2Synthesis and characterization of LiNi_(0.95-x)Co_xAl_(0.05)O_2 for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Samples of LiNi0.95?xCoxAl0.05O2 (x = 0.10 and 0.15) and LiNiO2, synthesized by the solid-state reaction at 725°C for 24 h from LiOH·H2O, Ni2O3, Co2O3, and Al(OH)3 under an oxygen stream, were characterized by TG-DTA, XRD, SEM, and electrochemical tests. Simultaneous doping of cobalt and aluminum at the Ni-site in LiNiO2 was tried to improve the cathode performance for lithium-ion batteries. The results showed that co-doping (especially, 5 at.% Al and 10 at.% Co) definitely had a large beneficial effect in increasing the capacity (186.2 mA?h/g of the first discharge capacity for LiNi0.85Co0.10Al0.05O2) and cycling behavior (180.1 mA?h/g after 10 cycles for LiNi0.85Co0.10Al0.05O2) compared with 180.7 mA?h/g of the first discharge capacity and 157.7 mA?h/g of the tenth discharge capacity for LiNiO2, respectively. 3纳米银与纳米铜混合焊膏用于电子封装低温烧结连接显示文摘文中提出将纳米银焊膏与纳米铜焊膏按照一定比例进行混合,研究其烧结特性及其用于低温烧结连接镀银的铜块.结果表明,多元醇法制得的纳米银+纳米铜混合焊膏具有良好的防氧化特性;在5 MPa压力并保温5 min条件下,摩尔比例为1∶1的混合焊膏在烧结温度为250℃时,接头抗剪强度最大并达到22 MPa.随混合焊膏中纳米银颗粒含量增加,接头强度逐渐增大;纯纳米铜颗粒焊膏的接头抗剪强度为15 MPa,纯纳米银焊膏的接头强度可到达56 MPa.张颖川 闫剑锋 邹贵生 白海林 刘磊 闫久春 ZHOU Yunhong 2013焊接学报2013,34,8:9
4PEEK modified PLA shape memory blends:towards enhanced mechanical and deformation properties显示文摘Polylactic acid(PLA)is one of the most promising shape memory polymers with outstanding biocompatibility,while poly(ether ether ketone)(PEEK)is a special engineering plastic with excellent mechanical performance.In this work,PEEK was selected to modify PLA,and a series of PLA blended with different PEEK contents(PLA/PEEK blends)were obtained.The effects of PEEK on thermodynamic,mechanical and shape memory properties of PLA/PEEK blends were investigated.The results showed that the thermal stabillity of the PL A/PEEK blend was improved with the PEEK content increase.The tensile strength reached the highest value of 20.6 MPa when the PEEK content was 10%.While the best shape memory performance occurred with the PEEK content of 15%,the shape recovery time was less than 2 s,and the shape fixation/recovery ratio was more than 99%.Furthermore,the programmable mimetic flower opening process was achieved by using PLA/PEEK blends with different PEEK content ratios.The above results indicated that the blend of an appropriate proportion of PEEK had positive effects on mechanical and deformation performances of PLA.Lan ZHANG Zhaohua LIN Qiang ZHOU Suqian MA Yunhong LIANG Zhihui ZHANG 2020Frontiers of Materials Science2020,14,2:8
5石英玻璃飞秒激光微连接及其接头性能显示文摘飞秒激光的低热输入、极小热影响区的特点使其在微米尺度材料连接领域有明显的应用潜力.为研究飞秒激光进行玻璃连接的可行性及其接头性能,测定了其接头的拉剪强度并分析了接头断裂前后的形貌特征.证明了飞秒激光连接玻璃的可行性,并发现玻璃试样之间的间隙对飞溅有明显影响.拉剪试验测得的接头强度在6.4~40.4 MPa之间.结果表明,在激光平均功率较大,焊缝间距较小的条件下,连接试样容易在母材中断裂,使得接头的强度相比于断裂在界面上的试样强度降低一半以上.潘泽浩 程战 刘磊 邹贵生 Zhou Yunhong 2016焊接学报2016,37,6:4
6SPCC钢与NdFeB永磁体的激光点焊显示文摘在电子、汽车及音响器件的制造中,稀土永磁材料N dF eB与钢构件之间连接通常采用机械连接或粘接的方法,而关于钢与磁材料焊接的研究与应用还未见报道。为实现钢磁异质材料之间快速和高质量的连接,该文探索采用激光点焊方法连接SPCC钢与N dF eB永磁体,并对接头的形成过程、硬度、强度和断裂行为进行了研究。结果表明:激光点焊过程中,两种母材受热快速熔化、混合、凝固形成接头;接头中硬度分布不均匀,热影响区的硬度比N dF eB母材低,熔核内熔核线附近区域硬度最高,熔核中部硬度最低;接头断裂应力可达到磁体强度的75%;熔核与磁体界面上容易出现热裂纹,结合较弱,因此剪切试验中接头主要从这一区域发生断裂,断裂为晶间断裂,是典型的脆性断裂。常保华 白少俊 LI Xiaogang DING Yuquan 张骅 都东 ZHOU Yunhong 2008清华大学学报(自然科学版)2008,48,11:4
7Tropical deciduous forest in Yunnan,southwestern China:Implications for geological and climatic histories from a little-known forest formation显示文摘In the southern mountain ranges of Yunnan province,China,deep valleys of several large rivers create rain shadows with hot dry summers,and are locally designated tropical;towards the north,notably in the Lancang(Upper Mekong)valley,these regions may experience frost during winter.The woody forest canopy of these valleys is predominantly deciduous,with evergreen elements in the north,where the canopy is open and the forest savanna-like.However,we here present tall forest with a closed deciduous canopy and semi-evergreen subcanopy observed in hot dry valleys of these rivers and their tributaries in the tropical south.The structure and physiognomy of these forests resemble the tall(moist)deciduous forest formation widespread in South Asia and Indo-Burma.Furthermore,these forests are largely composed of tropical elements at both the generic(80%)and the species level(>70%),indicating that these forests are indeed tropical.We originally hypothesized that these isolated forests represent refugia of a pre-Holocene extension of tall(moist)deciduous forest formation of South Asia and Indo-Burma.The sample plot we established to test this hypothesis confirmed that these forests share the structure and physiognomy of the tall(moist)deciduous forest formation;however,the plots also showed that these forests lack the characteristic and dominant species of the formation's Indo-Burmese range.The tree flora,in particular,indicates that both deciduous and evergreen elements are instead mostly derived from the adjacent tropical semi-evergreen forests of tropical southern China;yet they also include an important endemic element,which implies that these forests have survived as refuges possibly since the Pliocene.The exceptional representation of evergreen elements in these forests indicates that they have rarely been subject to hot fires or domestic cattle browsing,adding to the unique nature of the forests and further justifying their strict conservation.Hua Zhu Peter Ashton Bojian Gu Shisun Zhou Yunhong Tan 2021Plant Diversity2021,43,6:2
8Evolution of Joint Formation in Resistance Microwelding of Crossed Pt-10%Ir and 316 LVM Stainless Steel Wires显示文摘The surface morphology, cross-sections, and joint break force(JBF) of joints welded under different electrode forces were studied. The defects, such as electrode sticking, notch, and excessive expulsions, were observed in the joints. No desirable joints were achieved with the consideration of weld geometries and joint performances. From the cross-sectional morphology, the joint evolution during the RMW of Pt alloy and 316 LVM SS wires was developed, which involved cold collapse and heat promoted set-down of Pt alloy wire, unbalanced heating at interface, molten phase squeezed out, and defect formation. 9Formation and Optical Properties of ZnO:ZnFe_(2)O_(4) Superlattice Microwires显示文摘Pure ZnO hexagonal microwires and Fe(Ⅲ)-doped ZnO microwires(MWs)with a novel rectangular cross section were synthesized in a confined chamber by a convenient one-step thermal evaporation method.An oriented attachment mechanism is consistent with a vapor-solid growth process.Photoluminescence(PL)and Raman spectroscopy of the Fe(Ⅲ)-doped ZnO MWs and in situ spectral mappings indicate a quasi-periodic distribution of Fe(Ⅲ)along a one-dimensional(1-D)superlattice ZnO:ZnFe_(2)O_(4) wire,while PL mapping shows the presence of optical multicavities and related multimodes.The PL spectra at room temperature show weak near-edge doublets(376 nm and 383 nm)and a broad band(450-650 nm)composed of strong discrete lines,due to a 1-D photonic crystal structure.Such a 1-D coupled optical cavity material may find many applications in future photonic and spintronic devices.Yun Li Guozhang Dai Chunjiao Zhou Qinglin Zhang Qiang Wan Limin Fu Jianping Zhang Ruibin Liu Chuanbao Cao Anlian Pan Yunhong Zhang Bingsuo Zou 2010Nano Research2010,3,5:2
