| 3 | Isolation,Characterization,and Phylogenetic Analysis of Two New Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever Virus Strains from the Northern Region of Xinjiang Province,China显示文摘Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever(CCHF)caused by the CCHF virus(CCHFV)is a tick-borne natural focal disease with a mortality rate of approximately 50%.CCHFV is widely prevalent in Africa,southern Asia,the Middle East,and southeast Europe.CCHF outbreaks have been reported previously in Xinjiang province,China,especially in its southern region.Epidemiological surveys conducted on ticks and animals have revealed the presence of CCHFV strains in ticks,rodents,and infected individuals from cities and counties in southern Xinjiang.Phylogenetic analyses revealed that the Chinese CCHFV strains belong to one genotype,based on complete sequences of the S segments of its negative-stranded RNA genome.The present study reports two new CCHFV strains isolated from Hyalomma asiaticum asiaticum ticks collected from Fukang City and Wujiaqu City in the northern region of Xinjiang.Viral characteristics and their evolutionary relationships were analyzed through metagenomic and reverse-transcription PCR analyses;these analyses indicated that the genotype of both strains was different from that of other Chinese strains.Furthermore,previous reports of CCHFV in Xinjiang were reviewed and phylogenetic analyses were performed.CCHFV was found to prevail in Fukang City in Junggar Basin for more than 20 years,and that Fukang City and Wujiaqu City are considered natural reservoirs of different genotypes of CCHFV strains.Our findings facilitate the understanding of CCHFV distribution in Xinjiang province and provide insights into the evolutionary relationships among Chinese CCHFV strains. | Yanfang Zhang Shu Shen Yaohui Fang Jinliang Liu Zhengyuan Su Jinhao Liang Zhong Zhang Qiaoli Wu Cheng Wang Abulikemu Abudurexiti Zhihong Hu Yujiang Zhang Fei Deng | 2018 | Virologica Sinica2018,33,1: | 8 |

| 5 | Engineering rock mechanics practices in the underground powerhouse at JinpingⅠhydropower station显示文摘Based on the analyses of data obtained from the underground powerhouse at Jinping Ⅰ hydropower station,a comprehensive review of engineering rock mechanics practice in the underground powerhouse is first conducted.The distribution of strata,lithology,and initial geo-stress,the excavation process and corresponding rock mass support measures,the deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock mass,the stress characteristics of anchorage structures in the cavern complex,and numerical simulations of surrounding rock mass stability and anchor support performance are presented.The results indicate that the underground powerhouse of Jinping Ⅰ hydropower station is characterized by high to extremely high geo-stresses during rock excavation.Excessive surrounding rock mass deformation and high stress of anchorage structures,surrounding rock mass unloading damage,and local cracking failure of surrounding rock masses,etc.,are mainly caused by rock mass excavation.Deformations of surrounding rock masses and stresses in anchorage structures here are larger than those found elsewhere:20%of extensometers in the main powerhouse record more than 50 mm with the maximum at around 250 mm observed in the downstream sidewall of the transformer hall.There are about 25%of the anchor bolts having recorded stresses of more than 200 MPa.Jinping Ⅰ hydropower plant is the first to have an underground powerhouse construction conducted in host rocks under extremely high geo-stress conditions,with the ratio of rock mass strength to geo-stress of less than 2.0.The results can provide a reference to underground powerhouse construction in similar geological conditions. | Aiqing Wu Jimin Wang Zhong Zhou Shuling Huang Xiuli Ding Zhihong Dong Yuting Zhang | 2016 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2016,8,5: | 4 |

| 8 | Super broadband absorbing hierarchical CoFe alloy/porous carbon@carbon nanotubes nanocomposites derived from metal-organic frameworks显示文摘The exploitation of electromagnetic wave absorption(EMA) materials has attracted ever-increasing attention,not only because electromagnetic wave(EMW) originated from overuse of electronic products has threatened human' health seriously,but also because EMA materials can effectively protect radar stealth from being detected.However,it is still a challenge to obtain broadband and efficient EMA materials to satisfy practical applications.In this work,we developed a series of hierarchical CoFe alloy/porous carbon@carbon nanotubes(CoFe/PC@CNTs) nanocomposites through revising the proportion of Fe^(2+) in the metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)(CoFe-ZIF) precursor and one-step simple pyrolysis process.The cross deposition between CoFe alloy,carbon nanotubes(CNTs),and porous carbon(PC) formed a double conductive network,favoring for achieving excellent EMA property.Surprisingly,when the filler mass ratio is only 10 wt%,the optimized CoFe/PC@CNTs nanocomposites display the best EMA capability,whose minimum reflection loss(RL_(min)) value is-68.94 dB at 13.69 GHz and the effective absorption band(EAB,<-10 dB) reaches up 9.14 GHz with a matching thickness of 2.63 mm.In addition,the largest EAB can achieve up to 11 GHz(3.35-14.35 GHz) during all matching thicknesses.The splendid EMA performance benefits the favorable dielectric loss provided by the double conductive network,the good magnetic loss benefited from the evenly distributed CoFe alloy,the excellent impedance matching,rich transmission paths,and multiple polarization.Therefore,such EMA materials with super broadband absorbing provide desirable candidates for lightweight and high-efficient microwave absorbers. | Siyao Guo Yunfeng Bao Ying Li Hailong Guan Dongyi Lei Tiejun Zhao Baomin Zhong Zhihong Li | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,23: | 2 |
