2High-resolution, full-color quantum dot light-emitting diode display fabricated via photolithography approach显示文摘Displays play an extremely important role in modern information society,which creates a never-ending demand for the new and better products and technologies.The latest requirements for novel display technologies focus on high resolution and high color gamut.Among emerging technologies that include organic light-emitting diode(OL ED),micro light-emiting diode(micro-LED),quantum dot light-emitting diode(QLED),laser display,holographic display and others,QLED is promising owing to its intrinsic high color gamut and the possibility to achieve high resolution with photolithography approach.However,previously demonstrated photolthography techniques suffer from reduced device performance and color Impurities in subpixels from the process.In this study,we demonstrated a sacrificial layer assisted patterming(SLAP)approach,which can be applied in conjunction with photolithography to fabricate high-resolution,full-colo quantum dot(QD)patterns.In this approach,the negative photoresist(PR)and sacrificial layer(SL)were uilized to determine the pixels for QD deposition,while at the same time the SL helps protect the QD layer and keep it intact(named PR-SL approach).To prove this method's viability for QLED display manufacture,a 500-ppi,full-color passive matrix(PM)-QLED prototype was fabricated via this process.Results show that there were no color impurities in the subpixels,and the PM-QL ED has a high color gamut of 114%National Television Standards Committee(NTSC).To the best of our knowledge,this is the first ull-olor QLED prototype with such a high resolution.We anticipate that this innovative patteming technique will open a new horizon for future display technologies and may lead to a disruptive and innovative change in display industry.Wenhai Mei Zhenqi Zhang Aidi Zhang Dong Li Xiaoyuan Zhang Haowei Wang Zhuo Chen Yanzhao Li Xinguo Li Xiaoguang Xu 2020Nano Research2020,13,9:6

4Molecular recognition study on a supramolecular system (Ⅷ) --The fluoroscopic study on inclusion complexation of adamantanol with cyclodextrin derivatives显示文摘The fluorescence spectral titrations have been performed in phosphate buffer solution (pH 7 2) at room temperature to give the stability constants for inclusion complexation of a series of chemically modified β cyclodextrins bearing aromatic groups with adamantanol. The molecular recognition mechanism is discussed from the viewpoint of the structural factors, electron effect of the substitutent groups and the size and chain length of the fluorophore. 5Ethylene†and fruit softening显示文摘This review is concerned with the mechanisms controlling fruit softening.Master genetic regulators switch on the ripening programme and the regulatory pathway branches downstream,with separate controls for distinct quality attributes such as colour,flavour,texture,and aroma.Ethylene plays a critical role as a ripening hormone and is implicated in controlling different facets of ripening,including texture change,acting through a range of transcriptional regulators,and this signalling can be blocked using 1-methylcyclopropene.A battery of at least seven cell-wall-modifying enzymes,most of which are synthesized de novo during ripening,cause major alterations in the structure and composition of the cell wall components and contribute to the softening process.Significant differences between fruits may be related to the precise structure and composition of their cell walls and the enzymes recruited to the ripening programme during evolution.Attempts to slow texture change and reduce fruit spoilage by delaying the entire ripening process can often affect negatively other aspects of quality,and low temperatures,in particular,can have deleterious effects on texture change.Gene silencing has been used to probe the function of individual genes involved in different aspects of ripening,including colour,flavour,ethylene synthesis,and particularly texture change.The picture that emerges is that softening is a multi-genic trait,with some genes making a more important contribution than others.In future,it may be possible to control texture genetically to produce fruits more suitable for our needs.Greg Tucker Xueren Yin Aidi Zhang MiaoMiao Wang Qinggang Zhu Xiaofen Liu Xiulan Xie Kunsong Chen Don Grierson 2017Food Quality and Safety2017,1,4:1

8The exceedingly strong two-dimensional ferromagnetism in biatomic layer SrRuO_(3)with a critical conduction transition显示文摘In recent years,few-layer or even monolayer ferromagnetic materials have drawn a great deal of attention due to the promising integration of two-dimensional(2D)magnets into next-generation spintronic devices.The SrRuO_(3)monolayer is a rare example of stable 2D magnetism under ambient conditions,but only weak ferromagnetism or antiferromagnetism has been found.The biatomic layer SrRuO_(3)as another environmentally inert 2D magnetic system has been paid less attention heretofore.Here we study both the bi-atomic layer and monolayer SrRuO_(3)in(SrRuO_(3))n/(SrTiO_(3))m(n=1,2)superlattices in which the SrTiO3 serves as a non-magnetic and insulating space layer.Although the monolayer exhibits arguably weak ferromagnetism,we find that the bi-atomic layer exhibits exceedingly strong ferromagnetism with a Tc of 125 K and a saturation magnetization of 1.2μB/Ru,demonstrated by both superconducting quantum interference device(SQUID)magnetometry and element-specific X-ray circular dichroism.Moreover,in the bi-atomic layer SrRuO_(3),we demonstrate that random fluctuations and orbital reconstructions inevitably occurring in the 2D limit are critical to the electrical transport,but are much less critical to the ferromagnetism.Our study demonstrates that the bi-atomic layer SrRuO_(3)is an exceedingly strong 2D ferromagnetic oxide which has great potentials for applications of ultracompact spintronic devices.Jingxian Zhang Long Cheng Hui Cao Mingrui Bao Jiyin Zhao Xuguang Liu Aidi Zhao Yongseong Choi Hua Zhou Padraic Shafer Xiaofang Zhai 2022Nano Research2022,15,8:0
