| 2 | Atomic Fe-N4 sites on electrospun hierarchical porous carbon nanofibers as an efficient electrocatalyst for oxygen reduction reaction显示文摘Porous carbon materials doped with atomically dispersed metal sites(ADMSs)are promising electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)electrocatalysis.In this work,we fabricated hierarchical porous nitrogen-doped carbon nanofibers with atomically dispersed Fe-N4 sites by carbonization of electrospinning iron-based metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)/polyacrylonitrile nanofibers for ORR electrocatalysis.Remarkably,the re sultant carbon nanofibers with atomically dispersed FeN4 sites exhibit extraordinary electrochemical performance with an onset potential of 0.994 V and a halfwave potential of 0.876 V in alkaline electrolyte,comparable to the benchmark commercial Pt/C catalyst.The high catalytic performance is originated from the unique hierarchically porous 1 D carbon structure and abundant highly active atomically dispersed Fe-N4 sites. | Ruiqin Zhong Chenxu Zhi Yingxiao Wu Zibin Liang Hassina Tabassum Hao Zhang Tianjie Qiu Song Gao Jinming Shi Ruqiang Zou | 2020 | Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,6: | 1 |

| 4 | Performances of an air thermal energy utilization system developed with fan-coil units in large-scale plastic tunnels covered with external blanket显示文摘To improve the problem of low temperature at night in winter due to the lack of thermal storage in large-span plastic tunnels,an air thermal energy utilization system(ATEUS)was developed with fan-coil units to heat a large-scale plastic tunnel covered with an external blanket(LPTEB)on winter nights.The ATEUS was composed of nine fan-coil units mounted on top of the LPTEB,a water reservoir,pipes,and a water circulation pump.With the heat exchange between the air and the water flowing through the coils,the thermal energy from the air can be collected in the daytime,or the thermal energy in the water can be released into the LPTEB at night.On sunny days,the collected thermal energy from the air in the daytime(E_(c))and released thermal energy at night(E_(r))were 0.25-0.44 MJ/m^(2) and 0.24-0.38 MJ/m^(2),respectively.Used ATEUS as a heating system,its coefficient of performance(COP),which is the ratio of the heat consumption of LPTEB to the power consumption of ATEUS,ranged from 1.6-2.1.A dynamic model was also developed to simulate the water temperature(T_(w)).Based on the simulation,E_(c) and E_(r) on sunny days can be increased by 60%-73%and 38%-62%,respectively,by diminishing the heat loss of the water reservoir and increasing the indoor air temperature in the period of collecting thermal energy.Then,the COP can reach 2.6-3.8,and the developed ATEUS can be applied to heating the LPTEB in a way that conserves energy. | Chengji Zong Zibin Xiao Weitang Song Pingzhi Wang Guifang Zhang Ming Li | 2022 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,5: | 0 |

| 6 | Glioma cell membrane camouflaged cinobufotalin delivery system for combinatorial orthotopic glioblastoma therapy显示文摘Glioblastoma(GBM)belongs to the deadliest primary malignancies with high mortality rate and poor prognosis.Over the past decades,less progress has been made to treat GBM,owing largely to the lack of effective chemotherapeutics and poor drug accumulation in the glioma tissue.In order to address this issue,we present an efficient biomimetic nanocomposite(Cu_(2−x)Se-CB@MEM,CCM),consisting of Cu_(2−x)Se nanoparticle core modified by cinobufotalin(CB),a toad venom extract,which is camouflaged with glioma cell Ln229 membrane.It is demonstrated that CB can decrease the protein activity of inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase 1(IMPDH1),a key target correlated with prognosis,through intermolecular hydrogen bonding with amino acid residues ARG-105 and ASP-77.The glioma cell membrane-camouflage endows the CCM with blood-brain barrier penetration and homology tumor-targeted ability.The optimized cinobufotalin based chemotherapy combining with the near-infrared-II(NIR-II)irradiation shows outstanding inhibition effect to glioma cells,by blocking cell cycle and inducing apoptosis.In vivo mice bearing orthotopic Ln229 GBM treated with CCM+NIR-II(CCM+L)have significantly suppressed tumor growth and extended survival,without side effect.The glioma cell membrane camouflaged nanocomposite of Cu_(2−x)Se and cinobufotalin with its significant anti-glioma property and well biosafety will provide novel alternatives for clinical treatment of GBM. | Zibin Song Liqian Zhao Weiyi Fang Siyun Guo Anqi Xu Zhengming Zhan Yonghua Cai ShuaiShuai Xue Peng Chai Qiuhua Jiang Peng Zhao Ye Song | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,8: | 0 |
