| 2 | Spatio-temporal-spectral-angular observation model that integrates observations from UAV and mobile mapping vehicle for better urban mapping显示文摘In a complex urban scene,observation from a single sensor unavoidably leads to voids in observations,failing to describe urban objects in a comprehensive manner.In this paper,we propose a spatio-temporal-spectral-angular observation model to integrate observations from UAV and mobile mapping vehicle platform,realizing a joint,coordinated observation operation from both air and ground.We develop a multi-source remote sensing data acquisition system to effectively acquire multi-angle data of complex urban scenes.Multi-source data fusion solves the missing data problem caused by occlusion and achieves accurate,rapid,and complete collection of holographic spatial and temporal information in complex urban scenes.We carried out an experiment on Baisha Town,Chongqing,China and obtained multi-sensor,multi-angle data from UAV and mobile mapping vehicle.We first extracted the point cloud from UAV and then integrated the UAV and mobile mapping vehicle point cloud.The inte-grated results combined both the characteristics of UAV and mobile mapping vehicle point cloud,confirming the practicability of the proposed joint data acquisition platform and the effectiveness of spatio-temporal-spectral-angular observation model.Compared with the observation from UAV or mobile mapping vehicle alone,the integrated system provides an effective data acquisition solution toward comprehensive urban monitoring. | Zhenfeng Shao Gui Cheng Deren Li Xiao Huang Zhipeng Lu Jian Liu | 2021 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2021,24,4: | 2 |

| 6 | Mapping impervious surfaces with a hierarchical spectral mixture analysis incorporating endmember spatial distribution显示文摘Impervious surface mapping is essential for urban environmental studies.Spectral Mixture Analysis(SMA)and its extensions are widely employed in impervious surface estimation from medium-resolution images.For SMA,inappropriate endmember combinations and inadequate endmember classes have been recognized as the primary reasons for estimation errors.Meanwhile,the spectral-only SMA,without considering urban spatial distribution,fails to consider spectral variability in an adequate manner.The lack of endmember class diversity and their spatial variations lead to over/underestimation.To mitigate these issues,this study integrates a hierarchical strategy and spatially varied endmember spectra to map impervious surface abundance,taking Wuhan and Wuzhou as two study areas.Specifically,the piecewise convex multiple-model endmember detection algorithm is applied to automatically hierarch-ize images into three regions,and distinct endmember combinations are independently developed in each region.Then,spatially varied endmember spectra are synthesized through neighboring spectra using the distance-based weight.Comparative analysis indicates that the proposed method achieves better performance than Hierarchical SMA and Fixed Four-endmembers SMA in terms of MAE,SE,and RMSE.Further analysis suggests that the hierarch-ical strategy can expand endmember class types and considerably improve the performance for the study areas in general,specifically in less developed areas.Moreover,we find that spatially varied endmember spectra facilitate the reduction of heterogeneous surface material variations and achieve the improved performance in developed areas. | Zhenfeng Shao Yuan Zhang Cheng Zhang Xiao Huang Tao Cheng | 2022 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2022,25,4: | 1 |

This paper deduces the stationary frame equivalent model of arbitrarily controller in synchronous frame. | 10 | Pulmonary endothelium-targeted nanoassembly of indomethacin and superoxide dismutase relieves lung inflammation显示文摘Lung inflammation is an essential inducer of various diseases and is closely related to pulmonary-endothelium dysfunction.Herein,we propose a pulmonary endothelium-targeted codelivery system of anti-inflammatory indomethacin(IND)and antioxidant superoxide dismutase(SOD)by assembling the biopharmaceutical SOD onto the“vector”of rod-like pure IND crystals,followed by coating with anti-ICAM-1 antibody(Ab)for targeting endothelial cells.The codelivery system has a 237 nm diameter in length and extremely high drug loading of 39%IND and 2.3%SOD.Pharmacokinetics and biodistribution studies demonstrate the extended blood circulation and the strong pulmonary accumulation of the system after intravenous injection in the lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced inflammatory murine model.Particularly,the system allows a robust capacity to target pulmonary endothelium mostly due to the rod-shape and Ab coating effect.In vitro,the preparation shows the synergistic antiinflammatory and antioxidant effects in LPS-activated endothelial cells.In vivo,the preparation exhibits superior pharmacodynamic efficacy revealed by significantly downregulating the inflammatory/oxidative stress markers,such as TNF-a,IL-6,COX-2,and reactive oxygen species(ROS),in the lungs.In conclusion,the codelivery system based on rod-like pure crystals could well target the pulmonary endothelium and effectively alleviate lung inflammation.The study offers a promising approach to combat pulmonary endothelium-associated diseases. | Yi Yang Makhloufi Zoulikha Qingqing Xiao Feifei Huang Qi Jiang Xiaotong Li Zhenfeng Wu Wei He | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,11: | 0 |

| 12 | Clinical significance of S100A7 protein in predicting recurrence of breast cancer in patients undergoing breast-conserving surgery with radiotherapy显示文摘Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of S100A7 protein and prediction of recurrence and prognosis of breast cancer in patients undergoing breast-conserving surgery combined with radiotherapy.Methods 349 samples of carcinoma tissue wax blocks were selected from January 2011 to January 2014 in Qingdao Central Hospital.All the patients had undergone breast-conserving surgery.We analyzed S100A7 expression in tumor tissue by immunohistochemical staining.Using univariate and multivariate analyses,we evaluated the relationship between S100A7 and clinical results,to explore independent risk factors for local regional recurrence(LRR).Results The positive expression of S100A7 in the recurrence group(66.7%)was significantly higher than in the non-recurrence group(38.4%),P=0.025.A log-rank test showed that high S100A7 expression was significantly correlated with 5-year regional recurrence free survival rate(RFS)(94.9%vs 89.5%,P=0.0408),distant metastasis free survival rate(DFS)(95.4%vs 83.5%,P<0.001),and overall survival rate(OS)(99.0%vs 92.5%,P=0.0011).Histological grade,vessel carcinoma embolus,lymph node metastasis,S100A7 expression,and tumor size were factors that influenced RFS.Multivariate analysis of the Cox proportional hazard model showed that high S100A7 expression was an independent risk factor that affected breast cancer RFS(HR=6.864,95%CI:1.575-29.915,P=0.01).Thus,we concluded that high S100A7 expression is associated with increased risk of LRR and distant metastasis of breast cancer after breast-conserving surgery and postoperative radiotherapy.S100A7 can be used as a molecular marker to screen for patients with high recurrence risk after breast-conserving surgery. | Chao Zhang Changyou Li Gaoyang Lin Yao Qi Zhenfeng Li Jing Xu Tianhui Su Xin Liu Xiao Zou | 2019 | Oncology and Translational Medicine2019,5,5: | 0 |

| 14 | Deep learning-based local climate zone classification using Sentinel-1 SAR and Sentinel-2 multispectral imagery显示文摘As a newly developed classification system,the LCZ scheme provides a research framework for Urban Heat Island(UHI)studies and standardizes the worldwide urban temperature observa-tions.With the growing popularity of deep learning,deep learning-based approaches have shown great potential in LCZ mapping.Three major cities in China are selected as the study areas.In this study,we design a deep convolutional neural network architecture,named Residual combined Squeeze-and-Excitation and Non-local Network(RSNNet),that consists of the Squeeze-and-Excitation(SE)block and non-local block to classify LCZ using freely available Sentinel-1 SAR and Sentinel-2 multispectral imagery.Overall Accuracy(OA)of 0.9202,0.9524 and 0.9004 for three selected cities are obtained by applying RSNNet and training data of individual city,and OA of 0.9328 is obtained by training RSNNet with data from all three cities.RSNNet outperforms other popular Convolutional Neural Networks(CNNs)in terms of LCZ mapping accuracy.We further design a series of experiments to investigate the effect of different characteristics of Sentinel-1 SAR data on the performance of RSNNet in LCZ mapping.The results suggest that the combination of SAR and multispectral data can improve the accuracy of LCZ classification.The proposed RSNNet achieves an OA of 0.9425 when integrat-ing the three decomposed components with Sentinel-2 multispectral images,2.44%higher than using Sentinel-2 images alone. | Lin Zhou Zhenfeng Shao Shugen Wang Xiao Huang | 2022 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2022,25,3: | 0 |
