| 1 | 盘龙城商代宫殿基址讨论显示文摘The large-sized rammed-earth building foundations on the Panlongcheng site at Huangpi are remains of early Shang period palace complex. The No. 1 Panlongcheng palace consists of four rooms with wooden-framed walls. The two rooms in the middle each have two doors on the northern and southern sides respectively;while the two end rooms have only southern doors. So the No. 1 palace must have been in the center of the whole building complex. The roof supported by peripheral columns and wooden-framed walls can be reconstructed to be hipped and single- or double- eaved. The hypothesis that the No. 1 palace may have had projecting-eaves columns has not been confirmed. The No. 2 palace is an open hall without peripheral walls and room division; its roof is supported by peripheral columns only. The idea of reconstructing it as a building with pilasters and multiple rooms seems to lack archaeological evidence. The remaining vestiges show that there were side corridors in the two flanks of the main hall of the No. 2 palace. Referring to the Shang period palace material unearthed from the Shang city-site at Yanshi and other localities, it can be inferred that either of the Nos. 1 and 2 palaces must have had an eastern corridor and a western one, and, in addition, the No. 2 palace must have had a southern corridor with a gate house. The Nos. 1--3 palaces of the Panlongcheng site formed three compounds located one behind another, and belonged to the type of court-and-living building complex. Among them the No. 2 palace was the outer court for holding great ceremonies, the No. 1 palace was the inner court for handling daily administrative affairs, and the No. 3 palace was the king and queen's living place. To the southeast of the No. 2 palace remains a group of rammed-earth house-foundations, which must have been left over from another type of palace building, possibly an ancestral temple. The remaining city-walls at Panlongcheng must have belonged to the peripheral city-walls. The palace area is in the northeast of the enclosed area, accounting for 1/4 of the total. | 3 | Increased CXCL13 and CXCR5 in Anterior Cingulate Cortex Contributes to Neuropathic Pain-Related Conditioned Place Aversion显示文摘Pain consists of sensory-discriminative and emotional-affective components.The anterior cingulate cortex(ACC)is a critical brain area in mediating the affective pain.However,the molecular mechanisms involved remain largely unknown.Our recent study indicated that C-X-C motif chemokine 13(CXCL13)and its sole receptor CXCR5 are involved in sensory sensitization in the spinal cord after spinal nerve ligation(SNL).Whether CXCL13/CXCR5 signaling in the ACC contributes to the pathogenesis of pain-related aversion remains unknown.Here,we showed that SNL increased the CXCL13 level and CXCR5 expression in the ACC after SNL.Knockdown of CXCR5 by microinjection of Cxcr5 shRNA into the ACC did not affect SNL-induced mechanical allodynia but effectively alleviated neuropathic painrelated place avoidance behavior.Furthermore,electrophysiological recording from layer Ⅱ-Ⅲ neurons in the ACC showed that SNL increased the frequency and amplitude of spontaneous excitatory postsynaptic currents(sEPSCs),decreased the EPSC paired-pulse ratio,and increased the α-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazolepropionic acid receptor/N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor ratio,indicating enhanced glutamatergic synaptic transmission.Finally,superfusion of CXCL13 onto ACC slices increased the frequency and amplitude of spontaneous EPSCs.Pre-injection of Cxcr5 shRNA into the ACC reduced the increase in glutamatergic synaptic transmis sion induced by SNL.Collectively,these results suggest that CXCL13/CXCR5 signaling in the ACC is involved in neuropathic pain-related aversion via synaptic potentiation. | Xiao-Bo Wu Li-Na He Bao-Chun Jiang Xue Wang Ying Lu Yong-Jing Gao | 2019 | Neuroscience Bulletin2019，35，4： | 9 |

| 5 | Microelement analysis of source of raw materials of terracotta warriors and horses of Qin's Mausoleum in pits No.1 and No.2显示文摘In order to search for sources of the raw material of the Qin’s terracotta warriors and horses, we selected 20 samples of pottery warriors and pottery horses of the Qin’s Mausoleum from pit No. 1,19 samples of pottery warriors and brick from pit No. 2, 20 samples of clays near the Qin’s Mausoleum and 2 samples of Yaozhou porcelain bodies. The 32 kinds of element content of each sample were measured by neutron activation analysis (NAA). These data were analyzed by fuzzy cluster analysis, the trend cluster analysis diagram was obtained. The results showed that samples of terracotta warriors and horses from pits No.1 and No. 2 were closely related to the loam layer near Qin’s Mausoleum, but their relations with the loess layers were not so close, and they were out of all relation to Yaozhou porcelain bodies. In this paper, the Nother type theorems for Cμpiecewise algebraic curves are obtained. The theory of the linear series of sets of places on the piecewise algebraic curve is also established. In this theory, singular cycles are put into the linear series, and a complete series of the piecewise algebraic curves consists of all effective ordinary cycles in an equivalence class and all effective singular cycles which are equivalent specifically to any effective ordinary cycle in the equivalence class. This theory is a generalization of that of linear series of the algebraic curve. | 14 | Cannabidiol does not display drug abuse potential in mice behavior显示文摘Recent evidence suggests that cannabidiol(CBD)may be useful for the treatment of different neuropsychiatric disorders.However,some controversy regarding its profile as a drug of abuse hampers the further development of basic and clinical studies.In this study,the behavioral profile of CBD as a potential drug of abuse was evaluated in C57BL/6J mice.Reinforcing properties of CBD(15,30,and 60 mg/kg;i.p.)were assessed using the conditioned place preference(CPP)paradigm.Spontaneous withdrawal symptoms and motor activity in the open field were examined 12 h after the last CBD administration(30 mg/kg/12 h,i.p.,6 days).CBD plasma concentrations were measured at 2,4,8,12,and 24 h after the administration of CBD(30 mg/kg,i.p.).Furthermore,an oral CBD selfadministration paradigm(50 mg/kg;CBD water-soluble 1.2 mg/mL)was performed to evaluate whether this drug produced any effects on motivation compared with a non-reinforcing substance(water).We found that CBD failed to induce CPP,withdrawal symptoms,or altered motor behavior 12 h after its administration.At that time,only traces of CBD were detected,ensuring that the lack of alterations in somatic signs and locomotor activity was not due to residual drug in plasma.Interestingly,mice displayed similar motivation and consumption of CBD and water.Taken together,these results show that CBD lacks activity as a drug of abuse and should stimulate the development of the basic and clinical studies needed to elucidate its potential therapeutic use for the treatment of neuropsychiatric and drug use disorders. | Adrián Viudez-Martínez María S.García-Gutiérrez Juan Medrano-Relinque Carmen M.Navarrón Francisco Navarrete Jorge Manzanares | 2019 | Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2019，40，3： | 2 |
