High precision magnetometer for geomagnetic exploration onboard of the China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite显示文摘The China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite(CSES) is the first platform of China's earthquake observation system in space and the first satellite of China's geophysical field detection missions. The high precision magnetometer(HPM), which contains two fluxgate sensors and a coupled dark state magnetometer(CDSM), measures the vector of the Earth's magnetic field with a bandwidth from DC to 15 Hz. The two fluxgate sensors are in a gradiometer configuration in order to reduce satellite interferences. Additionally, the CDSM sensor measures the scalar value of the magnetic field with higher accuracy and stability.Several data processing and calibration methods have been prepared to get accurate vector magnetic field data. This includes the calibration of each of the three sensors, the absolute vector correction algorithm, the spacecraft magnetic interference elimination and the coordinate transformation method. Also the instrument performances based on ground calibration activities are shown in this article. | CHENG BingJun ZHOU Bin MAGNES Werner LAMMEGGER Roland POLLINGER Andreas | 2018 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2018,61,5: | 13
Magnetic field data processing methods of the China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite显示文摘The High Precision Magnetometer(HPM) on board the China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite(CSES) allows highly accurate measurement of the geomagnetic field; it includes FGM(Fluxgate Magnetometer) and CDSM(Coupled Dark State Magnetometer)probes. This article introduces the main processing method, algorithm, and processing procedure of the HPM data. First, the FGM and CDSM probes are calibrated according to ground sensor data. Then the FGM linear parameters can be corrected in orbit, by applying the absolute vector magnetic field correction algorithm from CDSM data. At the same time, the magnetic interference of the satellite is eliminated according to ground-satellite magnetic test results. Finally, according to the characteristics of the magnetic field direction in the low latitude region, the transformation matrix between FGM probe and star sensor is calibrated in orbit to determine the correct direction of the magnetic field. Comparing the magnetic field data of CSES and SWARM satellites in five continuous geomagnetic quiet days, the difference in measurements of the vector magnetic field is about 10 nT, which is within the uncertainty interval of geomagnetic disturbance. | Bin Zhou YanYan Yang YiTeng Zhang XiaoChen Gou BingJun Cheng JinDong Wang Lei Li | 2018 | Earth and Planetary Physics2018,2,6: | 9
Influence of torrefaction pretreatment on biomass gasification technology显示文摘Torrefaction is a slow pyrolysis process that is carried out in the relatively low temperature range of 220-300°C.The influence of torrefaction as a pretreatment on biomass gasification technology was investigated using a bench-scale torrefaction unit,a bench-scale laminar entrained-flow gasifier, and the analysis techniques TGA-FTIR and low temperature nitrogen adsorption.A series of experiments were performed to examine the characteristics of the torrefaction process, the properties of torrefaction products, and the effects of torrefaction on gas composition, cold gas efficiency and gasification efficiency. The results showed that during the torrefaction process the moisture content of biomass were reduced, and the wood fiber structure of the material was destroyed. This was beneficial to storage, transport and subsequent treatments of biomass in large scale. For solid products, torrefaction increased the energy density, decreased the oxygen/carbon ratio, and created a more complex pore structure. These improved the syngas quality and cold gas efficiency.Combustible gases accounted for about 50% of non-condensable gaseous torrefaction products.Effective use of the torrefaction gases can save energy and improve efficiency.Overall, biomass torrefaction technology has good application prospects in gasification processes. | CHEN Qing ZHOU JinSong LIU BingJun MEI QinFeng LUO ZhongYang | 2011 | Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,14: | 6
Petrophysical characteristics of rocks and sulfides from the SWIR hydrothermal field显示文摘Study of petrophysical properties of rocks in seafloor hydrothermal fields has great significance for investigation of seafloor hydrothermal activities, especially for polymetallic sulfides prospecting. In the present study, based on the current experimental conditions,we conducted systematic experiments to measure the magnetic susceptibility, electrical resistivity, porosity, density,as well as acoustic wave velocity of seafloor rocks and sulfides.Subsequently,we measured the physical characteristics of hydrothermal sulfides, basalts and peridotites which were collected from newly discovered seafloor hydrothermal fields at 49.6°E,50.5°E,51°E,63.5°E,and 63.9°E of the Southwest Indian Ridge(SWIR).Previously available and newly collected data were combined to characterize the physical differences between polymetallic sulfides and rocks. We also discussed the impact of hydrothermal alteration on the bedrock and demonstrated how these petrophysical properties of rocks can help in geophysical prospecting of seafloor hydrothermal fields as indicators. | TAO Chunhui WU Tao JIN Xiaobing DOU Bingjun LI Huaiming ZHOU Jianping | 2013 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2013,32,12: | 5

Analysis and elimination of tri-band beacon interference with the fluxgate sensors onboard CSES显示文摘High precision magnetometer(HPM)is a magnetic field detection payload onboard China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite(CSES),including two fluxgate magnetometers(FGM)and a coupled dark state magnetometer(CDSM).Observations show that FGM appears to be influenced when tri-band beacon(TBB)is powered on and emits electromagnetic waves. The interference phenomenon is further validated based on both in-orbit observation analysis and electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)tests on the ground.A joint correction algorithm based on the least square fitting and first-order difference method according to scalar magnetometer data is proposed to eliminate the interference. The algorithm significantly improves the consistency of HPM data. After correction, the average scalar deviation error could be reduced from 9.0 nT to around 0.7 nT. | TONG YuQi CHENG BingJun MIAO YuanQing ZHOU Bin ZHU XingHong YANG YanYan LIU Ji GOU XiaoChen ZHANG YiTeng WANG JinDong LI Lei MAGNES Werner LAMMEGGER Roland POLLINGER Andreas ZEREN Zhima SHEN XuHui | 2021 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,10: | 1
Size distribution of individuals in the population of Asterias amurensis(Echinodermata: Asteroidea) and its reproductive cycle in China显示文摘To obtain baseline information on the size distribution of individuals in the population and reproductive features of sea star Asterias amurensis, monthly surveys of the population were carried out from May to December 2010 and March to May 2015 in coastal waters off Yantai, China. Spawning period was predicted by gonad and pyloric caeca indices as well as anatomical and histological methods. In the A. amurensis population, both large individuals(>143 mm) and small ones(<42 mm) were present in all sampling months. The population size structure was driven by the appearance of big cohorts of individuals less than 55 mm from May to August. The appearance of small individuals in all months suggested a prolonged spawning period at other sites in this bay or sea stars growing slowly because of food shortage. An arm length is a good predictor to wet body weight for A.amurensis. The development of gonad was relative slow from May to September but rapidly reached a peak of20.95 in October 2010, and then dropped remarkably, indicating its spawning lasted from October to November. The same phenomenon was found from March to May 2015, suggesting another spawning during March to May,which was also verified by the results of histologic analysis on ovary. The gonad index(GI) and pyloric caeca index(PCI) tended to show a negative relationship. Due to the poor food availability, the reproductive characteristics of sea star were most likely affected by the shellfish mariculturein Yantai coastal waters. | LI Baoquan ZHOU Zhengquan LI Bingjun WANG Quanchao LI Xiaojing CHEN Linlin | 2018 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2018,37,6: | 1

Mitogenomic Conservation Genetics of the Critically Endangered Liaoning Clawed Salamander显示文摘The Liaoning clawed salamander(Onychodactylus zhaoermii)is an endemic and critically endangered amphibian species of China. To study the population genetics of natural populations of this species,32 samples were collected from six different locations, and the mitochondrial genome was sequenced.Population genetic analyses showed that the Liaoning clawed salamander is composed of only one radialized cluster with ultralow nucleotide diversity.Late Pleistocene climate cooling(-100 to-30 kya)may have reduced the effective population size of the Liaoning clawed salamander, and the subsequent temperature increase(~25 kya to present)provided the opportunity for population expansion.Because of heat sensitivity, the maximum temperature of the prebreeding period, especially from March to May,is very important for the surface environment living in the Liaoning clawed salamander.Three suitable regions were predicted by the MaxEnt model, and the largest suitable region(approximately 899 km2)was at the four-county boundary area and was larger than the present’Natural Conservation Community of the Liaoning Clawed Salamander’.To ensure more effective protection of all Liaoning clawed salamanders,we suggest extending the current’Natural Conservation Community of the Liaoning Clawed Salamander’to include the four-county boundary area. | Yu ZHOU Boyang YU Jichuan ZHAO Fang WANG Zhenwei WANG Bingjun DONG Baotian YANG | 2021 | Asian Herpetological Research2021,12,4: | 1

Investigating the crucial roles of aliphatic tails in disulfide bond-linked docetaxel prodrug nanoassemblies显示文摘Disulfide bond-bridging strategy has been extensively utilized to construct tumor specificity-responsive aliphatic prodrug nanoparticles(PNPs) for precise cancer therapy. Yet, there is no research shedding light on the impacts of the saturation and cis-trans configuration of aliphatic tails on the self-assembly capacity of disulfide bond-linked prodrugs and the in vivo delivery fate of PNPs. Herein, five disulfide bond-linked docetaxelfatty acid prodrugs are designed and synthesized by using stearic acid, elaidic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid as the aliphatic tails, respectively. Interestingly, the cistrans configuration of aliphatic tails significantly influences the self-assembly features of prodrugs, and elaidic acid-linked prodrug with a trans double bond show poor self-assembly capacity. Although the aliphatic tails have almost no effect on the redox-sensitive drug release and cytotoxicity, different aliphatic tails significantly influence the chemical stability of prodrugs and the colloidal stability of PNPs, thus affecting the in vivo pharmacokinetics, biodistribution and antitumor efficacy of PNPs. Our findings illustrate how aliphatic tails affect the assembly characteristic of disulfide bond-linked aliphatic prodrugs and the in vivo delivery fate of PNPs, and thus provide theoretical basis for future development of disulfide bond-bridged aliphatic prodrugs. | Yuequan Wang Cong Luo Shuang Zhou Xinhui Wang Xuanbo Zhang Shumeng Li Shenwu Zhang Shuo Wang Bingjun Sun Zhonggui He Jin Sun | 2021 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2021,16,5: | 0
Fine-tuning the structure-tolerance-antitumor efficacy axis of prodrug nanoassemblies via branched aliphatic functionalization显示文摘Small-molecule prodrug nanoassemblies have emerged as efficient antitumor drug delivery systems. However,in the case of camptothecins-based prodrug nanoassemblies, linear aliphatic side chain modification often results in rod-shaped or irregularly shaped nanoassemblies, which are highly unfavorable for sterilization through filtration, and may cause capillary blockage upon intravenous injection. The rational design of camptothecins-based prodrug nanoassemblies remains a challenge.Herein,we propose that branched aliphatic alcohol(BAA)functionalization could fine-tune the structure-tolerance-antitumor efficacy axis of prodrug nanoassemblies.Correspondingly, four SN38-BAA prodrugs were synthesized by conjugating 7-ethyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin(SN38)with BAAs of varying lengths via a tumor redox-responsive disulfide bond, which self-assemble into uniform spherical nanoparticles. The length of BAA was found to significant impact the multiple drug delivery process, including colloidal stability, drug release profiles and pharmacokinetics.Overall,SN38-C21 NPs(SN38-11-heneicosanol nanoparticles),featuring the longest BAA,showcased multiple therapeutic advantages, ultimately culminating the optimal antitumor efficacy and tolerance. The findings underscore the potential of BAA functionalization in strengthening the therapeutic outcomes of prodrug nanoassemblies, and provide valuable insights for developing translational camptothecins-based nanomedicines. | Guanting Li Fengli Xia Hongying Xiao Shunzhe Zheng Shuwen Fu Han Qiao Qianhui Jin Xuanbo Zhang Dun Zhou Chutong Tian Jin Sun Zhonggui He Bingjun Sun | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,4: | 0
