| 1 | Preparation of Silver Nanowires via a Rapid,Scalable and Green Pathway显示文摘Rapid synthesis of silver nanowires(Ag NWs) with high quality and a broad processing window is challenging because of the low selectivity of the formation of multiply twinned particles at the nucleation stage for subsequent Ag NWs growth.Herein we report a systematic study of the water-involved heterogeneous nucleation of Ag NWs with high rate(less than 20 min) in a simple and scalable preparation method.Using glycerol as a reducing agent and a solvent with a high boiling point,the reaction is rapidly heated to 210 ℃ in air to synthesize Ag NWs with a very high yield in gram level.It is noted that the addition of a small dose of water plays a key role for obtaining highly pure Ag NWs in high yield,and the optimal water/glycerol ratio is0.25%.After investigating a series of forming factors including reaction temperature and dose of catalysts,the formation kinetics and mechanism of the Ag NWs are proposed.Compared to other preparation methods,our strategy is simple and reproducible.These Ag NWs show a strong Raman enhancement effect for organic molecules on their surface. | Cheng Yang Youhong Tang Zijin Su Zhexu Zhang Cheng Fang | 2015 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2015,31,1: | 3 |
| 2 | Effect of Yizhitongxuan decoction on learning and memory ability,Gαq/11 expression and Na^+-K^+-ATP enzyme activity in rat models of Alzheimer's Disease显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of Yizhitongxuan decoction on learning and memory abilities, Gαq/11expression and Na+-K+-ATPenzymeactivityin rat models of Alzheimer's disease(AD) caused by injecting Aβ25-35 into the hippocampus.METHODS: Ninety male Wistar rats(age ≥10 months)were selected and injected with Aβ25-35 into their hippocampi to establish model animals,which were randomly divided into six groups including a sham-operated group(blank group), a model group, a donepezil HCL group(Western Medicinegroup),and ahigh/general/dilute concentrations of Yizhitongxuan decoction groups(TCMⅠⅡⅢgroup).The Morris watermaze was used to examine the learning and memory abilities of rats in each group by place navigation and spatial probe tests.Then, the rats were sacrificed to collect the hippocampi for biochemical tests, using western blotting to detect the expression of Gαq/11 and an ultramicro Na+-K+-ATP enzyme kit to measure Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity.RESULTS:Yizhitongxuan decoction improved model rats' learning and memory abilities, and increased the expression of Gαq/11 in the hippocampus and the level of Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity in braintissue.CONCLUSION: Yizhitongxuan decoction could improve model rats' learning and memory abilities,and had a regulating effect on the expression of Gαq/11and Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity. | Jing Teng Zhexue Xu Jing Zhang Jingmin Li | 2014 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2014,34,4: | 3 |
| 3 | Priming of NLRP3 inflammasome activation by Msn kinase MINK1 in macrophages显示文摘The nucleotide-binding domain,leucine-rich-repeat containing family,pyrin domain-containing 3(NLRP3)inflammasome is essential in inflammation and inflammatory disorders.Phosphorylation at various sites on NLRP3 differentially regulates inflammasome activation.The Ser725 phosphorylation site on NLRP3 is depicted in multiple inflammasome activation scenarios,but the importance and regulation of this site has not been clarified.The present study revealed that the phosphorylation of Ser725 was an essential step for the priming of the NLRP3 inflammasome in macrophages.We also showed that Ser725 was directly phosphorylated by misshapen(Msn)/NIK-related kinase 1(MINK1),depending on the direct interaction between MINK1 and the NLRP3 LRR domain.MINK1 deficiency reduced NLRP3 activation and suppressed inflammatory responses in mouse models of acute sepsis and peritonitis.Reactive oxygen species(ROS)upregulated the kinase activity of MINK1 and subsequently promoted inflammasome priming via NLRP3 Ser725 phosphorylation.Eliminating ROS suppressed NLRP3 activation and reduced sepsis and peritonitis symptoms in a MINK1-dependent manner.Altogether,our study reveals a direct regulation of the NLRP3 inflammasome by Msn family kinase MINK1 and suggests that modulation of MINK1 activity is a potential intervention strategy for inflammasomerelated diseases. | Kaixiang Zhu Xuexiao Jin Zhexu Chi Sheng Chen Songquan Wu Richard D.Sloan Xuai Lin Dante Neculai Di Wang Hu Hu Linrong Lu | 2021 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,10: | 2 |
