1Mosquito-Associated Viruses in China显示文摘Mosquitoes are classified into approximately 3500 species and further grouped into 41 genera.Epidemiologically,they are considered to be among the most important disease vectors in the world and they can harbor a wide variety of viruses.Several mosquito viruses are considered to be of significant medical importance and can cause serious public health issues throughout the world.Such viruses are Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV),dengue virus(DENV),chikungunya virus(CHIKV),and Zika virus(ZIKV).Others are the newly recognized mosquito viruses such as Banna virus(BAV)and Yunnan orbivirus(YNOV)with unclear medical significance.The remaining mosquito viruses are those that naturally infect mosquitoes but do not appear to infect humans or other vertebrates.With the continuous development and improvement of mosquito and mosquito-associated virus surveillance systems in China,many novel mosquito-associated viruses have been discovered in recent years.This review aims to systematically outline the history,characteristics,distribution,and/or current epidemic status of mosquito-associated viruses in China.Han Xia Yujuan Wang Evans Atoni Bo Zhang Zhiming Yuan 2018Virologica Sinica2018,33,1:13
2Surrogate-Assisted Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm With Pareto Active Learning for Expensive Multi-Objective Optimization显示文摘For multi-objective optimization problems, particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm generally needs a large number of fitness evaluations to obtain the Pareto optimal solutions. However, it will become substantially time-consuming when handling computationally expensive fitness functions. In order to save the computational cost, a surrogate-assisted PSO with Pareto active learning is proposed. In real physical space(the objective functions are computationally expensive), PSO is used as an optimizer, and its optimization results are used to construct the surrogate models. In virtual space, objective functions are replaced by the cheaper surrogate models, PSO is viewed as a sampler to produce the candidate solutions. To enhance the quality of candidate solutions, a hybrid mutation sampling method based on the simulated evolution is proposed, which combines the advantage of fast convergence of PSO and implements mutation to increase diversity. Furthermore, ε-Pareto active learning(ε-PAL)method is employed to pre-select candidate solutions to guide PSO in the real physical space. However, little work has considered the method of determining parameter ε. Therefore, a greedy search method is presented to determine the value ofεwhere the number of active sampling is employed as the evaluation criteria of classification cost. 3Revealing of the ultrafast third-order nonlinear optical response and enabled photonic application in two-dimensional tin sulfide显示文摘Black phosphorus(BP), a typical mono-elemental and two-dimensional(2D) material, has gathered significant attention owing to its distinct optoelectronic properties and promising applications, despite its main obstacle of long-term stability. Consequently, BP-analog materials with long-term chemical stability show additional potential. In this contribution, tin sulfide(SnS), a novel two-elemental and 2D structural BP-analog monochalcogenide, has been demonstrated to show enhanced stability under ambient conditions. The broadband nonlinear optical properties and carrier dynamics have been systematically investigated via Z-scan and transient absorption approaches. The excellent nonlinear absorption coefficient of 50.5 × 10^-3 cm∕GW, 1 order of magnitude larger than that of BP, endows the promising application of SnS in ultrafast laser generation. Two different decay times of τ1~873 fs and τ2~96.9 ps allow the alteration between pure Q switching and continuous-wave(CW) mode locking in an identical laser resonator. Both mode-locked and Q-switched operations have been experimentally demonstrated using an SnS saturable absorber at the telecommunication window. Femtosecond laser pulses with tunable wavelength and high stability are easily obtained, suggesting the promising potential of SnS as an efficient optical modulator for ultrafast photonics. 4Characterization of Different Surface States and Its Effects on the Oxidation Behaviours of Alloy 690TT显示文摘Alloy 690TT samples with four kinds of surface states were prepared: 1) ground to 400 grit; 2) ground to 1500 grit; 3) mechanically polished (MP) and 4) electro-polished (EP). The surface morphologies and the surface skin layers microstructures of these samples were characterized systematically using various methods and the effects of surface states on the oxidation behaviours of Alloy 690TT were also discussed. The results showed that surface roughness and micro-hardness decreased gradually from the ground to EP surfaces. The grains in the near-surface layers of the ground and MP surfaces had been refined and the residual strains were also very high. The dislocations on the ground surfaces were mainly parallel dislocation lines. The thickness of the superficial cold-worked layers decreased gradually from the ground surfaces to polished surfaces. The oxide morphologies and oxidation rate depended greatly on the surface states of samples. 6Emergency logistics scheduling with multiple supply-demand points based on grey interval显示文摘This study aimed to address the problem of post-disaster emergency material dispatching from multiple supply points to multiple demand points.In large-scale natural disasters,it is very important for multiple emergency material supply points to serve as sources of materials for multiple disaster sites and to determine emergency material scheduling solutions accurately.Furthermore,the quantity of emergency materials required at each disaster site is uncertain.To address this issue,in this study,we developed an emergency material scheduling model with multiple logistics supply points for multiple demand points based on the grey interval numbers.To optimize the proposed multi-supply-point and multi-demand-point emergency material scheduling mode,a multi-objective optimization algorithm based on a genetic algorithm was used.Experimental results demonstrate that the multi-objective optimization method can solve the emergency logistics scheduling problem better than the particle swarm optimization multi-objective solution algorithm.Additionally,the multi-supply point and multi-demand point emergency material dispatch model and optimization algorithm provides robust support for emergency management system decision-makers when they need to respond quickly to disaster relief activities.Zhiming Ding Xinrun Xu Shan Jiang Jin Yan Yanbo Han 2022Journal of Safety Science and Resilience2022,3,2:5
7Singularity analysis for single gimbal control moment gyroscope system using space expansion method显示文摘Control Moment Gyroscope(CMG) is an effective candidate for agile satellites and large spacecraft attitude control because of its powerful torque amplification capability. The most serious situation, however, in using CMG is the inherent geometric singularity problem, where there's no torque output along a particular direction. Space expansion method has been proposed in this work for the singularity analysis. Based on inverse mapping transformation, an expanded Jacobian matrix which is a full rank square matrix is obtained. The singular angle sets of the 3-parallel cluster and pyramid cluster are distinguished using space expansion method. An effective hybrid steering strategy, able to deal with the elliptic singularity, is further proposed. 8Analysis of Surface Oxide Films Formed in Hydrogenated Primary Water on Alloy 690TT Samples With Different Surface States显示文摘Oxidation of Alloy 690 TT samples either manually ground to 400 and 1500 grit, mechanically polished, or electropolished was performed in a solution of 1500 10 6B and 2.3 10 6Li with 2.5 10 6dissolved H2, at 325℃ and 15.6 MPa for 60 days. The oxide films grown on samples with different surface states were analyzed using various techniques. Results show that a triple-layered structure was formed after immersion: an outermost layer with large scattered oxide particles rich in Fe and Ni, an intermediate layer with small compact oxide particles rich in Cr and Fe for the ground surfaces and loose needle-like oxides rich in Ni for the polished surfaces, and an inner layer with continuous Cr-rich oxides. The surface state was found to affect not only the surface morphology, but also the corrosion rate. 9Effects of Surface State and Applied Stress on Stress Corrosion Cracking of Alloy 690TT in Lead-containing Caustic Solution显示文摘The effects of surface state and applied stress on the stress corrosion cracking (SCC) behaviors of thermally treated (TT) Alloy 690 in 10 wt% NaOH solution with 100 mg/L litharge at 330℃ were investigated using C-ring samples with four kinds of surface states and two different stress levels. Sample outer surfaces of the first three kinds were ground to 400 grit (ground), shot-peened (SP) and electro-polished (EP) and the last one was used as the as-received state. Two samples of every kind were stressed to 100% and 200% yield stress of Alloy 690TT, respectively. The results showed that the oxide film consisted of three layers whereas continuous layer rich in Cr was not found. The poor adhesive ability indicated that the oxide film could not protect the matrix from further corrosion. Lead was found in the oxide film and the oxides at the crack paths and accelerated the dissolution of thermodynamically unstable Cr in these locations and also in the matrix. The crack initiation and propagation on Alloy 690TT were effectively retarded by SP and EP treatments but were enhanced by grinding treatment, compared with the cracks on the as-received surface. The cracking severity was also enhanced by increasing the externally applied stress. 10Airport gate assignment problem with deep reinforcement learning显示文摘With the rapid development of air transportation in recent years,airport operations have attracted a lot of attention.Among them,airport gate assignment problem(AGAP)has become a research hotspot.However,the real-time AGAP algorithm is still an open issue.In this study,a deep reinforcement learning based AGAP(DRL-AGAP)is proposed.The optimization object is to maximize the rate of flights assigned to fixed gates.The real-time AGAP is modeled as a Markov decision process(MDP).The state space,action space,value and rewards have been defined.The DRL-AGAP algorithm is evaluated via simulation and it is compared with the flight pre-assignment results of the optimization software Gurobiand Greedy.Simulation results show that the performance of the proposed DRL-AGAP algorithm is close to that of pre-assignment obtained by the Gurobi optimization solver.Meanwhile,the real-time assignment ability is ensured by the proposed DRL-AGAP algorithm due to the dynamic modeling and lower complexity.赵家明 Wu Wenjun Liu Zhiming Han Changhao Zhang Xuanyi Zhang Yanhua 2020High Technology Letters2020,26,1:3
11Microsatellite DNA analysis proves nucleus of interspecies reconstructed blastocyst coming from that of donor giant panda显示文摘A method for DNA isolation from early development of blastocyst and further analysis of nuclear and mitochondrial DNA was developed in present study. Total DNA was prepared from interspecies reconstructed blastocyst and a giant panda specific microsatellite locus g010 was successfully amplified. DNA sequencing of the PCR product showed that two sequences of reconstructed blastocysts are the same as that of positive control giant panda. 12Effect of cumulative gamma irradiation on microstructure and corrosion behaviour of X65 low carbon steel显示文摘X65 low carbon steel was exposed to Co-60 radiation source with 1.25 MeV gamma rays, and cumulatively absorbed gamma irradiation doses(1, 2, and 3 MGy) were obtained after different exposure time(333, 667, and 1000 h). The effect of cumulative gamma irradiation on microstructure and corrosion behaviour of the carbon steel in unirradiated aerobic Beishan groundwater at 25?C was investigated by using positron annihilation, scanning vibrating electrode, and electrochemical techniques. Cumulative gamma irradiation increases vacancy intensity and decreases open circuit potential(OCP) of carbon steel. They indicate that the irradiated carbon steel is activated. Measured current density distribution above the irradiated carbon steel shows that cumulative gamma irradiation accelerates localized corrosion after 0.5 h of immersion. 14Clinical comparison of patients with benign urachal masses versus urachal carcinomas显示文摘The clinical features of 17 patients with benign urachal masses and 30 patients with urachal carcinoma treated at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center were analyzed retrospectively. Univariate analysis indicated that seven parameters difered signiicantly between the two groups. Binary logistic regression analyses showed that the rate of gross hematuria was signiicantly higher(P = 0.042, Exp[B] = 7.889) and the rate of fatty iniltration of the Retzius space was signiicantly lower(P = 0.006, Exp[B] = 0.028) in patients with urachal carcinoma than in those with benign urachal masses. 16Programmable van-der-Waals heterostructure-enabled optoelectronic synaptic floating-gate transistors with ultra-low energy consumption显示文摘Van der Waals(vdW)heterostructures provide a unique opportunity to develop various electronic and optoelectronic devices with specific functions by designing novel device structures,especially for bioinspired neuromorphic optoelectronic devices,which require the integration of nonvolatile memory and excellent optical responses.Here,we demonstrate a programmable optoelectronic synaptic floating-gate transistor based on multilayer graphene/h-BN/MoS2 vdW heterostructures,where both plasticity emulation and modulation were successfully realized in a single device.The dynamic tunneling process of photogenerated carriers through the as-fabricated vdW heterostructures contributed to a large memory ratio(105)between program and erase states.Our device can work as a functional or silent synapse by applying a program/erase voltage spike as a modulatory signal to determine the response to light stimulation,leading to a programmable operation in optoelectronic synaptic transistors.Moreover,an ultra-low energy consumption per light spike event(~2.5 fJ)was obtained in the program state owing to a suppressed noise current by program operation in our floating-gate transistor.This study proposes a feasible strategy to improve the functions of optoelectronic synaptic devices with ultra-low energy consumption based on vdW heterostructures designed for highly efficient artificial neural networks.Yilin Sun Mingjie Li Yingtao Ding Huaipeng Wang Han Wang Zhiming Chen Dan Xie 2022InfoMat2022,4,10:2

18Characterization of Corrosion Behavior of Irradiated X65 Low Carbon Steel in Aerobic and Unsaturated Gaomiaozi Bentonite显示文摘2.98 kGy/h(1007 h) gamma irradiation and 90 ℃(2000 h) thermal aging were exerted to X65 grade low carbon steel buried in Gaomiaozi bentonite containing 17 wt% Beishan groundwater. The average corrosion rate of X65 low carbon steel was measured. The elemental and phase distribution on cross section was characterized by using electron probe micro-analysis, high-resolution X-ray diffraction, and micro-X-ray diffraction. The following conclusions can be made: the average aerobic corrosion rate of the carbon steel is(45.16 ± 1.53) μm/year. 19Serial nuclear transfer improves the development of interspecies reconstructed giant panda (Aluropoda melanoleucd) embryos显示文摘Interspecies somatic nuclear transfer (NT) may provide a new approach for preservation of the endangered rare species. Previous interspecies cloning studies have shown that a nucleus from a quiescent somatic cell supports early development of reconstructed embryos in the ooplasm from another species. In this study, we transferred nonqui-escent somatic cells from a giant panda into the perivitelline space of the enucleated rabbit oocytes. After electrofusion (at the rate of 71.6%) and electrical activation, 4.2% of the panda-rabbit reconstructed embryos developed to blastocyst in vitro. For improving the development rate of reconstructed embryos, we used serial NT in this study, i.e. blas-tomeres from reconstructed morulae were transferred into the perivitelline space of the enucleated rabbit oocytes. The fusion rates in the groups of serial I, serial Ⅱ and serial Ⅲ were 79.5%, 84.1% and 78.0%, respectively, having no difference with that of somatic group. 20An improved ileal conduit surgery for bladder cancer with fewer complications显示文摘Background:Radical cystectomy and urinary diversion remains the standard surgical treatment for patients with muscle-invasive or high-risk or recurrent non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer.Although this approach prolongs patient survival remarkably,there are postoperative complications associated with urinary diversion.This study aimed to assess the efficacy of modified ileal conduit surgery for reducing early and late stoma-and ureteroileal anastomo-sis-related complications,as compared with conventional ileal conduit urinary diversion.Methods:We retrospectively evaluated the clinical data of bladder cancer patients treated with radical cystectomy and ileal conduit urinary diversion at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center between January 1,2000 and June 30,2016.Ileal conduit was created by the conventional or a modified technique.The clinicopathologic features of the conventional and the modified ileal conduit groups were compared using the t test and the Chi square test.Multivari-able logistic regression analysis and multivariable Cox regression analysis were performed to determine the odds of developing stoma-and ureteroileal anastomosis-related complications in the two groups.Results:145 and 100 patients underwent the modified and conventional ileal conduit surgery,respectively.The two groups were comparable with regard to clinicopathologic features.The rate of stoma-related complications was significantly lower in the modified ileal conduit group than in the conventional ileal conduit group(0.7%vs.17.0%,P<0.001).No late stoma-related complications were seen in the modified ileal conduit group,but were seen in 13(13.0%)patients in the conventional ileal conduit group.The rate of ureteroileal anastomosis-related complications was significantly lower in the modified ileal conduit group than in the conventional ileal conduit group(4.8%vs.15.0%,P=0.001).In multivariable analyses,the modified ileal conduit group was significantly less likely to develop stoma-(odds ratio[OR]=0.024,95%confidence interval[CI]0.003-0.235;P=0.001)or ureteroileal anastomosis-related complications(OR=0.141,95%CI 0.042-0.476;P=0.002)than the conventional ileal conduit group.Conclusions:Our modified surgical technique for ileal conduit urinary diversion may be effective for reducing early and late complications related to the stoma and the ureteroileal anastomosis.Prospective randomized clinical trials are needed to confirm our results.Zhiyong Li Zhuowei Liu Kai Yao Zike Qin Hui Han Yonghong Li Pei Dong Yunlin Ye Yanjun Wang Zhiming Wu Zhiling Zhang Fangjian Zhou 2019Cancer Communications2019,39,1:2
