1Prevention and Control of Perioperative Incision Infection in Patients Undergoing Day Cataract Surgery显示文摘Purpose:To explore the effects of the prevention and control of perioperative incision infection on the quality of day cataract surgery.Methods:.The nursing care and efficacy of 5087 patients undergoing day cataract surgery between October 2012 and October 2013 were retrospectively reviewed. The disinfection and isolation guidance was established for perioperative prevention and control of infection,.topical administration of ocular agents, reexamination and healthcare instruction, and alternative measures were taken.Results: All 5087 patients successfully underwent day surgery of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. 2A Multicenter Study of Viral Aetiology of Community-Acquired Pneumonia in Hospitalized Children in Chinese Mainland显示文摘Community-acquired pneumonia(CAP) is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality in children worldwide.In this study,we aimed to describe the aetiology of viral infection of pediatric CAP in Chinese mainland.During November2014 to June 2016,the prospective study was conducted in 13 hospitals.The hospitalized children under 18 years old who met the criteria for CAP were enrolled.The throat swabs or nasopharyngeal aspirates(NPAs) were collected which were then screened 18 respiratory viruses using multiplex PCR assay.Viral pathogens were present in 56.6%(1539/2721) of the enrolled cases,with the detection rate of single virus in 39.8% of the cases and multiple viruses in 16.8% of the cases.The most frequently detected virus was respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)(15.2%,414/2721).The highest detection rate of virus was in <6-month-age group(70.7%,292/413).RSV,human metapneumovirus(HMPV),human parainfluenza viruses(HPIVs) and influenza B virus(Flu B) showed the similar prevalence patterns both in north and south China,but HPIVs,Flu A,human bocavirus(HBoV),human adenovirus(HAdV) and human coronaviruses(HCoVs) showed the distinct circulating patterns in north and south China.Human enterovirus/human rhinovirus(HEV/HRV)(27.6%,27/98),HBoV(18.4%,18/98),RSV(16.3%,16/98) and HMPV(14.3%,14/98) were the most commonly detected viruses in severe pneumonia cases with single virus infection.In conclusion,viral pathogens are frequently detected in pediatric CAP cases and may therefore play a vital role in the aetiology of CAP.RSV was the most important virus in hospitalized children with CAP in Chinese mainland.Yun Zhu Baoping Xu Changchong Li Zhimin Chen Ling Cao Zhou Fu Yunxiao Shang Aihuan Chen Li Deng Yixiao Bao Yun Sun Limin Ning Shuilian Yu Fang Gu Chunyan Liu Ju Yin Adong Shen Zhengde Xie Kunling Shen 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,6:7
3Nursing Care of the Laryngeal Mask Airway in Pediatric Cataract Surgery显示文摘Purpose:.To investigate the important experience of nursing care of the laryngeal mask airway(LMA) in children undergoing cataract surgery.Methods: Fifty-five children undergoing cataract surgery were anesthetized by inhaling sevoflurane through a LMA and received perioperative nursing care. 4A multi-center study on Molecular Epidemiology of Human Respiratory Syncytial Virus from Children with Acute Lower Respiratory Tract Infections in the Mainland of China between 2015 and 2019显示文摘Human respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) is a major pathogen of acute lower respiratory tract infection among young children. To investigate the prevalence and genetic characteristics of RSV in China, we performed a molecular epidemiological study during 2015–2019. A total of 964 RSV-positive specimens were identified from 5529 enrolled patients during a multi-center study. RSV subgroup A(RSV-A) was the predominant subgroup during this research period except in2016. Totally, 535 sequences of the second hypervariable region(HVR-2) of the G gene were obtained. Combined with182 Chinese sequences from GenBank, phylogenetic trees showed that 521 RSV-A sequences fell in genotypes ON1(512),NA1(6) and GA5(3), respectively;while 196 RSV-B sequences fell in BA9(193) and SAB4(3). ON1 and BA9 were the only genotypes after December 2015. Genotypes ON1 and BA9 can be separated into 10 and 7 lineages, respectively. The HVR-2 of genotype ON1 had six amino acid changes with a frequency more than 10%, while two substitutions H258 Q and H266 L were co-occurrences. The HVR-2 of genotype BA9 had nine amino acid substitutions with a frequency more than10%, while the sequences with T290 I and T312 I were all from 2018 to 2019. One N-glycosylation site at 237 was identified among ON1 sequences, while two N-glycosylation sites(296 and 310) were identified in the 60-nucleotide duplication region of BA9. To conclusion, ON1 and BA9 were the predominant genotypes in China during 2015–2019. 6Construction of Three Nucleic Acid Vaccines of Swine Hepatitis E Virus ORF2 Ger\e Continuous Fragment显示文摘In order to develop swine hepatitis E( HE) genetically engineering vaccines,specific primers of genes LB1,LB2,LB3 of swine hepatitis E virus were designed and used for amplification,DNA amplicons generated by PCR assays were directly cloned into T-A plasmid and expressed using pE ASY-M1 expression vector. Three recombinant eukaryotic expression plasmids of pE ASY-LB1,pE ASY-LB2 and pE ASY-LB3 were constructed. The eukaryotic expression plasmids of pE ASY-LB1,pE ASY-LB2,and pE ASY-LB3 were transfected into 293 T cells,and three target genes were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR.The results confirmed that three eukaryotic expression plasmids were transfected into 293 Tcells and target protein was expressed. Analysis by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and Western-blot indicated that three target proteins were expressed in 293 T cells transfected with eukaryotic expression plasmids of pE ASY-LB1,pE ASY-LB2 and pE ASY-LB3. Antigenicity studies indicated good HEV responses. 7A High-similarity shellfish recognition method based on convolutional neural network显示文摘The high similarity of shellfish images and unbalanced samples are key factors affecting the accuracy of shellfish recognition.This study proposes a new shellfish recognition method FL_Net based on a Convolutional Neural Network(CNN).We first establish the shellfish image(SI)dataset with 68 species and 93574 images,and then propose a filter pruning and repairing model driven by an output entropy and orthogonality measurement for the recognition of shellfish with high similarity features to improve the feature expression ability of valid information.For the shellfish recognition with unbalanced samples,a hybrid loss function,including regularization term and focus loss term,is employed to reduce the weight of easily classified samples by controlling the shared weight of each sample species to the total loss.The experimental results show that the accuracy of shell-fish recognition of the proposed method is 93.95%,13.68%higher than the benchmark network(VGG16),and the accuracy of shellfish recognition is improved by 0.46%,17.41%,17.36%,4.46%,1.67%,and 1.03%respectively compared with AlexNet,GoogLeNet,ResNet50,SN_Net,MutualNet,and ResNeSt,which are used to verify the efficiency of the proposed method.Yang Zhang Jun Yue Aihuan Song Shixiang Jia Zhenbo Li 2023Information Processing in Agriculture2023,10,2:0
