| 2 | Circular RNA circCCNB1 inhibits the migration and invasion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma through binding and stabilizing TJP1 mRNA显示文摘Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)is a malignant tumor that usually occurs in people from Southeast Asia and Southern China.NPC is prone to migration and invasion,leading to poor prognosis.A large number of circular RNAs(circ RNAs)exacerbate the process of metastasis in NPC;however,their underlying mechanisms remain unclear.We found that the circular RNA circ CCNB1,encoded by the oncogene CCNB1,was downregulated in NPC biopsies and cell lines.In vitro assays show that circ CCNB1 inhibits NPC cell migration and invasion.Moreover,circ CCNB1 induces a protein,nuclear factor 90(NF90),to bind and prolong the half-life of tight junction protein 1(TJP1)m RNA.Upregulation of TJP1 enhances tight junctions between cancer cells and inhibits NPC cell migration and invasion.This study reveals a novel biological function of circ CCNB1 in the migration and invasion of NPC by enhancing the tight junctions of cancer cells by binding to NF90 proteins and TJP1 m RNA,and may provide a potential therapeutic target for NPC. | Mengyao Zhao Yian Wang Fenghua Tan Lingyun Liu Xiangchan Hou Chunmei Fan Le Tang Yongzhen Mo Yumin Wang Qijia Yan Zhaojian Gong Zheng Li Qianjin Liao Can Guo He Huang Xi Zeng Guiyuan Li Zhaoyang Zeng Wei Xiong Fuyan Wang | 2022 | Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,11: | 4 |

| 5 | Organic frameworks confined Cu single atoms and nanoclusters for tandem electrocatalytic CO_(2) reduction to methane显示文摘The electrochemical reduction reaction of carbon dioxide(CO_(2)RR)is considered to be an effective way to realize carbon neutrality.As a type of intensively studied materials,covalent organic frameworks(COFs)with a tunable pore structure and various functional groups are promising catalysts for CO_(2)RR.Herein,COF synthesized by 2,6‐diaminoanthraquinone and 2,4,6‐triformylphloroglucinol is employed to assist the synthesis of electrocatalysts from Cu single atoms(SAs)to nanoclusters by controlling the electrodeposition.A tandem catalyst for CO_(2)‐to‐CH4 conversion is thus achieved by the Cu nanoclusters dispersed among the isolated Cu SAs in the COF network.It is proposed that CO_(2) is first reduced to CO over the atomically isolated Cu SAs,followed by diffusion onto the neighboring Cu nanoclusters for further reduction into CH4.In addition,mechanistic analysis suggests that the coordinated K^(+)ions on the COF network promote the activation of CO_(2) and the adsorption of reaction intermediates,thus realizing the suppressed hydrogen evolution reaction and selective production of CH4.This study presents a new insight of COFs for the confined synthesis of a tunable SA to nanocluster electrocatalysts,disclosing the great potential of COFs in electrocatalysis. | Qinglan Zhao Yian Wang Meng Li Shangqian Zhu Tiehuai Li Jixiang Yang Ting Lin Ernest PDelmo Yinuo Wang Juhee Jang Meng Gu Minhua Shao | 2022 | SmartMat2022,3,1: | 1 |

| 7 | DOPA-IGF-1 Coated HA/PLGA Microspheres Promoting Proliferation and Osteoclastic Differentiation of Rabbit Bone Mesenchymal Stem Cells显示文摘To explore the ability of dihydroxyphenylalanine-insulin-like growth factor-1 (DOPA-IGF-1) coated hydroxyapatite/poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(HA/PLGA) microspheres to promote the proliferation and osteoclastic differentiation of rabbit bone mesenchymal stem cells(rBMSCs), HA/PLGA microspheres with different HA content (10%, 30%, 50%, mass fraction) were prepared by electrospinning method and HA/PLGA microspheres with 50% HA were coated with IGF-1 and DOPA-IGF-1, respectively. They were co-cultured with rBMSCs, respctively. Cell counting kit-8(CCK-8) detection, confocal laser scanning microscopy(CLSM), alkaline phosphatase(ALP) detection and osteogenesis related genes COL IA1, Runx2 and bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2) detection were conducted to detect the proliferation activity, cell morphology, differentiation ability and the expression level of osteogenesis-related genes of cells cultured on all microspheres groups. The results showed that rBMSCs proliferation increased in an HA content dependent manner, and cells proliferated more in the IGF-1 coated and DOPA-IGF-1 coated groups, in particular in DOPA-IGF-1 coated group, and the differences were more remarkable over time (P<0.05).
