1Regulation of OsSPX1 and OsSPX3 on Expression of OsSPX Domain Genes and Pi-starvation Signaling in Rice显示文摘The rice(Oryza sativa L.) genome contains at least six genes exclusively with an SPX(SYG1/PHO81/XPR1) domain at the N-terminal,designated as OsSPX1-6.Here we report the diverse expression patterns of the OsSPX genes in different tissues and their responses to Pi-starvation.Among them,five genes,OsSPX1,2,3,5 and 6 are responsive to Pi-starvation in shoots and/or in roots.The subcellular localization analysis indicates that OsSPX1 and OsSPX2 is exclusively located in nucleus,OsSPX3 in the cytoplasm,and OsSPX4 is a membrane localization protein.OsSPX1 regulates OsSPX2,3 and 5 at the transcription level and is positively involved in the responses of the genes to Pi-starvation.Overexpression of OsSPX3 downregulates OsSPX5 in shoots under Pi-sufficiency.OsSPX3 negatively regulates the PSI(Pi-starvation induced) gene,OsIPS1 and is involved in the responses of miR399 and OsPHO2 to Pi-starvation.Our results suggest that OsSPX1 may be a regulator involved in the transcriptions of OsSPX2,3 and 5.OsSPX3 plays a role in OsIPS1/miR399 mediated long distance regulation on OsPHO2.Our results also indicate that OsSPX3 is involved in plant tolerance to Pi-starvation stress.Zhiye Wang Han Hu Hongjie Huang Ke Duan Zhong changWu Ping Wu 2009Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2009,51,7:18
2An improved three-dimensional spherical DDA model for simulating rock failure显示文摘In this paper, a discontinuous numerical model, namely SDDARF3D(three-dimensional spherical discontinuous deformation analysis for rock failure), is proposed for simulating the whole process of rock failure. Firstly, within the framework of the classical discontinuous deformation analysis(DDA) method, the formulation of three-dimensional spherical DDA(3D SDDA) is deduced; secondly, a bonding and cracking algorithm is constructed and the SDDARF3 D model is proposed; thirdly, corresponding VC++ calculation code is developed and some verification examples are calculated. 13Improved Method of Power Loss and Electric Field Calculations of HVAC Transmission Lines显示文摘An improved method for calculating the corona power loss and the ground-level electric field on HVAC transmission lines induced by corona is proposed.Based on a charge simulation method combined with a method of successive images,the proposed method has the number and location of the simulated charges not arbitrary.When the surface electric field of a conductor exceeds the onset value,charges are emitted from corona into the space around,and the space ions and the surface charges on each sub-conductor are simulated by using the images of the other sub-conductors.The displacements of the space ions are calculated at every time step during corona periods in both the positive and the negative half cycles.Several examples are calculated by using the proposed method,and the calculated electric field at the ground level and the corona power loss agree well with previous measurements.The results show that simulating 12 charges in each conductor during 600 time steps in one cycle takes less time while guarantees the accuracy.The corona discharge from a 220 kV transmission line enhances slightly(less than 2%) the electric field at the ground level,but this effect is little from a 500 kV line.The improved method is a good compromise between the time cost and the accuracy of calculation.DU Zhiye RUAN Jiangjun JIN Shuo HUANG Guodong ZHU Lin 2013高电压技术2013,39,10:0
