1Influences of blood lipids on the occurrence and prognosis of hemorrhagic transformation after acute cerebral infarction: a case-control study of 732 patients显示文摘Background: To study the influence of blood lipid levels on hemorrhagic transformation(HT) and prognosis after acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods: Patients with ACI within 72 h of symptoms onset between January 1 st, 2015, and December 31 st, 2016, were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were divided into group A(without HT) and group B(HT). The outcomes were assessed after 3 months of disease onset using the modified Rankin Scale(m RS). An m RS score of 0–2 points indicated excellent prognosis, and an m RS score of 3–6 points indicated poor prognosis.Results: A total of 732 patients conformed to the inclusion criteria, including 628 in group A and 104 in group B. The incidence of HT was 14.2%, and the median onset time was 2 d(interquartile range, 1–7 d). The percentages of patients with large infarct size and cortex involvement in group B were 80.8% and 79.8%, respectively, which were both significantly higher than those in group A(28.7 and 33.4%, respectively). The incidence rate of atrial fibrillation(AF) in group B was significantly higher than that in group A(39.4% vs. 13.9%, P<0.001). The adjusted multivariate analysis results showed that large infarct size, cortex involvement and AF were independent risk factors of HT, while total cholesterol(TC) was a protective factor of HT(OR=0.359, 95% CI 0.136–0.944, P=0.038). With every 1 mmol/L reduction in normal TC levels, the risk of HT increased by 64.1%. The mortality and morbidity at 3 months in group B(21.2% and 76.7%, respectively) were both significantly higher than those in group A(8.0% and 42.8%, respectively). The adjusted multivariate analysis results showed that large infarct size(OR=12.178, 95% CI 5.390–27.516, P<0.001) was an independent risk factor of long-term unfavorable outcomes, whereas low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) was a protective factor(OR=0.538, 95% CI 0.300–0.964, P=0.037). With every 1 mmol/L reduction in normal LDL-C levels, the risk of an unfavorable outcome increased by 46.2%. Major therapies, including intravenous recombinant human tissue plasminogen activator(r TPA), intensive lipid-lowering statins and anti-platelets, were not significantly related to either HT or long-term, post-ACI poor prognosis.Conclusions: For patients with large infarct sizes, especially those with cortex involvement, AF, or lower levels of TC, the risk of HT might increase after ACI. 2Bowel preparation quality scales for colonoscopy显示文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC) is the third most common cancer and second leading cause of cancer-related death in the United States. Colonoscopy is widely preferred for CRC screening and is the most commonly used method in the United States. Adequate bowel preparation is essential for successful colonoscopy CRC screening. However, up to one-quarter of colonoscopies are associated with inadequate bowel preparation, which may result in reduced polyp and adenoma detection rates, unsuccessful screens, and an increased likelihood of repeat procedure. In addition, standardized criteria and assessment scales for bowel preparation quality are lacking. While several bowel preparation quality scales are referred to in the literature, these differ greatly in grading methodology and categorization criteria. Published reliability and validity data are available for five bowel preparation quality assessment scales, which vary in several key attributes. However, clinicians and researchers continue to use a variety of bowel preparation quality measures, including nonvalidated scales, leading to potential confusion and difficulty when comparing quality results among clinicians and across clinical trials. Optimal clinical criteria for bowel preparation quality remain controversial. 3Experimental study on scale inhibition performance of a green scale inhibitor polyaspartic acid显示文摘Static and dynamic experiments were carried out to validate scale inhibition performance of a green scale inhibitor-polyaspartic acid (PASP). From the static experiment, it was shown that below 60℃, polyaspartic acid is very effective in scale inhibition, with the scale inhibition ratio exceeding 90% with only 3 mg/L PASP for the 600 mg/L hardness solution. For a higher hardness solution of 800 mg/L, the scale inhibition ratio can also reach 90% with 6 and 12 mg/L PASP at 30 and 60℃respectively. The SEM photographs of CaCO3 crystals indicate that the crystal structure transforms from a compact stick-shape to a loose shape so that the scale can be washed away easily instead of being deposited on the heat transfer surface. 4Investigation of scale inhibition mechanisms based on the effect of scale inhibitor on calcium carbonate crystal forms显示文摘To probe the scale inhibition mechanisms,calcium carbonate scale occurring before and after the ad- dition of scale inhibitors was collected.The results from scale SEM confirm that,without scale inhibitor, calcium carbonate scale shows rhombohedron and hexagon,which are the characteristic feathers of calcite.After addition of inhibitors,morphology of scale is changed,and the more efficient the scale inhibitor is,the more greatly the morphology is modified.To elucidate the scale constitute,they were further analyzed by FT-IR,XRD.Besides calcite,vaterite and aragonite occur in calcium carbonate scale after addition of inhibitors,and the higher scale inhibition efficiency is,the more vaterite presents in scale.It can be concluded that the alteration of morphology is ascribed to the change of crystal form. There are three stages in the crystallizing process including occurrence and disappearing of unstable phase,occurrence and disappearing of metastable phase,development of stable phase.Without scale inhibitors,metastable phases usually transform into stable phase,thus the main constitute of formed scale is calcite.When scale inhibitors are added,both formation and transformation of metastable phases are inhibited,which results in the occurrence of aragonite and vaterite.From the fact that more vaterite presents in scale with a more efficient scale inhibitor added,we can see that the function of scale inhibitor is realized mainly by controlling the crystallizing process at the second stage.ZHANG GuiCai GE JiJiang SUN MingQin PAN BinLin MAO Tao SONG ZhaoZheng 2007Science China Chemistry2007,50,1:17

6Experimental observation of the nano-scale particles in geogas matters and its geological significance显示文摘The geogas collectors showing a geogas anomaly in field geogas prospecting and in simulation tests were selected for the observation under high resolution microscopy. The result demonstrates that the geogas matter is transported in the form of nano scale particles with a size of about \%N\% nm to \%N\%·10 nm, and accumulated into aggregations of 1\2 μm to \%N\%·10 μm, with globular and film shape, and the component of Cu, Zn, Cr, Au, Al, V, Si, Br, Cl, S, Ca, etc. Based on the knowledge of nano science and technique, the mechanism of the geogas prospecting and its significance in geology and mineral prospecting are discussed.童纯菡 李巨初 葛良全 杨凤根 1998Science China Earth Sciences1998,41,3:15
7Analysis on the decadal scale variation of the dust storm in North China显示文摘In this paper, the temporal variation characteristics of the dust storm in North China are investigated. Based on power spectrum analysis and wavelet analysis, 1956-1970 and 1985-1999 are chosen as the high-frequency and low-frequency dust storm decades respectively. Analysis results clearly show that the spring and wintertime anomalous atmospheric circulation between these two dec-ades are significantly different. Compared with the former decade, there are a strengthened polar vortex, enhanced westerlies near 50°N, and a weak East Asian major though in the winter of the latter decade. The north and center parts of the Siberian high and the Aleutian low become weak. The southerly and easterly wind anomalies appear over the north and east parts of China, which implies the weakening of East Asian winter monsoon. Meanwhile, northern China experiences warmer winters and wetter springs, which are in favor of the weakening of dust storm intensity in North China. There are significant out-of-phase relationships between dust frequency and wintertime westerly intensity, as well as between dust frequency and Arctic Oscillation. 8The effect of nursing intervention based on Autar scale results to reduce deep venous thrombosis incidence in orthopaedic surgery patients显示文摘Purpose:To reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)with nursing intervention based on the Autar DVT risk assessment scale among orthopaedic surgery patients.Methods:We recruited 216 orthopaedic surgery patients at our hospital between September 2013 and March 2014.The patients were assigned to intervention and historical control groups based on the time of admission.Using the Autar DVT risk assessment scale,we assessed the DVT risk levels in both groups;the intervention group received the corresponding prophylactic measures while the control group received routine nursing.Results:The DVT incidence rate and the D-dimer level on postoperative day 3 in the intervention group were lower(1.82%;623±225 mg/L,respectively)than that of the control group(9.43%;825±201 mg/L,respectively);both differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusions:The Autar scale is beneficial when used in orthopaedic surgery patients;corresponding nursing intervention based on Autar scale assessment can prevent DVT effectively.Hui-Zhen Yin Ci-Ming Shan 2015International Journal of Nursing Sciences2015,2,2:14
9Mapping global impervious surface area and green space within urban environments显示文摘The mapping of impervious surface area(ISA) and urban green space(UGS) is essential for improving the urban environmental quality toward ecological, livable, and sustainable goals. Currently, accurate ISA and UGS products are lacking in urban areas at the global scale. This study established regression models that estimated the fraction of ISA/UGS in global 30 cities for validation using MODIS NDVI and DMSP/OLS nighttime light imageries. A global dataset of ISA and UGS fraction with a spatial resolution of 250 m×250 m was developed using the regression model, with a mean relative error of 0.19 for its ISA. The results showed the global urban area of 76.29×10~4 km^2, which was primarily distributed in central Europe, eastern Asia,and central and eastern North America. The urban land area in North America, Europe, and Asia was 66.3×10~4 km^2, accounting for 86.91% of the world’s urban area;the urban land area of the top 50 countries accounted for 59.32% of the total urban land area in the world. The global ISA of 45.26×10~4 km^2 was mainly distributed in central and southern North America, eastern Asia, and Europe, as well as coastal regions around the world. The proportion of ISA situated in built-up areas on the continental scale followed the order of Africa(>70%)>South America>Oceania>Asia(>60%)>North America>Europe(>50%), and these areas were mostly in southeastern North America, southwestern Europe, and eastern and western Asia. North America, Europe, and Asia accounted for 89.44% of the world’s total UGS. The cities of developed countries in Europe and North America exposed a dramatic mosaic of ISA and UGS composites in urban construction. Therefore, the proportion of UGS is relatively high in those cities. 11Electro-acupuncture Treatment for Internet Addiction: Evidence of Normalization of Impulse Control Disorder in Adolescents显示文摘Objective: To observe the impacts of electro-acupuncture(EA) and psychological intervention(PI) on impulsive behavior among internet addiction(IA) adolescents. Methods: Thirty-two IA adolescents were allocated to either EA(16 cases) or PI(16 cases) group by a randomized digital table. Subjects in the EA group received EA treatment and subjects in the PI group received cognition and behavior therapy. All adolescents underwent 45-d intervention. Sixteen healthy volunteers were recruited into a control group. Barratt Impulsiveness Scale(BIS-11) scores, Young's Internet Addiction Test(IAT) as well as the ratio of brain N-acetyl aspartate(NAA) to creatine(NAA/Cr) and choline(Cho) to creatine(Cho/Cr) were recorded by magnetic resonance spectroscopy before and after intervention respectively. Results: The IAT scores and BIS-11 total scores in both EA and PI group were remarkably decreased after treatment(P<0.05), while EA group showed more significant decrease in certain BIS-11 sub-factors(P<0.05). Both NAA/Cr and Cho/Cr were significantly improved in EA group after treatment(P<0.05); however, there were no significant changes of NAA/Cr or Cho/Cr in PI group after treatment(P>0.05). Conclusions: Both EA and PI had significantly positive effect on IA adolescents, especially in the aspects of psychological experiences and behavioral expressions, EA might have an advantage over PI in terms of impulsivity control and brain neuron protection. 12中国城市绿色发展效率时空演变特征及影响因素显示文摘To resolve conflicts between development and the preservation of the natural environment,enable economic transformation,and achieve the global sustainable development goals(SDGs),green development(GD)is gradually becoming a major strategy in the construction of an ecological civilization and the ideal of building a'beautiful China',alongside the transformation and reconstruction of the global economy.Based on a combination of the concept and implications of GD,we first used the Slacks Based Model with undesirable outputs(SBM-Undesirable),the Theil index,and the spatial Markov chain to measure the spatial patterns,regional differences,and spatio-temporal evolution of urban green development efficiency(UGDE)in China from 2005 to 2015.Second,by coupling natural and human factors,the mechanism influencing UGDE was quantitatively investigated under the framework of the human-environment interaction.The results showed that:(1)from 2005 to 2015,the UGDE increased from 0.475 to 0.523,i.e.,an overall increase of 10%.In terms of temporal variation,there was a staged increase,with its evolution having the characteristics of a'W-shaped'pattern.(2)The regional differences in UGDE followed a pattern of eastern>central>western.For different types of urban agglomeration,the UGDE had inverted pyramid cluster growth characteristics that followed a pattern of'national level>regional level>local level',forming a stable hierarchical scale structure of'super cities>mega cities>big cities>medium cities>small cities'.(3)UGDE in China has developed with significant spatial agglomeration characteristics.High-efficiency type cities have positive spillover effects,while low-efficiency cities have negative effects.Different types of urban evolution processes have a path dependence,and a spatial club convergence phenomenon exists,in which areas with high UGDE are concentrated and drive low UGDE elsewhere.(4)Under the framework of regional human-environment interaction,the degree of human and social influence on UGDE is greater than that of the natural background.The economic strength,industrial structure,openness,and climate conditions of China have positively promoted UGDE.周亮 周成虎 车磊 王宝 2020Journal of Geographical Sciences2020,30,5:11
13西酞普兰和血清NSE、CRP对脑卒中后认知功能障碍影响显示文摘目的探讨选择性血清素再吸收抑制剂(SSRIs)/西酞普兰及血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、C-反应性蛋白(CRP)对脑卒中后认知功能障碍影响的研究。方法选取2015年1月至2015年12月本院所收治的神经内科脑卒中后认知障碍患者60例,随机分为两组对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用西酞普兰,对比两组患者脑卒中后认知功能障碍改善情况。另选取同期脑卒中后无认知障碍的患者60例及同期健康体检者20例,对三组研究对象的血清NSE及CRP浓度进行测定,进而探讨血清NSE及CRP对脑卒中后认知功能障碍的影响。结果治疗3个月后治疗组MMSE分值与对照组相比显著升高(P<0.05),治疗组P300潜伏期、HAMD分值与对照组相比显著减少(P<0.05),治疗组BI分值明显改善(P<0.05),但两组在NHISS指标上的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);且治疗组的乙酰胆碱(Ach)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、电敏感性神经核(NE)均较对照组及治疗前显著增高(P<0.05)。此外,脑卒中后无认知障碍组及脑卒中后认知障碍组患者的血清CRP和NSE浓度均高于正常体检者(P<0.05),同时脑卒中后认知障碍组CRP及NSE浓度显著高于脑卒中后无认知障碍组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。患者血清CRP和NSE浓度随患者认知障碍的严重程度而增高,各组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且脑卒中后MMSE评分与CRP浓度呈负相关(r=-0.651,P<0.01),与NSE浓度呈负相关(r=-0.718,P<0.01)。结论西酞普兰可有效促进脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者神经功能的恢复,其机制可能与其能够提高脑内NE、5-HT、Ach水平及改善抑郁有关。脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者血清CRP及NSE高于脑卒中后无认知障碍患者,提示血清CRP及BES浓度可作为脑卒中后认知功能障碍的检测指标之一,且血清NSE及CRP浓度能够反映脑卒中患者认知功能障碍的严重程度。关韧 2016脑与神经疾病杂志2016,24,10:11

15On characteristic modeling of a class of flight vehicles'attitude dynamics显示文摘The characteristic modeling problem of flight vehicles'attitude dynamics is considered in this paper.In terms of the affine nonlinear system with triangle form of flight vehicles'attitude dynamics,a general method is presented to compress the dynamics into the characteristic model parameters,by introducing the time scale of nonlinear systems and a class of system states related compress functions.The parameter region and limit of the characteristic model are also given.From the given parameter region it is seen that the bound of the characteristic model parameters is dependent on the sampling period,the modeling error,the system order and the system change rate.The modeling error of the established characteristic model can be arbitrarily small according to the control precision,showing the difference between the characteristic model and other model reduction methods,that is,no system information is lost using this approach.On the basis of this modeling approach,the characteristic model of the flexible satellite attitude is established,as well as the bound and limit of the parameters,which sets a theoretical foundation for characteristic model based control design of flight vehicles.MENG Bin &WU HongXin National Laboratory of Space Intelligent Control,Beijing Institute of Control Engineering,Beijing 100190,China 2010Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,8:11
16亚健康评定量表评价广州市城镇居民的亚健康状况的信效度显示文摘目的:检验第一版亚健康评定量表(SHMS V1.0)测量广州市城镇居民亚健康状况的信效度。方法:应用 SHMS V1.0对917名城镇居民进行现场测试。结果:总量表的 Cronbach’s α系数为0.927,分半信度为0.871。量表各因子之间与其子量表分的相关系数为0.576~0.916(P 〈0.01),39个条目与其所属因子得分的相关性均较大(0.643~0.879),与 SF-36总分的相关系数为0.739(P 〈0.01)。经探索性因子分析,KMO 统计量为0.919, Bartlett 球型检验结果为χ2=15512.758,υ=595,共提取出7个公因子,与理论构想基本吻合。经验证性因子分析,χ2=2330.101(P =0.000),CMIN/DF=4.524,GFI =0.855,NFI =0.846,CFI =0.875,AGFI =0.832,RMSEA =0.061,说明该模型的拟合效果理想。结论:SHMS V1.0可以反映出广州市城镇居民亚健康状况,具有较好的信度和效度。张远妮 姜虹 许军 2016中国健康心理学杂志2016,24,10:11
17Therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture combined with neuromuscular joint facilitation in treatment of hemiplegic shoulder pain显示文摘BACKGROUND Stroke is a type of cerebrovascular disease with high prevalence,mortality,and onset of disability.As a neurodevelopmental therapy,neuromuscular joint facilitation(NJF)is widely used in the treatment of orthopedic and neurological disorders in the clinical practice.It is mainly used for central nervous system diseases or orthopedic diseases,movement disorders,and pain rehabilitation.According to related studies,NJF can also be used as a rehabilitation treatment in patients with hemiplegic shoulder pain(HSP).AIM To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with NJF in patients with HSP.METHODS Forty patients with HSP were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with NJF and the control group was treated with acupuncture alone.All patients were assessed by using the visual analogue scale(VAS),Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA),Barthel index(BI),and passive range of motion(PROM)before and after the training.All the clinical data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 statistical software.RESULTS There was no statistical difference in the general characteristics between the two groups.In the terms of duration of treatment,age,and pre-treatment indicators,the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).After the treatment,VAS,PROM,BI,and FMA scores were significantly improved in the two groups of patients(P<0.05).The VAS,PROM and FMA scores were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in BI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Both acupuncture alone and acupuncture combined with NJF in the treatment of HSP are effective,and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.Acupuncture combined with NJF can improve the upper limb motor function,relieve pain,and increase joint mobility in patients with HSP.The combination therapy is better than acupuncture alone.However,there is no significant difference in improving the score of patients’self-care ability.Yan-Hui Wei De-Chao Du Ke Jiang 2019World Journal of Clinical Cases2019,7,23:10
18Translation and psychometric evaluation of the Chinese version of the Heart Failure-Specific Health Literacy Scale显示文摘Objective:Health literacy is closely associated with self-care behaviors in heart-failure patient.A reliable,valid,and practical measuring tool would evaluated the level of health literacy in Chinese patients with heart failure,and provide evidence for individualized education.Aim of this study was to translate Heart Failure-Specific Health Literacy Scale(HF-Specific HL Scale)into Chinese and test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version.Methods:The original HF-specific HL scale was translated into Chinese and modified for cultural adaption.Totally 164 HF inpatients were investigated with the Chinese version of HF-specific HL scale.To test the reliability and validity of the scale,item analysis,exploratory factor analysis(EFA),confirmatory factor analysis(CFA),and correlation analysis were conducted.Result:Cronbach's a value for the scale is 0.87;the correlation coefficients between each item and the total score ranged from 0.61 to 0.91.Three factors was extracted by EFA,which could explain 64.62%of the total variance.The result of CFA also showed that the scale demonstrated an acceptable model fit.The scale was significantly correlated with the Chinese version of the Heart Failure Knowledge Test(C-HFKT).Conclusion:The Chinese version of HF-specific HL scale is reliable and valid,and is suitable for assessment of HL in Chinese HF patients.Meng Yue Lijun Zhang Yuanyuan Lu Changde Jin 2016International Journal of Nursing Sciences2016,3,4:10
193种评估表对神经内科住院病人压疮预测效果的比较研究显示文摘[目的]比较Braden Scale、Waterlow Scale和华西医科大学评估表(WCUMSS cales)3种压疮危险评估量表对神经内科住院病人压疮的预测效果。[方法]选取神经内科住院病人439例,3名护士分别运用3种评估量表同时对每例病人进行动态评估,计算各量表的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、ROC曲线下面积。[结果]3种评估量表的最佳临界值分别为17分、10分、22分,WCUMS Scale评估表曲线下面积>0.9。[结论]WCUMS Scale评估表对神经内科住院病人压疮预测效果较好。蒋毅 李媛媛 纪蓉 任鸿 2013护理研究(下旬版)2013,27,6:9
20A study of scale effect on specific sediment yield in the Loess Plateau,China显示文摘Based on data from 148 hydrometric stations in the Yellow River Basin, an analysis of regional scale relationship, or the relationship between specific sediment yield and drainage basin area, has been undertaken in the study area of the Loess Plateau. For different regions, scale relationship in log-log ordinate can be fitted by two types of lines: straight and parabola, and for each line, a function was fitted using regression analysis. The different scale relationships have been explained in terms of the difference in surface material distribution and landforms. To offset the scale-induced influence, calcu-lation has been done based on the fitted functions, in order to adjust the data of specific sediment yield to a common standard area. Based on the scaled data, a map of specific sediment yield was con-structed using Kriging interpolation. For comparison, a map based on the un-scaled data of specific sediment yield was also constructed using the same method. The two maps show that the basic pattern of specific sediment yield was basically the same. The severely eroded areas (Ys >10000 t km-2a-1) were at the same locations from Hekouzhen to Longmen in the middle Yellow River Basin.
