1Femtosecond laser direct writing of flexibly configured waveguide geometries in optical crystals:fabrication and application显示文摘Optical waveguides are far more than mere connecting elements in integrated optical systems and circuits.Benefiting from their high optical confinement and miniaturized footprints,waveguide structures established based on crystalline materials,particularly,are opening exciting possibilities and opportunities in photonic chips by facilitating their on-chip integration with different functionalities and highly compact photonic circuits.Femtosecond-laser-direct writing(FsLDW),as a true three-dimensional(3D)micromachining and microfabrication technology,allows rapid prototyping of on-demand waveguide geometries inside transparent materials via localized material modification.The success of FsLDW lies not only in its unsurpassed aptitude for realizing 3D devices but also in its remarkable material-independence that enables cross-platform solutions.This review emphasizes FsLDW fabrication of waveguide structures with 3D layouts in dielectric crystals.Their functionalities as passive and active photonic devices are also demonstrated and discussed.Yuechen Jia Shixiang Wang Feng Chen 2020Opto-Electronic Advances2020,3,10:31
2Milliampere He^2+ beam generator using a compact GHz ECRIS显示文摘Multi-charged helium ion beam He2+ is useful for helium accelerator to obtain a higher energy with lower cost and for deuterium accelerator to avoid neutron activation during machine commissioning.An attempt to generate milliampere multi-charged helium He2+ion beam with a 2.45 GHz electron cyclotron resonance ion source(ECRIS) was tested recently.A design using a specfic permanent magnet 2.45 GHz ECRIS(PMECRIS) source(ERCIS) is reported and the He2+beam production ability is described.With this source,we produced a total helium beam of 40 mA at 40 kV with 180 W of net microwave power and a gas flow of less than 0.5 sccm.At steady state the He2+beam intensity is 4.4 mA,that being the fraction of multi-charged helium ion beam is at approximately 11%.REN HaiTao PENG ShiXiang XU Yuan ZHAO Jie CHEN Jia ZHANG Tao ZHANG AiLin GUO ZhiYu CHEN JiaEr 2013Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2013,56,10:2

6The gradual subduction-collision evolution model of Proto-South China Sea and its control on oil and gas显示文摘This study involved outcrop,drilling,seismic,gravity,and magnetic data to systematically document the geological records of the subduction process of Proto-South China Sea(PSCS)and establish its evolution model.The results indicate that a series of arc-shaped ophiolite belts and calcalkaline magmatic rocks are developed in northern Borneo,both of which have the characteristics of gradually changing younger from west to east,and are direct signs of subduction and collision of PSCS.At the same time,the subduction of PSCS led to the formation of three accretion zones from the south to the north in Borneo,the Kuching belt,Sibu belt,and Miri belt.The sedimentary formation of northern Borneo is characterized by a three-layer structure,with the oceanic basement at the bottom,overlying the deep-sea flysch deposits of the Rajang–Crocker group,and the molasse sedimentary sequence that is dominated by river-delta and shallow marine facies at the top,recording the whole subduction–collision–orogeny process of PSCS.Further,seismic reflection and tomography also confirmed the subduction and collision of PSCS.Based on the geological records of the subduction and collision of PSCS,combined with the comprehensive analysis of segmented expansion and key tectonic events in the South China Sea,we establish the“gradual”subduction-collision evolution model of PSCS.During the late Eocene to middle Miocene,the Zengmu,Nansha,and Liyue–Palawan blocks were separated by West Baram Line and Balabac Fault,which collided with the Borneo block and Kagayan Ridge successively from the west to the east,forming several foreland basin systems,and PSCS subducted and closed from the west to the east.The subduction and extinction of PSCS controlled the oil and gas distribution pattern of southern South China Sea(SSCS)mainly in three aspects.First,the“gradual”closure process of PSCS led to the continuous development of many large deltas in SSCS.Second,the deltas formed during the subduction–collision of PSCS controlled the development of source rocks in the basins of SSCS.Macroscopically,the distribution and scale of deltas controlled the distribution and scale of source rocks,forming two types of source rocks,namely,coal measures and terrestrial marine facies.Microscopically,the difference of terrestrial higher plants carried by the delta controlled the proportion of macerals of source rocks.Third,the difference of source rocks mainly controlled the distribution pattern of oil and gas in SSCS.Meanwhile,the difference in the scale of source rocks mainly controlled the difference in the amount of oil and gas discoveries,resulting in a huge amount of oil and gas discoveries in the basin of SSCS.Meanwhile,the difference of macerals of source rocks mainly controlled the difference of oil and gas generation,forming the oil and gas distribution pattern of“nearshore oil and far-shore gas”.Xiaojun Xie Wu Tang Gongcheng Zhang Zhigang Zhao Shuang Song Shixiang Liu Yibo Wang Jia Guo 2023Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,3:1

8TWO-WAY DENOISE-AND-FORWARD NETWORK CODING OPPORTUNISTIC RELAYING AIMING AT MINIMIZING EUCLIDEAN DISTANCE IN MULTI-ACCESS PHASE显示文摘To exploit the effect of modulation schemes on the best relay selection,a novel Jointing Modulation schemes max-min criterion(JM-max-min) is proposed firstly for Two-Way De-Noise-and-Forward(DNF) Opportunistic Relaying systems(TW-DNF-OR) by aiming at minimizing the Pairwise Error Probability(PEP) of Multi-Access(MA) phase which dominates the error per-formance of TW-DNF-OR due to the presence of MA interference.The proposed JM-max-min criterion integrates perfectly the minimum distances of constellations and the relay links gains.Then,with the proposed JM-max-min criterion,we analyze the Symbol Error Probabilities(SEPs) of MA phase and BroadCast(BC) phase by using the approximated mathematics analysis,and present the corresponding closed-form expressions to SEPs.The numerical analysis shows,for a given modulations combination at both sources,the TW-DNF-OR systems with the proposed JM-max-min criterion outperform the one with the conventional max-min criterion.Jia Xiangdong Yang Longxiang Shao Shixiang 2011Journal of Electronics(China)2011,28,4:0
9A multi-scale features-based method to detect Oplegnathus显示文摘It is of great significance to use underwater video and image processing technology to detect and analyze fish behaviors.In this paper,an Oplegnathus image dataset for fish behaviors study by deep learning algorithm is constructed,and the data is captured from two cameras(one above water and another below water);and then an improved Neural Network model based on multi-scale features is proposed for fish behaviors learning auto-matically.To overcome the occlusion and blur problems of the images,the lightweight neu-ral network MobileNet-SSD is improved by adding a dilate convolution,and SE blocks are added to the feature maps at different scales to establish a self-attention mechanism;the Focal Loss function is used to calculate the classification loss and to balance the propor-tion of background and target samples.The results of the experiments show that the aver-age behaviors detection accuracy of our method reach 90.94%and 88.36%in both overwater and underwater datasets.Jun Yue Huihui Yang Shixiang Jia Qing Wang Zhenbo Li Guangjie Kou Ruijia Ba 2021Information Processing in Agriculture2021,8,3:0
10A High-similarity shellfish recognition method based on convolutional neural network显示文摘The high similarity of shellfish images and unbalanced samples are key factors affecting the accuracy of shellfish recognition.This study proposes a new shellfish recognition method FL_Net based on a Convolutional Neural Network(CNN).We first establish the shellfish image(SI)dataset with 68 species and 93574 images,and then propose a filter pruning and repairing model driven by an output entropy and orthogonality measurement for the recognition of shellfish with high similarity features to improve the feature expression ability of valid information.For the shellfish recognition with unbalanced samples,a hybrid loss function,including regularization term and focus loss term,is employed to reduce the weight of easily classified samples by controlling the shared weight of each sample species to the total loss.The experimental results show that the accuracy of shell-fish recognition of the proposed method is 93.95%,13.68%higher than the benchmark network(VGG16),and the accuracy of shellfish recognition is improved by 0.46%,17.41%,17.36%,4.46%,1.67%,and 1.03%respectively compared with AlexNet,GoogLeNet,ResNet50,SN_Net,MutualNet,and ResNeSt,which are used to verify the efficiency of the proposed method.Yang Zhang Jun Yue Aihuan Song Shixiang Jia Zhenbo Li 2023Information Processing in Agriculture2023,10,2:0
11Recognition of abnormal body surface characteristics of oplegnathus punctatus显示文摘To identify the abnormal characteristics of the oplegnathus punctatus is great importance to the detection of iridovirus disease in the breeding environment.In this paper,an advanced neural network model to identify the characteristics of the oplegnathus puncta-tus and predict its different periods of suffering from iridovirus disease is proposed based on the establishment of a data set.First of all,a standard format data set of oplegnathus punctatus and an abnormal format date set are established in order to verify the effective-ness of the method in this paper.And then,the feature extraction fusion method is used for preprocessing in terms of the abnormal format data set,which combines the edge fea-tures extracted by the improved multi-template Sobel operator and the color features extracted by the HSV model.Finally,an improved VGG-GoogleNet network recognition model comes into being through the fusion and improvement of the VGG and GoogleNet neural network structure.The experiments results show that the prediction accuracy rate for oplegnathus punctatus suffering from iridovirus disease in the the abnormal format data set and the standard format data set are improved,which reach 98.55%and 69.18%.Beibei Li Jun Yue Shixiang Jia Qing Wang Zhenbo Li Zhenzhong Li 2022Information Processing in Agriculture2022,9,4:0
