| 2 | Implementable Strategy Research of Brake Energy Recovery Based on Dynamic Programming Algorithm for a Parallel Hydraulic Hybrid Bus显示文摘The purpose of this paper is to develop an implementable strategy of brake energy recovery for a parallel hydraulic hybrid bus. Based on brake process analysis, a dynamic programming algorithm of brake energy recovery is established. And then an implementable strategy of brake energy recovery is proposed by the constraint variable trajectories analysis of the dynamic programming algorithm in the typical urban bus cycle. The simulation results indicate the brake energy recovery efficiency of the accumulator can reach 60% in the dynamic programming algorithm. And the hydraulic hybrid system can output braking torque as much as possible.Moreover, the accumulator has almost equal efficiency of brake energy recovery between the implementable strategy and the dynamic programming algorithm. | 3 | Once-versus Twice-weekly Bortezomib Induction Therapy with Dexamethasone in Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma显示文摘In this study,we administered a modified schedule of weekly intravenous Bortezomib at 1.6 mg/m 2 with dexamethasone(BD) and compared it to the standard 1.3 mg/m 2 twice-weekly BD regimen in Chinese patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma(MM).We assessed the difference in efficacy,safety profile and survival between the once-weekly and twice-weekly cohorts(13 vs.24 patients).The over response rate was similar with both arms of the study,being 77% in the once-weekly schedule and 74.9% in the twice-weekly schedule(P=0.690).The median overall survival was not reached in either schedule.Also,the median progression-free survival and duration of response of the once-weekly schedule did not significantly differ from those of the twice-weekly schedule(8 months vs.10 months,P=0.545 and 6 months vs.7 months,P=0.467 respectively).Peripheral sensory neuropathy and grade 3/4 hematologic toxic effects were more frequently reported in the twice-weekly schedule than the once-weekly schedule,but there was no statistically significant difference.This preliminary experience in Chinese patients with newly diagnosed MM indicated that once-weekly infusion of Bortezomib plus dexamethasone may improve safety without affecting outcome. | 王雅丹 艾利莎 崔国惠 Bhuveshwarnath Gowrea 李勉 胡豫 | 2012 | Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology(Medical Sciences)2012，32，4： | 6 |

| 10 | Risk for emerging bipolar disorder, variants, and symptoms in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, now grown up显示文摘AIM: To determine the prevalence of bipolar disorder(BD) and sub-threshold symptoms in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) through 14 years' follow-up, when participants were between 21-24 years old.METHODS: First, we examined rates of BD type Ⅰ?and Ⅱ diagnoses in youth participating in the NIMH-funded Multimodal Treatment Study of ADHD(MTA). We used the diagnostic interview schedule for children(DISC), administered to both parents(DISC-P) and youth(DISCY). We compared the MTA study subjects with ADHD(n = 579) to a local normative comparison group(LNCG, n = 289) at 4 different assessment points: 6, 8, 12, and 14 years of follow-ups. To evaluate the bipolar variants, we compared total symptom counts(TSC) of DSM manic and hypomanic symptoms that were generated by DISC in ADHD and LNCG subjects. Then we sub-divided the TSC into pathognomonic manic(PM) and non-specific manic(NSM) symptoms. We compared the PM and NSM in ADHD and LNCG at each assessment point and over time. We also evaluated the irritability as category A2 manic symptom in both groups and over time. Finally, we studied the irritability symptom in correlation with PM and NSM in ADHD and LNCG subjects.RESULTS: DISC-generated BD diagnosis did not differ significantly in rates between ADHD(1.89%) and LNCG 1.38%). Interestingly, no participant met BD diagnosis more than once in the 4 assessment points in 14 years. However, on the symptom level, ADHD subjects reported significantly higher mean TSC scores: ADHD 3.0; LNCG 1.7; P < 0.001. ADHD status was associated with higher mean NSM: ADHD 2.0 vs LNCG 1.1; P < 0.0001. Also, ADHD subjects had higher PM symptoms than LNCG, with PM means over all time points of 1.3 ADHD; 0.9 LNCG; P = 0.0001. Examining both NSM and PM, ADHD status associated with greater NSM than PM. However, Over 14 years, the NSM symptoms declined and changed to PM over time(df 3, 2523; F = 20.1; P < 0.0001). Finally, Irritability(BD DSM criterion-A2) rates were significantly higher in ADHD than LNCG(χ2 = 122.2, P < 0.0001), but irritability was associated more strongly with NSM than PM(df 3, 2538; F = 43.2; P < 0.0001).CONCLUSION: Individuals with ADHD do not appear to be at significantly greater risk for developing BD, but do show higher rates of BD symptoms, especially NSM. | 11 | Emergency Local Searching Approach for Job Shop Scheduling显示文摘Existing methods of local search mostly focus on how to reach optimal solution.However,in some emergency situations,search time is the hard constraint for job shop scheduling problem while optimal solution is not necessary.In this situation,the existing method of local search is not fast enough.This paper presents an emergency local search(ELS) approach which can reach feasible and nearly optimal solution in limited search time.The ELS approach is desirable for the aforementioned emergency situations where search time is limited and a nearly optimal solution is sufficient,which consists of three phases.Firstly,in order to reach a feasible and nearly optimal solution,infeasible solutions are repaired and a repair technique named group repair is proposed.Secondly,in order to save time,the amount of local search moves need to be reduced and this is achieved by a quickly search method named critical path search(CPS).Finally,CPS sometimes stops at a solution far from the optimal one.In order to jump out the search dilemma of CPS,a jump technique based on critical part is used to improve CPS.Furthermore,the schedule system based on ELS has been developed and experiments based on this system completed on the computer of Intel Pentium(R) 2.93 GHz.The experimental result shows that the optimal solutions of small scale instances are reached in 2 s,and the nearly optimal solutions of large scale instances are reached in 4 s.The proposed ELS approach can stably reach nearly optimal solutions with manageable search time,and can be applied on some emergency situations. | ZHAO Ning CHEN Siyu DU Yanhua | 2013 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2013，26，5： | 3 |
