1Sparse representation and blind source separation of ill-posed mixtures显示文摘Bofill et al. discussed blind source separation (BSS) of sparse signals in the case of two sensors. However, as Bofill et al. pointed out, this method has some limitation. The potential function they introduced is lack of theoretical basis. Also the method could not be extended to solve the problem in the case of more than three sensors. In this paper, instead of the potential function method, a K-PCA method (combining K-clustering with PCA) is proposed. The new method is easy to be used in the case of more than three sensors. It is easy to be implemented and can provide accurate estimation of mixing matrix. Some criterion is given to check the effect of the mixing matrix A . 4Grading learning for blind source separation显示文摘By generalizing the learning rate parameter to a learning rate matrix, this paper proposes agrading learning algorithm for blind source separation. The whole learning process is divided into threestages: initial stage, capturing stage and tracking stage. In different stages, different learning rates areused for each output component, which is determined by its dependency on other output components. Itis shown that the grading learning algorithm is equivariant and can keep the separating matrix from be-coming singular. 9Natural gradient-based recursive least-squares algorithm for adaptive blind source separation显示文摘This paper focuses on the problem of adaptive blind source separation (BSS).First, a recursive least-squares (RLS) whitening algorithm is proposed. By combining it with a natural gradient-based RLS algorithm for nonlinear principle component analysis(PCA), and using reasonable approximations, a novel RLS algorithm which can achieve BSS without additional pre-whitening of the observed mixtures is obtained. Analyses of the equilibrium points show that both of the RLS whitening algorithm and the natural gradient-based RLS algorithm for BSS have the desired convergence properties. It is also proved that the combined new RLS algorithm for BSS is equivariant and has the propertyof keeping the separating matrix from becoming singular. 14Atrial fibrillatory signal estimation using blind source extraction algorithm based on high-order statistics显示文摘The analysis and the characterization of atrial fibrillation (AF) requires,in a previ-ous key step,the extraction of the atrial activity (AA) free from 12-lead electrocar-diogram (ECG). This contribution proposes a novel non-invasive approach for the AA estimation in AF episodes. The method is based on blind source extraction (BSE) using high order statistics (HOS). The validity and performance of this algo-rithm are confirmed by extensive computer simulations and experiments on real-world data. In contrast to blind source separation (BSS) methods,BSE only extract one desired signal,and it is easy for the machine to judge whether the extracted signal is AA source by calculating its spectrum concentration,while it is hard for the machine using BSS method to judge which one of the separated twelve signals is AA source. 16督灸联合康复训练改善脑卒中恢复期偏瘫下肢功能随机平行对照研究显示文摘[目的]观察督灸联合康复训练改善脑卒中恢复期偏瘫下肢功能。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分两组。对照组40例康复训练,根据患者运动功能,主动性训练为主,上下肢关节屈伸控制与自主性运动、扩大手指伸展运动范围、上下肢负重、坐位起立动作、坐位、立位平衡、下肢关节分离运动、上下阶梯训练以及改善上肢、手协调及精细动作的训练,1次/周,4次/月。治疗组40例督灸:沿督脉循行自C7至S1涂擦鲜姜汁,灸粉(丁香、肉桂、麝香、沉香、干姜、斑蝥、桑枝、伸筋草、附子、桂枝、透骨草、海风藤、草乌,每份2.5g)均匀铺撒,覆桑皮纸、铺放姜泥,修整呈梯形,再置长条形艾炷,连灸3壮,1次/月;康复训练同对照组。治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、CSS、FMA、BSS、MBI、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]CSS、FMA、BSS、MBI改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]督灸联合康复训练改善脑卒中恢复期偏瘫下肢功能,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。王岩红 董宝强 林星星 2017实用中医内科杂志2017,31,7:5
17Biomedical Mechanisms of Blood Stasis Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease by Systems Biology Approaches显示文摘The prevalence of coronary heart disease(CHD) is increasing,and has been a severe burden on society and family worldwide.New ideas need to be achieved for developing more efficacious and safe therapies to treat CHD.Chinese medicine(CM) uses multicomponent drugs to prevent disease and ameliorate symptoms based on patients' different syndromes.The benefit of CM in CHD has recently been proven by increasing clinical evidence.More importantly,linking CM syndrome differentiation and biomedical diagnosis might provide innovative thinking for treating CHD.According to epidemiological investigations,blood stasis syndrome(BSS)is the major type of syndrome in CHD.Investigating the biomedical mechanisms of BSS of CHD is a topic of CM research.Because the holistic perspective of systems biology is well matched with CM,the application of omics techniques and other integrative approaches appears inherently appropriate.A wide range of omics techniques,including transcriptomics and proteomics,have been used in studies of BSS of CHD to search for a common ground of understanding.These approaches could be useful for understanding BSS of CHD from clinical and biological viewpoints.Nevertheless,current studies mainly contain results from a single approach,and they have not achieved the holistic,systematic and integrative concept of system biology.Therefore,we discuss the progress and challenges in exploring the biomedical mechanisms of BSS of CHD by systems biology approaches.With further development of systems biology,a better platform to study BSS of CHD may be provided,and biomarkers for BSS of CHD and therapeutic targets may be found.The study of BSS of CHD by systems biology approaches will also be beneficial for developing personalized treatment for BSS of CHD patients.王阶 虞桂 2014Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2014,20,3:5
18Dispase蛋白酶诱导兔眼玻璃体后脱离的实验研究显示文摘目的:研究dispase蛋白酶诱导玻璃体后脱离的效果和安全性。方法:24只健康成年的青紫兰兔随机分为A,B,C,D4组,每组6只兔右眼均为实验眼,左眼为对照眼。A~D组实验眼玻璃体腔内分别注射dispase蛋白酶25,50,125和250U/L,对照眼均为眼用平衡盐BSS液0.0001L。注药前后行检眼镜、裂隙灯和VOLK+90D前置镜以及B超和视网膜电图(electroretinogram,ERG)检查,最后取眼球扫描电镜和透射电镜观察。结果:电镜结果A组实验眼无PVD发生;B,C2组实验眼中各有4眼发生完全性PVD,发生率为67%;D组实验眼有5眼发生完全性PVD,发生率为83%;透射电镜观察对照眼及A,B2组实验眼视网膜组织结构正常。C,D组视网膜细胞和细胞器出现水肿和变性。ERG检测A,B2组术后b波振幅与术前比较无明显降低(P>0.05);而C,D2组实验眼术后b波振幅较术前明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:浓度50U/L的dispase蛋白酶可有效地诱导PVD且对视网膜无明显的毒性作用。更高浓度的dispase蛋白酶虽然可迅速有效的诱导完全性PVD,但对视网膜有毒性作用。黄玲 王丽丽 王海燕 郝安平 杨新光 2005国际眼科杂志2005,5,2:5
19盲源分离不确定性问题研究综述显示文摘盲源分离(Blind Signal Separation,BSS)技术在工程上具有广泛应用。典型的BSS算法均存在不确定性问题,即幅度不确定性和顺序不确定。作为BSS的技术瓶颈问题,BSS的不确定性问题在某些工程领域制约BSS方法的推广应用。文中基于线性瞬时BSS混合模型,分析了BSS不确定性问题产生的根源,并对其不确定性原因进行分类,然后针对分离模型的幅度不确定性和顺序不确定问题,对目前已有的解决方法进行了总结分析。最后文中介绍了BSS不确定性问题研究的方向和潜在的应用领域,为该问题的后续研究提出了新思路。肖瑛 马艺伟 黄小青 2021大连民族大学学报2021,23,5:4
