1Preliminary Scientific Results of Chang'E-1 Lunar Orbiter:Based on Payloads Detection Data in the First Phase显示文摘Chang'E-1 lunar Orbiter was launched by Long March 3A rocket from Xichang Satel-lite Launch Center at 18:05BT(Beijing Time) Oct.24,2007.It is the first step of its ambitious three-stage moon program,a new milestone in the Chinese space exploration history.The primary science objectives of Chang'E-1 lunar orbiter are to obtain three-Dimension(3D) stereo images of the lunar surface,to analyze the distribution and abundance of elements on the surface,to investigate the thickness of lunar soil,evaluate helium-3 resources and other characteristics,and to detect the space environment around the moon.To achieve the above four mission objectives,eight sets of scientific instruments are chosen as the payloads of the lunar orbiter,including a CCD stereo camera(CCD),a Sagnac-based interferometer spectrometer(ⅡM),a Laser Altimeter(LAM),a Microwave Radiometer(MRM),a Gamma-Ray Spectrometer(GRS),an X-ray spectrometer(XRS),a High-Energy Particle Detector(HPD),and two Solar Wind Ion Detectors(SWID).The detected data of the payloads show that all payloads work well.This paper introduces the status of payloads in the first phase and preliminary scientific results.OUYANG Ziyuan JIANG Jingshan LI Chunlai SUN Huixian ZOU Yongliao LIU Jianzhong LIU Jianjun ZHAO Baochang REN Xin YANG Jianfeng ZHANG Wenxi WANG Jianyu MOU Lingli CHANG Jin ZHANG Liyan WANG Huanyu LI Yongquan ZHANG Xiaohui ZHENG Yongchun WANG Shijin BIAN Wei 2008空间科学学报2008,28,5:24
2Characteristics of the lunar samples returned by the Chang'E-5 mission显示文摘Forty-five years after the Apollo and Luna missions returned lunar samples,China's Chang’E-5(CE-5)mission collected new samples from the mid-latitude region in the northeastern Oceanus Procellarum of the Moon.Our study shows that 95%of CE-5 lunar soil sizes are found to be within the range of 1.40-9.35μm,while 95%of the soils by mass are within the size range of 4.84-432.27μm.The bulk density,true density and specific surface area of CE-5 soils are 1.2387 g/cm^(3),3.1952 g/cm^(3) and 0.56 m^(2)/g,respectively.Fragments from the CE-5 regolith are classified into igneous clasts(mostly basalt),agglutinate and glass.A few breccias were also found.The minerals and compositions of CE-5 soils are consistent with mare basalts and can be classified as low-Ti/low-Al/low-K type with lower rare-earth-element contents than materials rich in potassium,rare earth element and phosphorus.CE-5 soils have high FeO and low Mg index,which could represent a new class of basalt.Chunlai Li Hao Hu Meng-Fei Yang Zhao-Yu Pei Qin Zhou Xin Ren Bin Liu Dawei Liu Xingguo Zeng Guangliang Zhang Hongbo Zhang Jianjun Liu Qiong Wang Xiangjin Deng Caijin Xiao Yonggang Yao Dingshuai Xue Wei Zuo Yan Su Weibin Wen Ziyuan Ouyang 2022National Science Review2022,9,2:12

4The origin and geological significance of lunar ridges显示文摘Lunar ridges are a kind of familiar linear structures developed on the lunar surface. The distribution pattern, formation mechanism and research significance of lunar ridges are discussed in this paper. Single lunar ridges are usually distributed in the form of broken lineation, and, as whole, lunar ridges are trapezoidal or annular in shape around the maria. As to the formation mechanism, only volcanism or tectonism was emphasized in the past, but the two processes are seldom taken into combined consideration. On the basis of detailed analyses, the authors thought that tectonism is a prerequisite for the formation of lunar ridges, while volcanism is the key factor controlling their particular shapes. 5Serpentinization, abiogenic organic compounds, and deep life显示文摘The hydrocarbons and other organic compounds generated through abiogenic or inorganic processes are closely related to two science subjects,i.e.,energy resources and life’s origin and evolution.'The earth’s primordial abiogenic hydrocarbon theory'and'the serpentinization of abiogenic hydrocarbon theory'are the two mainstream theories in the field of related studies.Serpentinization generally occurs in slow expanding mid-ocean ridges and continental ophiolites tectonic environment,etc.The abiogenic hydrocarbons and other organic compounds formed through the serpentinization of ultramafic rocks provide energy and raw materials to support chemosynthetic microbial communities,which probably was the most important hydration reaction for the origin and early evolution of life.The superposition of biological and abiological processes creates big challenge to the identification of the abiogenic organic materials in serpentinite-hosted ecosystem.Whether abiotic(inorganic)process can form oil and gas resource is a difficult question that has been explored continuously by scientific community for more than a century but has not yet been solved.However,some important progress has been made.The prospecting practice of abiogenic hydrocarbons in commercial gases from the Songliao Basin,China,provides an important example for exploring abiogenic natural gas resources.WANG XianBin OUYANG ZiYuan ZHUO ShengGuang ZHANG MingFeng ZHENG GuoDong WANG YongLi 2014Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,5:11
6Petrology and mineral chemistry of new ureilites found in Grove Mountains,Antarctica显示文摘Petrography and mineral chemistry of two new ureilites, GRV 021512 and 022931, from the Grove Mountains, Antarctica, are reported in this paper. GRV 021512 exhibits a typical ureilite texture, and consists of 48.3% olivine, 9.4% pigeonite and 38.1% carbo- naceous interstitial material and/or reduction product. GRV 022931 has a cataclastic porphyritic texture, and consists of 19.1% olivine and 14.1% pigeonite embedded in 66.3% carbonaceous interstitial material and/or reduction product. The coarse-grained olivine and pigeonite in both meteorites have homogeneous cores, and they are FeO-rich within the range of the ferroan subgroup (subgroup I) of olivine-pigeonite ureilites. All olivine grains of the meteorites show reduction zones along boundaries and cracks. Abundant diamond coexists with graphite as graphite-rich patches and veins in the carbonaceous interstitial material. 7Lignocellulosic biomass as sustainable feedstock and materials for power generation and energy storage显示文摘Lignocellulosic biomass has attracted great interest in recent years for energy production due to its renewability and carbon-neutral nature.There are various ways to convert lignocellulose to gaseous,liquid and solid fuels via thermochemical,chemical or biological approaches.Typical biomass derived fuels include syngas,bio-gas,bio-oil,bioethanol and biochar,all of which could be used as fuels for furnace,engine,turbine or fuel cells.Direct biomass fuel cells mediated by various electron carriers provide a new direction of lignocellulose conversion.Various metal and non-metal based carriers have been screened for mediating the electron transfer from biomass to oxygen thus generating electricity.The power density of direct biomass fuel cells can be over 100 mW cm^(-2),which shows promise for practical applications.Lignocellulose and its isolated components,primarily cellulose and lignin,have also been paid considerable attention as sustainable carbonaceous materials for preparation of electrodes for supercapacitors,lithium-ion batteries and lithium-sulfur batteries.In this paper,we have provided a state-of-the-art review on the research progress of lignocellulosic biomass as feedstock and materials for power generation and energy storage focusing on the chemistry aspects of the processes.It was recommended that process integration should be performed to reduce the cost for thermochemical and biological conversion of lignocellulose to biofuels,while efforts should be made to increase efficiency and improve the properties for biomass fuelled fuel cells and biomass derived electrodes for energy storage.Fangqian Wang Denghao Ouyang Ziyuan Zhou Samuel JPage Dehua Liu Xuebing Zhao 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,6:8

9Evidence of Nd isotope for unhomogeneity and origin of upper mantle of North China platform显示文摘Based on isptopic age of Sm-Nd and its initial composition and its evolution obtained during the recent years of archean metamorphic magnesio-ferro the vocanics of upper mantle of the North China platform, it is concluded that the isotopic composition of Archean upper mantle of the North China platform is not homogeneous, and values of /Nd don not change regularly through the whole Archean; in contrast, they present obvious differences in different regions. 12The first finding of superhigh concentration of REE-rich bed in carbonate rock weathering crusts and its siginificance显示文摘THE Pingba soil profile developed on the bedrock Triassic dolomitite and morphologically located in uplandin karst terrain in Central Guizhou, China was proven to be in-situ dolomitite weathering pedogeneticproduct. Continuous sampling method was used for taking samples from man-made excavated pit fromthe Pingba profile. REE for samples was measured on ELEMENT ICP-MS in the Institute of Geochemistry, CAS. The standard reference samples GSR-6 and GSS-1,4,7 were used to monitor the precisionof REE measurement. The measurement error was less than ≤10%. 13Mapping Lunar Olivine Using Clementine Spectral Indices and Chemical Composition Parameters显示文摘Olivine exposures at the central peak of Copernicus crater of the Earth's Moon have been confirmed by telescope observations and Clementine spectra data.Using these exposures as training sites,this study used a method of combining two spectral indices(950?nm/750?nm and 2000?nm/1500?nm),one maturity index(Is/FeO),and four chemical content indices(FeO,Mg,Al,Ca),through a decision tree classifier,to map olivine-rich units on the west lunar surface based on mosaicked Clementine image(500 m pixel size).Most classified olivine exposures are found inside craters or on their rays,suggesting that olivine exposures are directly associated with the impact processes.The results have been validated in several selected sites,though further validations with data from the newest missions are strongly needed.YUE Zongyu XIE Hongjie DI Kaichang OUYANG Ziyuan 2012Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2012,86,1:2
14Stable carbon isotopic composition of soil organic carbon in karst area in Central Guizhou, China显示文摘THE stable carbon isotopic composition of soil organic carbon is a powerful tool for discussing the source ofsoil CO2 and the relationship of CO2 source and sink between soil CO2 and atmosphere CO2 and has beenwidely studied. However, few similar researches have been done in karst area which comprises 15%global terrestrial area. Preliminary research results about the stable carbon isotopic composition of soil organic carbon in karst area are reported here. 15The seasonal and daily CO_2 concentration variance in karst meadow soil profile with depth in Central Guizhou, China显示文摘THE seasonal variance of soil CO2 concentration with depth in soil profile was widely studied. Few similarresearches on this topic have been done in karst area which comprises 15% global terrestrial area. In thisnote, the research results about the seasonal and daily soil CO2 concentration variance in karst area arereported. The soil gases were collected respectively by the sampling device at 200, 5,0, -5, -10,-15, -25, -35 and -45 cm from the land surface in meadow soil profile described by Zheng andlocated in the Hongfeng lake area in the central Guizhou Plateau which lies in the central East-Asia karstarea. 17Scientific Progress in China's Lunar Exploration Program显示文摘Chang'E-1, the first lunar mission in China, was successfully launched on October 24,2007, which opened the prelude of China's Lunar Exploration Program. Later on, the Chang'E-2 and Chang'E-3 satellites were successfully launched in 2010 and 2013, respectively. In order to achieve the science objectives, various payloads boarded the spacecraft. The scientific data from these instruments were received by Beijing and Kunming ground stations simultaneously. Up to now, about 5.628 Terabytes of raw data were received totally. A series of research results has been achieved. The research fields include meteorites, pre-solar materials, science researches of the moon, effects of the space debris on space environment, and heterogeneity of the Earth.
