Characteristics Prediction Method of Electro-hydraulic Servo Valve Based on Rough Set and Adaptive Neuro-fuzzy Inference System显示文摘Synthesis characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo valve are key factors to determine eligibility of the hydraulic production.Testing all synthesis characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo valve after assembling leads to high repair rate and reject rate,so accurate prediction for the synthesis characteristics in the industrial production is particular important in decreasing the repair rate and the reject rate of the product. However, the research in forecasting synthesis characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo valve is rare.In this work,a hybrid prediction method was proposed based on rough set(RS) and adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system(ANFIS) in order to predict synthesis characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo valve.Since the geometric factors affecting the synthesis characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo valve are from workers' experience, the inputs of the prediction method are uncertain.RS-based attributes reduction was used as the preprocessor, and then the exact geometric factors affecting the synthesis characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo valve were obtained. On the basis of the exact geometric factors,ANFIS was used to build the final prediction model.A typical electro-hydraulic servo valve production was used to demonstrate the proposed prediction method. The prediction results showed that the proposed prediction method was more applicable than the artificial neural networks(ANN) in predicting the synthesis characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo valve, and the proposed prediction method was a powerful tool to predict synthesis characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo valve. Moreover, with the use of the advantages of RS and ANFIS,the highly effective forecasting framework in this study can also be applied to other problems involving synthesis characteristics forecasting.JIA Zhenyuan MA Jianwei WANG Fuji LIU Wei 2010Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,2:11
High-precision pose measurement method in wind tunnels based on laser-aided vision technology显示文摘The measurement of position and attitude parameters for the isolated target from a highspeed aircraft is a great challenge in the field of wind tunnel simulation technology. In this paper, firstly, an image acquisition method for small high-speed targets with multi-dimensional movement in wind tunnel environment is proposed based on laser-aided vision technology.Combining with the trajectory simulation of the isolated model, the reasonably distributed laser stripes and selfluminous markers are utilized to capture clear images of the object. Then, after image processing, feature extraction, stereo correspondence and reconstruction, three-dimensional information of laser stripes and self-luminous markers are calculated.Besides, a pose solution method based on projected laser stripes and self-luminous markers is proposed. Finally, simulation experiments on measuring the position and attitude of high-speed rolling targets are conducted, as well as accuracy verification experiments.Experimental results indicate that the proposed method is feasible and efficient for measuring the pose parameters of rolling targets in wind tunnels.Liu Wei Ma Xin Li Xiao Chen Ling Zhang Yang Li Xiaodong Shang Zhiliang Jia Zhenyuan 2015Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2015,28,4:11
An active damping vibration control system for wind tunnel models显示文摘In wind tunnels, long cantilever sting support systems with low structural damping encounter flow separation and turbulence during wind tunnel tests, which results in destructive low-frequency and big-amplitude resonance, leading to data quality degradation and test envelope limitation. To ensure planed test envelope and obtain high-quality data, an active damping vibration control system independent of balance signal based on stackable piezoelectric actuators and velocity feedback using accelerometer, is proposed to improve the support stability and wind tunnel testing safety in transonic wind tunnel. Meanwhile, a design of powerful sting-root embedded active damping device is given and an active vibration control method is presented based on the mechanism analysis of aircraft model vibration. Furthermore, a self-adaptive fuzzy Proportion Differentiation(PD) control model is proposed to realize control parameters adjustment automatically for various testing conditions. Besides, verification tests are performed in laboratory and a continuous transonic wind tunnel. Experimental results indicate that the aircraft model does not vibrate obviously from -4° to 11° at Ma = 0.6, the number of useable angle-of-attack has increased by 7° at Ma = 0.6 and 5° at Ma = 0.7 respectively, satisfying the requirements of practical wind tunnel tests.Wei LIU Mengde ZHOU Zhengquan WEN Zhuang YAO Yu LIU Shihong WANG Xiaochun CUI Xiao LI Bing LIANG Zhenyuan JIA 2019Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2019,32,9:8
Redesigned Surface Based Machining Strategy and Method in Peripheral Milling of Thin-walled Parts显示文摘Currently, simultaneously ensuring the machining accuracy and efficiency of thin-walled structures especially high performance parts still remains a challenge. Existing compensating methods are mainly focusing on 3-aixs machining, which sometimes only take one given point as the compensative point at each given cutter location. This paper presents a redesigned surface based machining strategy for peripheral milling of thin-walled parts. Based on an improved cutting force/heat model and finite element method(FEM) simulation environment, a deflection error prediction model, which takes sequence of cutter contact lines as compensation targets, is established. And an iterative algorithm is presented to determine feasible cutter axis positions. The final redesigned surface is subsequently generated by skinning all discrete cutter axis vectors after compensating by using the proposed algorithm. The proposed machining strategy incorporates the thermo-mechanical coupled effect in deflection prediction, and is also validated with flank milling experiment by using five-axis machine tool. At the same time, the deformation error is detected by using three-coordinate measuring machine. Error prediction values and experimental results indicate that they have a good consistency and the proposed approach is able to significantly reduce the dimension error under the same machining conditions compared with conventional methods. The proposed machining strategy has potential in high-efficiency precision machining of thin-walled parts.JIA Zhenyuan GUO Qiang SUN Yuwen GUO Dongming 2010Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,3:6
Simulative technology for auxiliary fuel tank separation in a wind tunnel显示文摘In this paper,we propose a simulative experimental system in wind tunnel conditions for the separation of auxiliary fuel tanks from an aircraft. The experimental system consists of a simulative release mechanism,a scaled model and a pose measuring system.A new release mechanism was designed to ensure stability of the separation.Scaled models of the auxiliary fuel tank were designed and their moment of inertia was adjusted by installing counterweights inside the model.Pose parameters of the scaled model were measured and calculated by a binocular vision system.Additionally,in order to achieve high brightness and high signal-to-noise ratio of the images in the dark enclosed wind tunnel,a new high-speed image acquisition method based on miniature self-emitting units was presented.Accuracy of the pose measurement system and repeatability of the separation mechanism were verified in the laboratory. Results show that the position precision of the pose measurement system can reach 0.1 mm,the precision of the pitch and yaw angles is less than 0.1° and that of the roll angle can be up to 0.3°.Besides,repeatability errors of models' velocity and angular velocity controlled by the release mechanism remain small, satisfying the measurement requirements. Finally, experiments for the separation of auxiliary fuel tanks were conducted in the laboratory.Ma Xin Liu Wei Chen Ling Li Xiao Jia Zhenyuan Shang Zhiliang 2016Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2016,29,3:5
Statistical Description of Debris Particle Size Distribution in Electrical Discharge Machining显示文摘Gap debris as discharge product is closely related to machining process in electrical discharge machining(EDM). A lot of recent researches have focused on the relationship among debris size, surfaces texture, remove rate, and machining stability. The study on statistical distribution of debris size contributes to the research, but it is still superficial currently. In order to obtain the distribution law of the debris particle size, laser particle size analyzer(LPSA) combined with scanning electron microscope(SEM) is used to analyze the EDM debris size. Firstly, the heating dried method is applied to obtain the debris particles. Secondly, the measuring range of LPSA is determined as 0.5-100 μm by SEM observation, and the frequency distribution histogram and the cumulative frequency distribution scattergram of debris size are obtained by using LPSA. Thirdly, according to the distribution characteristic of the frequency distribution histogram, the statistical distribution functions of lognormal, exponentially modified Gaussian(EMG), Gamma and Weibull are chosen to achieve curve fitting of the histogram. At last, the distribute law of the debris size is obtained by fitting results. Experiments with different discharge parameters are carried out on an EDM machine designed by the authors themselves, and the machining conditions are tool electrode of red-copper material, workpiece of ANSI 1045 material and working fluid of de-ionized water. The experimental results indicate that the debris sizes of all experiment sample truly obey the Weibull distribution. The obtained distribution law is significantly important for all the models established based on the debris particle size.JIA Zhenyuan ZHENG Xinyi WANG Fuji LIU Wei 2011Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,1:4
Characteristics of gas explosion flow fields in complex pipelines显示文摘The explosion flow field in five straight pipes with different diameters and one bending pipe selected from a domestic coal mine are studied by the method of numerical simulation. And the results show that, both in the straight and bending pipes, the pressure wave and velocity wave are accelerated by the rising of reaction rate. As the explosion progressed, with the temperature reaching approximately 3000 K, only one pressure wave and one reaction rate wave were observed, while several velocity waves were found. The larger diameter presented the highest relative pressure as well as the largest velocity increase and subsequent decrease inside the tube. The bent pipes caused both turbulence and kinetic energy to increase, resulting in the acceleration of the reaction rate. The burning time was 7.4% shorter than the burning time observed for the straight pipe. Based on these results, designing one explosion resistance device, and in the practical engineering applications, it was to be proved to meet the security requirements fully.Zhu Zhao Jia Zhenyuan Luo Haizhu 2015International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2015,25,1:4
Design and synthesis of novel water-soluble amino acid derivatives of chlorin p6 ethers as photosensitizer显示文摘Eight new water-soluble amino acid conjugates 6 a-h of chlorin p6 ethers(5 a-d) were synthesized and preliminarily investigated for their in vitro PDT antitumor activity and structure-activity relationship(SAR). The results showed that all compounds exhibited much higher phototoxicity against tumor cells than talaporfin. SAR analysis indicated that PDT antitumor effect enhanced with the increase of carbon chain length of alkoxyl ether bonds at 3~1-position, and L-aspartic acid was superior to L-glutamic acid. In particular, the IC_50 values of most phototoxic compound 6 d were 0.20 mmol/L against A549 cell and0.41υmmol/L against B16-F10 cell, which individually represented 31-and 24-fold increase of antitumor potency compared to talaporfin, suggesting that it was a promising candidate photosensitizer(PS) for PDT applications due to its strong absorption at long wavelength, high phototoxicity, low dark cytotoxicity and good water-solubility.Xingjie Zhang Zhi Meng Zhiqiang Ma Junhong Liu Guiyan Han Fujia Ma Ningyang Jia Zhenyuan Miao Wannian Zhang Chunquan Sheng Jianzhong Yao 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,1:3
Flow Field and Temperature Field of Water-Cooling-Type Magnetic Coupling显示文摘At present, the water-cooling simulation of the water-cooled magnetic coupler is based on the water-cooled motor and the hydraulic coupler, which cannot accurately characterize the temperature distribution of the rotating watercooled coupling of the coupler. Focusing on rotating water cooling radiating, the present paper proposes simulating the water cooling temperature field as well as the flow field through the method of combining fluid-solid coupled heat transfer and MRF(Multiphase Reference Frame). In addition, taking an 800 kW magnetic coupling as an example, the paper optimizes the shape, number, cooling water inlet speed? and so on? of the cooling channel. Considering factors such as the complete machine’s temperature, and drag torque, it is proved that the cooling e ect is best when there are 36 involute curved channels and when the inlet speed is 3 m/s. Further, through experiments, the actual temperature values at six di erent positions when 50 kW and 70 kW thermal losses di er are measured. The measured values agree with the simulation results, proving the correctness of the proposed method. Further, data have been collected during the entire experimental procedure? and the variation in the coupling’s temperature is analyzed in depth, with the objective of laying a foundation for the estimation of the inner temperature rise as well as for the optimization of the structural design.Lei Wang Zhenyuan Jia Yuqin Zhu Li Zhang 2019Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2019,32,4:2
Adaptive estimation and nonlinear variable gain compensation of the contouring error for precise parametric curve following显示文摘Contour following is one of the most important issues faced by many computer-numerical-control(CNC) machine tools to achieve high machining precision. This paper presents a new real-time error compensation method aiming at reducing the contouring error caused by facts such as servo lag and dynamics mismatch in parametric curved contour-following tasks. Due to the lack of high-precision contouring-error estimation method for free-form parametric curved toolpath, the error can hardly be compensated effectively. Therefore, an adaptive accurate contouring-error estimation algorithm is proposed first, where a tangential-error backstepping method based on Taylor's expansion is developed to rapidly find the closest point on the parametric curve to the actual motion position. On this foundation, the contouring error is compensated using a proposed nonlinear variable-gain compensation method, where the compensation gain is obtained according to not only the contouring-error magnitude but also its direction variation. The stability of the system after compensation is analyzed afterwards according to the Jury stability criterion.By design of the compensator in accordance with the presented contouring-error compensation method as well as the stability analyzation result, the balance between the response speed and the contour control stability can be effectively made. Experimental tests demonstrate the feasibility of the presented methods in both contouring-error estimation and contour-accuracy improvement.Contributions of this research are significant for enhancing the contour-following performance of the CNC machine tools.JIA ZhenYuan SONG DeNing MA JianWei ZHAO XiaoXuan SU WeiWei 2017Science China(Technological Sciences)2017,60,10:2
A Portable Noncontact Profile Scanning System for Aircraft Assembly显示文摘Three-dimensional(3D)profile scanning plays a crucial role in the inspection of assembled large aircraft. In this paper,to achieve noncontact automatic measurements of the high-reflective profiles of large-scale curved parts and components,an automated noncontact system and method with high accuracy and high efficiency are presented.First,a hybrid 3D coordinate measurement system based on proximity sensors and cameras is proposed to obtain noncontact measurements while avoiding the influence of high reflection on the measurement accuracy.A hybrid measurement model that combines the one-dimensional distances measured by the proximity sensors and the 3D information obtained by cameras is proposed to determine high-accuracy 3D coordinates of the measured points. Then,a profile-driven 3D automated scanning method and strategy are designed to rapidly scan and reconstruct the profile within the effective range without scratching the profile or exceeding the measurement range of the proposed system. Finally, experiments and accuracy analyses are performed in situ on an assembled tailplane panel(approximately 1760 mm×460 mm).The automated scanning process is completed in a timeframe of 208s with an average error of less than 0.121 mm for profile reconstruction. Therefore, the proposed method is promising considering both the high accuracy and high efficiency requirements of profile inspections for large aircraft.Bing Liang Wei Liu Kun Liu Mengde Zhou Yang Zhang Zhenyuan Jia 2022Engineering2022,8,8:2
Explicit Correlation Model of Multi-source Constraints for Re-design Parts with Complex Curved Surface显示文摘In precision machining of complex curved surface parts with high performance, geometry accuracy is not the only constraint, but the performance should also be met. Performance of this kind of parts is closely related to the geometrical and physical parameters, so the final actual size and shape are affected by multiple source constraints, such as geometry, physics, and performance. These parts are rather difficult to be manufactured and new manufacturing method according to performance requirement is urgently needed. Based on performance and manufacturing requirements for complex curved surface parts, a new classification method is proposed, which divided the complex curved surface parts into two categories: surface re-design complex curved surface parts with multi-source constraints(PRCS) and surface unique complex curved surface parts with pure geometric constraints(PUCS). A correlation model is constructed between the performance and multi-source constraints for PRCS, which reveals the correlation between the performance and multi-source constraints. A re-design method is also developed. Through solving the correlation model of the typical part's performance-associated surface, the mapping relation between the performance-associated surface and the related removal amount is obtained. The explicit correlation model and the method for the corresponding related removal amount of the performance-associated surface are built based on the classification of surface re-design complex curved surface parts with multi-source constraints. Research results have been used in the actual processing of the typical parts such as radome, common bottom components, nozzle, et al., which shows improved efficiency and accuracy of the precision machining for the surface re-design parts with complex curved surface.JIA Zhenyuan WANG Fuji WANG Yongqing GUO Dongming 2014Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2014,27,2:2
Pre-Compensation for Continuous-Path Running Trajectory Error in High-Speed Machining of Parts with Varied Curvature Features显示文摘Parts with varied curvature features play increasingly critical roles in engineering, and are often machined under high-speed continuous-path running mode to ensure the machining efficiency. However, the continuous-path running trajectory error is significant during high-feed-speed machining, which seriously restricts the machining precision for such parts with varied curvature features. In order to reduce the continuous-path running trajectory error without sacrificing the machining efficiency, a pre-compensation method for the trajectory error is proposed. Based on the formation mechanism of the continuous-path running trajectory error analyzed, this error is estimated in advance by approximating the desired toolpath with spline curves. Then, an iterative error pre-compensation method is presented. By machining with the regenerated toolpath after pre-compensation instead of the uncompensated toolpath, the continuous-path running trajectory error can be effectively decreased without the reduction of the feed speed. To demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed pre-compensation method, a heart curve toolpath that possesses varied curvature features is employed.Experimental results indicate that compared with the uncompensated processing trajectory, the maximum and average machining errors for the pre-compensated processing trajectory are reduced by 67.19% and 82.30%, respectively. An easy to implement solution for high efficiency and high precision machining of the parts with varied curvature features is provided.JIA Zhenyuan SONG Dening MA Jianwei GAO Yuanyuan 2017Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2017,30,1:2
Remote-controlled flexible pose measurement system and method for a moving target in wind tunnel显示文摘The measurement of position and attitude parameters for the isolated target from a highspeed aircraft is a great challenge in the field of wind tunnel simulation technology. This paper proposes a remote-controlled flexible pose measurement system in wind tunnel conditions for the separation of a target from an aircraft. The position and attitude parameters of a moving object are obtained by utilizing a single camera with a focal length and camera orientation that can be changed based on different measurement conditions.Using this proposed system and method, both the flexibility and efficiency of the pose measurement system can be enhanced in wind tunnel conditions to meet the measurement requirements of different objects and experiments, which is also useful for the development of an intelligent position and attitude measurement system. The position and the focal length of the camera also can be controlled remotely during measurements to enlarge both the vertical and horizontal measurement range of this system.Experiments are conducted in the laboratory to measure the position and attitude of moving objects with high flexibility and efficiency, and the measurement precision of the measurement system is also verified through experiments.Wei LIU Xin MA Ling CHEN Zhenyuan JIA Weixiao LIU Xiao LI Jiakun ZHANG Jiwen LU 2018Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2018,31,1:2
