| 1 | Discrete element method study of effects of the impeller configuration and operating conditions on particle mixing in a cylindrical mixer显示文摘We employed the discrete element method to study the effects of the impeller configuration(i.e.,blade diameter,inclination angle,and blade number),rotational speed,and fill level on the flow and mixing of particles in a cylindrical mixer equipped with flat and inclined blades.The coefficient of rolling friction,coefficient of static friction,and coefficient of restitution were experimentally determined before the simulation,and simulation results of the torque and surface particle distribution were validated in experiments,particularly when using a true Young's modulus in the discrete element method.The performance of the mixer was assessed using the Lacey mixing index.The input work per unit volume was used to represent the mixing efficiency.The circumferential velocity and axial diffusion coefficient of the particles were quantitatively analyzed to reveal the effect of particle flow on the mixing.It was found that the mixing performance and efficiency of a three-blade mixer are better than those of two-and four-blade mixers.For pitched blades,a three-fiat-blade mixer has better mixing performance than a three-45°-blade own-pumping or a three-45°-blade up-pumping mixer,but the mixing efficiency of the three-45°-blade up-pumping mixer is the best among these three mixers.As the rotational speed increases,the mixing performance improves but the mixing efficiency hardly changes.When the fill level is 0.4 times the cylinder diameter,the 160D two-flat-blade mixer has good mixing performance with high mixing efficiency.The circumferential velocity has the greatest effect on mixing performance for side-by-side initial loading. | Yuyun Bao Tianchi Li Dengfei Wang Ziqi Cai Zhengming Gao | 2020 | Particuology2020，18，2： | 6 |
| 2 | Synthesis,biological activities and 3D-QSAR studies of(R)-2-phenyl-4,5-dihydrothiazole-4-carboxamide derivatives containing a sulfur ether moiety显示文摘A series of(R)-2-phenyl-4,5-dihydrothiazole-4-carboxamide derivatives containing a sulfur ether moiety were synthesized and characterized on the basis of NMR and elemental analysis(EA). The crystal structure of(R)-N-(2-methyl-1-(methylthio)propan-2-yl)-2-(4-nitrophenyl)-4,5-dihydrothiazole-4-carboxamide(13 d) was determined to show R configuration. The bioasssy results indicated that most title compounds displayed good and broad spectrum antifungal activities against several phytopathogenic fungi. The structure activity relationships were discussed. Based on the antifungal activity of title compounds against Phytophthora capsici, a CoMSIA calculation was performed to establish a 3 D-QSAR model, which revealed that electrostatic and hydrophobic fields were the two most significant factors for antifungal activity. | 3 | Outage Probability Minimization for Low-Altitude UAV-Enabled Full-Duplex Mobile Relaying Systems显示文摘In this paper, a novel unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)-enabled full duplex decode-and-forward(DF) technique is used in mobile relaying system. Compared with conventional static relaying, mobile relaying provides more degree of freedom for experiencing better channel conditions and further improving the system reliable performance. The source and relay transmit power as well as relay trajectory are jointly optimized for sum outage probability minimization in mobile relaying system. Due to the non-convex nature of the original problem, block coordinate decent optimization techniques are employed to decompose it into two sub-problems, which leads to an efficient iterative algorithm. Specifically, for the pre-determined relay trajectory, the optimal transmit power of source and relay are obtained by solving Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT) conditions. For the given source/relay power allocation, the optimal UAV trajectory is obtained by solving dual problem. Based on the two steps, an iterative algorithm is proposed to jointly optimize source/relay power allocation and UAV trajectory alternately. | 8 | Synthesis, insecticidal activities and SAR studies of novel anthranilic diamides containing trifluoroethoxyl substituent and chiral amino acid moieties显示文摘Ryanodine receptors(RyRs) activator has become one class of popular insecticide because of its unique mode of action. In order to find more new RyRs activators as insecticidal agents, a series of 18 novel chiral anthranilic diamides were designed by introducing the D-alanine acid and D-serine acid esters as well as trifluoroethoxyl group into the anthranilic diamide skeleton and synthesized successfully based on anthranilic diamide and FKI-1033 structures. The structures of the title compounds Ia–i and IIa–i were confirmed by melting points,~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR, elemental analysis and specific optical rotation analysis.The preliminary bioassay results indicated that most of the title compounds exhibited considerable larvicidal activities against oriental armyworm at 10 mg/L, especially Ib, Ie and IIh showed remarkable insecticidal activities at 0.5 mg/L. The larvicidal activity against diamondback moth of Ia and IId were 80%and 90% respectively at 0.0001 mg/L, which was similar to that of chlorantraniliprole. It shows that, deviating from Darcy's linear law, the porous flow characteristics obey a nonlinear law in a low-permeability porous medium, and the viscosity of the porous flow fluid and the permeability values of water and oil are not constants. Based on these characters, a new porous flow model, which can better describe low permeability reservoir, is established. This model can describe various patterns of porous flow, as Darcy's linear law does. | 10 | Management characteristics and prognosis after stroke in China:findings from a large nationwide stroke registry显示文摘Background and purpose There is limited nationwide evidence about the standard management characteristics of stroke types and prognosis in China.This study aimed to assess clinical characteristics,in-hospital and after-discharge management characteristics and prognosis for stroke types in China.Methods A nationwide registry recruited 14244 imaging-confirmed first-ever incident strokes from 132 hospitals across 31 provinces of China during 2007-2008,recording presenting characteristics,diagnostic procedures and in-hospital treatment.After hospital discharge,patients were followed up for 6 months.Conventional statistical methods were used to examine the patterns of management and prognosis.Results Overall,68.7%,26.9%and 4.4%were ischaemic stroke(IS),intracerebral haemorrhage(ICH),and subarachnoid haemorrhage(SAH),respectively.Only 20%were managed in a dedicated stroke unit.Among IS,1.3%received thrombolysis within 3 hours after symptom onset,whereas the proportions of receiving in-hospital antiplatelet therapy,neuroprotective agents and traditional Chinese medicines(TCM)were 88.4%,69.7%and 70.6%,respectively.For ICH,63.3%and 36.3%received neuroprotective agents and TCM in hospital,respectively.At discharge,70.7%and 38.0%of the patients with IS were given antiplatelet and statin therapies,respectively,decreasing to 64.8%and 23.9%,respectively,at 6 months.In-hospital mortality was 3.2%,9.3%and 10.1%for IS,ICH and SAH,respectively,with a further 8.6%,18.2%and 22.0%,respectively,died by 6 month.Meanwhile,in-hospital recurrence rate was 2.6%,1.9%and 7.2%for IS,ICH and SAH,respectively,with a further 8.0%,5.1%and 7.5%,respectively,recurred by 6 month.Conclusions In China,the mortality rate of stroke is lower than that reported from west populations,though most strokes are not managed in specialised stroke unit.There is widespread use of some unproven therapies but limited proven treatments,especially after discharge,leading to unnecessary recurrent risks. | Haiqiang Qin Yiping Chen Gaifen Liu Iain Turnbull Runhua Zhang Zixiao Li Yilong Wang Liping Liu Xingquan Zhao Zhengming Chen Yongjun Wang | 2021 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021，6，1： | 3 |

| 12 | Thermal-, photo- and electron-induced reactivity of hydrogen species on rutile TiO_2(110) surface: Role of oxygen vacancy显示文摘Interaction of hydrogen with TiO_2 plays a vital role in TiO_2-based photocatalysis and thermal catalysis. In this work, we compared thermal-, photo-, and electron-induced reactivity of various types of hydrogen species on a rutile TiO_2(110) surface formed by atomic H exposure at 320 and 115 K by means of thermal desorption spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and low energy electron diffraction. Atomic H interaction with rutile TiO_2(110) at 115 K forms surface TiààH hydride, surface hydroxyl group, and chemisorbed water. Upon heating, surface TiààH hydride reacts to produce H2 while surface hydroxyl groups react to form both water and H2. Atomic H interaction with rutile TiO_2(110) at 320 K strongly reduces TiO_2 due to the continuous formation and desorption of water and forms surface hydroxyl groups and likely subsurface/bulk hydrogen species. Upon heating, hydrogen forms as the only gas-phase product and its desorption activation energy decreases with the subsurface/bulk reduction extent of rutile TiO_2(110). Surface Ti-H hydride exhibits photo-induced reactivity while both surface TiààH hydride and surface hydroxyl group exhibit electro-induced reactivity. | 15 | The Diversity of Soil Fauna Communities in the Karst Cave Wetland of Maolan Nature Reserve显示文摘From March 2014 to February 2015, the soil fauna community in the karst cave wetland of Maolan Nature Reserve was investigated. A total of 3,820 soil fauna was obtained, belonging to 31 orders, 11 classes, and 3 phyla. The dominant groups were Araneae, Coleoptera and Hymenoptera, accounting for 48.90% of the total catch. There were 18 common groups and 10 rare groups. The diversity analysis showed that the Banzhai karst cave wetland had the largest soil fauna community diversity index and evenness index and that the Dongsai karst cave wetland had the largest number of groups and individuals.
