2An Approximate Maximum Likelihood Algorithm for Target Localization in Multistatic Passive Radar显示文摘This paper addresses the problem of target localization using Bistatic range(BR) measurements in a distributed multistatic passive radar system. The rangebased positioning technique employs multiple transmitterreceiver pairs, which provide separate BR measurements.Based on the Maximum likelihood(ML) function,an efficient algebraic Approximate maximum likelihood(AML) algorithm for single target localization is proposed.The closed-form AML solution has neither initial condition requirements nor convergence difficulty. Simulations are included to compare its performance to that of the CramerRao lower bound(CRLB) and the Two-step Weighted least squares(TS-WLS) algorithm. The proposed method is shown to be able to achieve the CRLB accuracy under Gaussian measurement noise. 5Leaching of vanadium,sodium,and silicon from molten V?Ti-bearing slag obtained from low-grade vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite显示文摘The water leaching process of vanadium, sodium, and silicon from molten vanadium-titanium-bearing(V-Ti-bearing) slag obtained from low-grade vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite was investigated systematically. The results show that calcium titanate, sodium aluminosilicate, sodium oxide, silicon dioxide and sodium vanadate are the major components of the molten V-Ti-bearing slag. The experimental results indicate that the liquid-solid(L/S) mass ratio significantly affects the leaching process because of the respective solubilities and diffusion rates of the components. A total of 83.8% of vanadium, 72.8% of sodium, and 16.1% of silicon can be leached out via a triple counter-current leaching process under the optimal conditions of a particle size below 0.074 mm, a temperature of 90°C, a leaching time of 20 min, an L/S mass ratio of 4:1, and a stirring speed of 300 r/min. The kinetics of vanadium leaching is well described by an internal diffusion-controlled model and the apparent activation energy is 11.1 kJ/mol. 9Influence of Moisture Content on the Degradation of Natural Ester Impregnated Paper Insulation显示文摘Natural ester is a kind of fire-resistant and environmentally friendly dielectric liquid, which has already been widely used in power transformers. The influence of moisture content on the degradation of natural ester (camellia oil and FR3 oil) impregnated paper in- sulation was investigated and compared with that of mineral oil impregnated paper in this paper. The initial moisture contents of insulating paper samples were 0.3%, 2% and 4%, respectively. Thermal aging experiment was conducted at 130 °C in hermetical stainless vessels for 80 days. Aging parameters such as the degree of polymerization (DP) of insulating paper, furfural mass concentration in oil and acid number of oil were measured. Chain scissions number (CSN) of aged insulating paper was calculated. The results show that moisture could accele- rate the degradation of both natural ester impregnated paper insulation and mineral oil impregnated paper insulation, while the degradation rate of natural ester impregnated paper insulation is much lower than that of mineral oil impregnated paper insulation. 10Vector Segment Routing for Large-Scale Multilayer Satellite Network显示文摘With the expansion of satellite constellation,routing techniques for small-scale satellite networks have problems in routing overhead and forwarding efficiency.This paper proposes a vector segment routing method for large-scale multi layer satellite networks.A vector forwarding path is built based on the location between the source and the destination.Data packets are forwarded along this vector path,shielding the influence of satellite motion on routing forwarding.Then,a dynamic route maintenance strategy is suggested.In a multi layer satellite network,the low-orbit satellites are in charge of computing the routing tables for one area,and the routing paths are dynamically adjusted in the area in accordance with the network.The medium-orbit satellites maintain the connectivity of vector paths in multiple segmented areas.The forwarding mode based on the source and destination location improves the forwarding efficiency,and the segmented route maintenance mode decreases the routing overhead.The simulation results indicate that vector segment routing has significant performance advantages in end-to-end delay,packet loss rate,and throughput in a multi layer satellite network.We also simulate the impact of routing table update mechanism on network performance and overhead and give the performance of segmented vector routing in multi layer low-orbit satellite networks.Weigang Bai Hongming Yang Jincheng Tong Zhaotao Qin Ruochen Lyu 2023Journal of Communications and Information Networks2023,8,1:0
