| 2 | Determination of Eight Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues in Pepper by QuEChERS-Gas Chromatography显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to establish a QuEChERS-gas chromatography method for determination of eight kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues in pepper. [Methods] The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,and anhydrous magnesium sulfate was used for salting out. The extracts were then purified by dispersive solid phase extraction combining with GCB,C18 and PSA. Samples were analyzed by FPD detector. External standard was used as quantitive method. [Results]The detection limits were in the range of 0. 001-0. 008 mg/kg,the average recoveries ranged from 83. 5% to 101. 2%,and the relative standard deviation( RSD) of the eight organophosphorus pesticide residues were below 5%. | 3 | Method for Detecting Multi-Modal Vibration Characteristics of Landmines显示文摘The acoustic vibration characteristics of landmines are investigated by means of modal analysis. According to the mechanical structure of landmines, a certain number of points are marked on the landmine shell to analyze its multi-modal vibration characteristics, based on laser self-mixing interferometer and taking 69 plastic landmine as an example, the vibration detection experiment system is built to show the results of analytical method of multi-modal testing. The first and second order natural frequencies of the bricks are 38 HZ and 106 HZ, 112 HZ and 232 HZ for plastic landmines, and 74 HZ and 290 HZ for metal landmines. The first and second order natural frequencies of the bricks are far smaller than those of plastic landmines and metal landmines. This indicates that landmines show multi-modal vibration characteristics under external excitation, which are significantly different from those of bricks. | 4 | Nanohole array structured GaN-based white LEDs with improved modulation bandwidth via plasmon resonance and non-radiative energy transfer显示文摘Commercial white LEDs (WLEDs) are generally limited in modulation bandwidth due to a slow Stokes process,long lifetime of phosphors,and the quantum-confined Stark effect. Here we report what we believe is a novel plasmonic WLED by infiltrating a nanohole LED (H-LED) with quantum dots (QDs) and Ag nanoparticles(NPs) together (M-LED). This decreased distance between quantum wells and QDs would open an extra non-radiative energy transfer channel and thus enhance Stokes transfer efficiency. The presence of Ag NPs enhances the spontaneous emission rate significantly. Compared to an H-LED filled with QDs (QD-LED),the optimized M-LED demonstrates a maximum color rendering index of 91.2,a 43% increase in optical power at 60 m A,and a lowered correlated color temperature. Simultaneously,the M-LED exhibits a data rate of 2.21 Gb/s at low current density of 96 A∕cm2(60 m A),which is 77% higher than that of a QD-LED. | 5 | Study on the Carry Capacity of Edible Jellyfish Fishery in Liaodong Bay显示文摘Jellyfish fishing is a special type of fishery that mainly exists in some countries of East and Southeast Asia. China has the largest jellyfish fishery yield in the world with an annual harvest of around 300 thousand tons. Liaodong Bay is the most important jellyfish fishery ground in China. However, due to the high benefits of jellyfish fishery, which leads to illegal and out-of-season jellyfish fishing occurring each year in Liaodong Bay. Illegal jellyfish fishery in Liaodong Bay is a typical example of the tragedy of the commons. The key problem is that fishermen seek to an illegally initiate jellyfish fishing as early as possible. In this paper, basing on the data of edible jellyfish's biology and ecology, we mainly analyzed the history of jellyfish fishery in China, especially in Liaodong bay, and then we calculated the carry capacity of edible jellyfish in Liaodong Bay which is about 300 thousand tons one year. This number is equal to the recent annual yield of edible jellyfish in China. Furthermore, basing on the carry capacity and reasonable quotas price analysis, we set up a Jellyfish fishing quotas and deficit quotas buyback system which could be a suitable and effective solution for jellyfish fishery management and development in Liaodong Bay at the underlying roots. Although China is the first country with edible jellyfish aquaculture, the annual yield of jellyfish aquaculture is only one fifth of jellyfish fishing. | 6 | Intraspecific Diversity of Aureobasidium pullulans Strains from Different Marine Environments显示文摘Totally more than 500 yeast strains were isolated from seawater, sea sediments, mud of sea salterns, marine fish guts and marine algae. The results of routine and molecular biology identification methods show that nine strains among these marine yeasts belong to Aureobasidium pullulans, although the morphologies of their colonies are very different. The marine yeasts isolated from different marine environments indicate that A. pullulans is widely distributed in different environmental conditions. These Aureo-basidium pullulans strains include A. pullulans 4#2, A. pullulans N13d, A. pullulans HN3-11, A. pullulans HN2-3, A. pullulans JHSc, A. pullulans HN4.7, A. pullulans HN5.3, A. pullulans HN6.2 and A. pullulans W13a. A. pullulans 4#2 could produce cellulase and single cell protein. A. pullulans N13d could produce protease, lipase, amylase and cellulase. Both A. pullulans HN3-11 and A. pullulans HN2-3 were able to produce protease, lipase and cellulase. A. pullulans JHSc could secrete cellulase and killer toxin. Both A. pullulans HN4.7 and A. pullulans HN5.3 could yield lipase and cellulase. A. pullulans W13a was able to secrete extracellular amylase and cellulase while A. pullulans HN4.7 and A. pullulans N13d could produce siderophores. | 7 | Screening of protease-producing marine yeasts for production of the bioactive peptides显示文摘Over 400 yeast strains from seawater and sediments were obtained, but only five strains named HN2-3, N13d, N13C, Mb5 and HN3-2 among them could form clear zones around their colonies on the double plates with 2.0% casein. Peptides in the hydrolysate produced by the proteases from strains HN2-3 and N13d had higher angiotensin I-converting-enzyme (ACE)-inhibitory activity. The two marine yeast strains were identified to be Aureobasidium pullulans according to the results of routine yeast identification and molecular methods. After purification of the proteases from the two marine yeast strains, it was found that the optimal pH for them was both 9.0, both of them were serine alkaline protease. However, the optimal temperature for the protease from the strain HN2-3 was 52℃ while that from strain N13d was 48℃.
