| 1 | A novel ESD power supply clamp circuit with double pull-down paths显示文摘Electrostatic-discharge(ESD)protection design is one of the key challenges of advanced CMOS processes.RC-triggered and MOSFET-based power supply ESD clamp circuits have been widely used to obtain the desired ESD protection ability.In this paper,a MOSFET-based ESD power clamp circuit with only10 ns RC time constant for 0.18-μm process is presented.A double pull-down path is proposed to avoid false triggering,reject power supply noise and reduce energy consumption.The performance of the novel clamp circuit is excellent,consuming very small layout area.The simulation results show that this clamp circuit can be used in industry. | LIU HongXia YANG ZhaoNian LI Li ZHUO QingQing | 2013 | Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,10: | 4 |
| 2 | Low leakage 3×VDD-tolerant ESD detection circuit without deep N-well in a standard 90-nm low-voltage CMOS process显示文摘A new low leakage 3×VDD-tolerant electrostatic discharge(ESD)detection circuit using only low-voltage device without deep N-well is proposed in a standard 90-nm 1.2-V CMOS process.Stacked-transistors technique is adopted to sustain high-voltage stress and reduce leakage current.No NMOSFET operates in high voltage range and it is unnecessary to use any deep N-well.The proposed detection circuit can generate a 38 mA current to turn on the substrate triggered silicon-controlled rectifier(STSCR)under the ESD stress.Under normal operating conditions,all the devices are free from over-stress voltage threat.The leakage current is 88 nA under 3×VDD bias at 25°C.The simulation result shows the circuit can be successfully used for 3×VDD-tolerant I/O buffer. | YANG ZhaoNian LIU HongXia WANG ShuLong | 2013 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,8: | 3 |

| 13 | Enhanced photocatalytic ammonia oxidation activity and nitrogen selectivity over Ag/AgCl/N-TiO_(2) photocatalyst显示文摘The removal of ammonia(NH_(3))emitted from agricultural and industrial activities is of great significance to protect human health and ecological environment.Photocatalytic NH_(3)oxidation to N2under mild conditions is a promising strategy.However,developing visible light photocatalysts for NH_(3)oxidation is still in its infancy.Here,we fabricate N-TiO_(2)and Ag/AgCl/N-TiO_(2)photocatalysts by sol-gel and photodeposition methods,respectively.The introduction of N not only endows TiO_(2)with visible light response(absorption edge at460 nm)but also results in the formation of heterophase junction(anatase and rutile).Thus,N-TiO_(2)shows 2.0 and 1.8 times higher than those over anatase TiO_(2)and commercial TiO_(2)for NH_(3)oxidation under full spectrum irradiation.Meanwhile,surface modification of Ag can simultaneously enhance visible light absorption(generating localized surface plasmon resonance effect)and charge separation efficiency.Therefore,the photocatalytic activity of Ag/AgCl/N-TiO_(2)is further improved.Furthermore,the presence of N and Ag also enhances the selectivity of N2product owing to the change of reaction pathway.This work simultaneously regulates photocatalytic conversion efficiency and product selectivity,providing some guidance for developing highly efficient photocatalysts for NH_(3)elimination. | Jiaojiao Guan Daorong Li Jiahui Feng Peng Xu Zhaonian Li Siqi Ge Hongxia Chen Kunfeng Zhang | 2024 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,4: | 0 |
| 14 | MOLECULAR DYNAMIC SIMULATIONS OF MOLTEN NaF显示文摘The structure and transport properties in molten NaF have been studied using the method ofmolecular dynamics simulation. The calculations are based on two models of interionic potentials,which are Fumi-Tosi potential (FT) and the Fumi-Tosi potential without Van derWaals attractive item (FT). The radial distribution function (RDF) and the Na^+ andF^- self-diffusion coefficients have been calculated. The calculated results are in good agreementwith the experimental ones. | 15 | Wave propagation analysis of porous functionally graded piezoelectric nanoplates with a visco-Pasternak foundation显示文摘This study investigates the size-dependent wave propagation behaviors under the thermoelectric loads of porous functionally graded piezoelectric(FGP) nanoplates deposited in a viscoelastic foundation.It is assumed that(i) the material parameters of the nanoplates obey a power-law variation in thickness and(ii) the uniform porosity exists in the nanoplates.The combined effects of viscoelasticity and shear deformation are considered by using the Kelvin-Voigt viscoelastic model and the refined higher-order shear deformation theory.The scale effects of the nanoplates are captured by employing nonlocal strain gradient theory(NSGT).The motion equations are calculated in accordance with Hamilton’s principle.Finally,the dispersion characteristics of the nanoplates are numerically determined by using a harmonic solution.The results indicate that the nonlocal parameters(NLPs) and length scale parameters(LSPs) have exactly the opposite effects on the wave frequency.In addition,it is found that the effect of porosity volume fractions(PVFs) on the wave frequency depends on the gradient indices and damping coefficients.When these two values are small,the wave frequency increases with the volume fraction.By contrast,at larger gradient index and damping coefficient values,the wave frequency decreases as the volume fraction increases. | Zhaonian LI Juan LIU Biao HU Yuxing WANG Huoming SHEN | 2023 | Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2023,44,1: | 0 |
