05).The rumen fermentation profile differed also,Qaidam yellow cattle having a higher molar proportion of acetate but a lower molar proportion of propionate than dzomo and plateau yak(P<0.05).Based on metabolomic analysis,rumen microbial metabolic pathways and metabolites were different.Differential metabolites are mainly amino acids,carboxylic acids,sugars,and bile acids.Changes in rumen microbial composition could explain the above results.The present study showed that the rumen microbiome of plateau yak helps its host to adapt to the Qinghai-Tibetan plateau.In particular,the plateau yak rumen microbiome has more enzymes genes involved in cellulase and hemicellulase than that of cattle,resulting higher fibrolytic enzyme activities inyak,further providing stronger fiber degradation function.Congcong Zhao Lamei Wang Shanlin Ke Xinhua Chen Akos Kenez Wei Xu Dangdang Wang Fan Zhang Yong Li Zhanhong Cui Yu Qiao Jing Wang Wenjuan Sun Jianhua Zhao Junhu Yao Zhongtang Yu Yangchun Cao 2022Animal Nutrition2022,,4:1

20Preparation of Nano-sized Silica-alumina Support by Supersolubilizing Self-assembly Technique显示文摘Nano-sized silica-alumina particles were in-situ synthesized in supersolubilizing reverse micellae.Both the most probable pore diameters and the particle sizes were distributed in nano-scale SiO2-Al2O3 particulates.The influence of SiO2/Al2O3 mass ratio and the surfactant content on the particle size and morphology,pore structure,and acidity was characterized by the low temperature nitrogen adsorption/desorption (BET),SEM,TEM and NH3-TPD methods.The test results indicated that the most probable pore diameter of SiO2-Al2O3 nanoparticles was around 10 nm,the specific surface area was about 223-286 m2 /g,the pore volumes were about 0.48-0.63 cm 3 /g,and the particle sizes of porous SiO2-Al2O3 calcined at 550 ℃ were distributed always in the range between 10 nm to 50 nm.The calcined SiO2-Al2O3 nano-powders showed their acidity being stronger than the porous γ-Al2O3 support.Liu Yan Zhao Shanlin Li Ping Jin Yingjie Zhang Xin Zhai Yuchun 2011China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2011,13,1:0
