| 1 | Improving fatigue performance of Ti-6Al-4V alloy via ultrasonic surface rolling process显示文摘The effect of a gradient nanostructured(GNS) surface layer obtained by ultrasonic surface rolling process(USRP) on the fatigue behavior of Ti-6Al-4V alloy has been studied in this paper. Microstructure, surface topography, surface roughness and residual stress measurements were performed to characterize the surface under different conditions. Rotating bending fatigue tests were carried out to evaluate the fatigue behavior of different treatments. The results present a remarkable fatigue performance enhancement for the Ti-6Al-4V alloy with a GNS surface layer obtained by application of USRP with respect to the untreated condition, notwithstanding its considerable surface roughness due to severe ultrasonic impacts and extrusions. Mechanical surface polishing treatment further enhances the beneficial effects of USRP on the fatigue performance. The significantly improved fatigue performance can mainly be ascribed to the compressive residual stress. | 2 | GSH-triggered sequential catalysis for tumor imaging and eradication based on star-like Au/Pt enzyme carrier system显示文摘Distinctively different metabolism between tumor cells and normal cells endows tumor tissues unique microenvironment.In this regard,we have successfully prepared a sequential catalytic platform based on Au/Pt star for tumor theragnostic.The multifunctional probes consisted of a gold/platinum star-shaped core(Au/Pt star)conjugated with a GSH-sensitive disulfide bond(S–S),a targeting ligand(rHSA-FA),a near-infrared fluorophore(IR780)and glucose oxidase(GOx).When systemically administered in a xenografted murine model,the probes specifically targeted the tumor sites.As the disulfide linker was cleaved by intracellular GSH,the IR780 molecules could be released for photo-thermal therapy&photodynamic therapy(PTT&PDT)and imaging.Subsequently,the Pt nanolayer of the Au/Pt star and the GOx formed a sequential catalytic system:GOx effectively catalyzed intracellular glucose by consuming oxygen to generate H2O2 and enhance the local acidity,and the Pt layer exhibited peroxidase-like property to catalyze H2O2 producing toxic·OH for tumor oxidative damage.Here we demonstrated that our probes simultaneously possessed a GSH-sensitive release,real-time imaging ability,and synergetic cancer starving-like therapy/enzyme oxidative therapy/PTT/PDT features,which provides a potential strategy for effective tumor theragnostic. | Amin Zhang Qian Zhang Gabriel Alfranca Shaojun Pan Zhicheng Huang Jin Cheng Qiang Ma Jie Song Yunxiang Pan Jian Ni Lijun Ma Daxiang Cui | 2020 | Nano Research2020，13，1： | 4 |
| 3 | Retroperitoneal paragangliomas : 4 个案例的报告显示文摘 We reviewed the data of all patients managed for retroperitoneal paragangliomas(PGLs)between June 2010and June 2011 to present our experience concerning this uncommon entity to highlight diagnostic and therapeutic challenges of retroperitoneal PGLs.All patients were admitted to the department of general and hepatobiliary surgery in the regional hospital of Jendouba,Tunisia.The size of the tumor was taken at its largest dimension,as determined in a computed tomography(CT)scan and pathological reports.There were 4 patients(all women)with a median age of 48 years(range46-56 years).Abdominal pain was the commonest presentation.CT showed and localized the tumors which were all retroperitoneal.All patients had successfu surgical resection of the tumors under invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring.One patient underwent surgery for a presumed tumor of the pancreatic head.The fresh-mount microscopic study of the peroperative biopsy yielded inflammatory tissue without malignancy and no resection was performed.Final histologica examination of the biopsy concluded PGL.A secondlaparotomy was performed and the tumor was entirely resected.The diagnosis was made after surgery by histology in all patients.The control of the blood pressure was improved after surgery in 3 patients.Paragangliomas are rare tumors.The retroperitoneal localization is uncommon.Complete surgical resection remains the only curative treatment but it is often challenging as these tumors are located near multiple vital blood vessels. | Helmi Kallel Hassen Hentati Amine Baklouti Ali Gassara Ahmed Saadaoui Ghassen Halek Sana Landolsi MA El Ouaer Wajdi Chaieb Fethia Maamouri Saber Manna? | 2014 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery2014，6，4： | 3 |
