1利用水稻功能基因SSR标记鉴定水稻种质资源显示文摘利用 16对水稻功能基因的SSR引物研究了 2 3份世界 5个国家不同来源的水稻种质资源的遗传多样性 ,共检测出 78个等位基因变异 ,每对引物可检测 2~ 10个等位基因变异 ,平均为 5 .2个 ,品种间遗传相似系数在0 .13~ 0 .6 4之间。UPGMA聚类分析表明 ,在相似系数 0 .13处可以将材料分为 2大类 ,来自巴西、日本和中国的粳稻全部聚为第Ⅰ类 ,巴西陆稻和原产科特迪瓦的陆稻聚在第Ⅰ类的第三小群 ;第Ⅱ类全为籼稻 ,来源于巴基斯坦的籼稻和 1个来源于韩国的籼稻分布在第Ⅱ类 ,说明水稻功能基因在不同亚种、不同产地来源和不同生态类型的水稻之间存在差异 ,也进一步证实水稻功能基因的SSR标记是研究水稻种质资源分类、地理分布、生态类型和系谱分析的有效工具。赵勇 杨凯 Akbar Ali Cheema 翁跃进 2002中国农业科学2002,35,4:57

4Is it time to replace propranolol with carvedilol for portal hypertension?显示文摘Beta-adrenergic receptor antagonists(β-blockers) have been well established for use in portal hypertension for more than three decades. Different Non-selective β-blockers like propranolol, nadolol, timolol, atenolol, metoprolol and carvedilol have been in clinical practice in patients with cirrhosis. Carvedilol has proven 2-4 times more potent than propranolol as a beta-receptor blocker in trials conducted testing its efficacy for heart failure. Whether the same effect extends to its potency in the reduction of portal venous pressures is a topic of on-going debate. The aim of this review is to compare the hemodynamic and clinical effects of carvedilol with propranolol, and attempt assess whether carvedilol can be used instead of propranolol in patients with cirrhosis. Carvedilol is a promising agent among the beta blockers of recent time that has shown significant effects in portal hypertension hemodynamics. It has also demonstrated an effective profile in its clinical application specifically for the prevention of variceal bleeding. Carvedilol has more potent desired physiological effects when compared to Propranolol. However, it is uncertain at the present juncture whether the improvement in hemodynamics also translates into a decreased rate of disease progression and complications when compared to propranolol. 5Health risks associated with heavy metals in the drinking water of Swat,northern Pakistan显示文摘The concentrations of heavy metals such as Cd, Cr, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb and Zn were investigated in drinking water sources(surface and groundwater) collected from Swat valley, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The potential health risks of heavy metals to the local population and their possible source apportionment were also studied. Heavy metal concentrations were analysed using atomic absorption spectrometer and compared with permissible limits set by Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency and World Health Organization. The concentrations of Cd, Cr, Ni and Pb were higher than their respective permissible limits, while Cu, Mn and Zn concentrations were observed within their respective limits. Health risk indicators such as chronic daily intake(CDI) and health risk index(HRI) were calculated for adults and children separately. CDIs and HRIs of heavy metals were found in the order of Cr > Mn >Ni > Zn > Cd > Cu > Pb and Cd > Ni > Mn > Cr > Cu > Pb > Zn, respectively. HRIs of selected heavy metals in the drinking water were less than 1, indicating no health risk to the local people. 6Scour and flow field around a spur dike in a 90° bend显示文摘Spur dike is an important element in river training that creates rapid variations in flow field, sediment transport and bed topography. The mechanism of flow and sediment transport in a channel bend is very complex, especially when a spur dike is constructed in a bend. Most of previous investigations on flow behavior and scour around spur dike were carried out in straight channels. In this paper results of experiments on flow field and scour around a spur dike in a 90 degree channel bend are presented. Sand with uniform grain size was used as the bed material. Experiments were conducted for different locations and different lengths of spur dikes at the bend with different values of discharge. The three dimensional flow fields around a spur dike were investigated. 7EXPERIMENTAL AND FIELD STUDY ON MINING-PIT MIGRATION显示文摘Rivers are one of the most essential sources of sand and gravel supply for civil works. However, undesirable effects of irregular in-stream mining have been reported on natural sources, environment and infrastructures close to rivers. Therefore, it is necessary to find the effects of mining on rivers in more details. This research concentrates on mining-pit migration phenomenon and its effects on the channel bed. This paper reports an experimental study on the migration of rectangular mining pits and variation of longitudinal profile in the channel bed composed of rather uniform sediments. Different values of widths and lengths were used for pit while pit depths and flow variables were kept constant. The results show that the migration speed changes with the length/width ratio of the pit. The migration speed in convection period is higher than that in diffusion period. In addition, by increasing the length or width, filling rate of pit increases, where the effect of width is more important than the effect of the length. Also is reported in this paper a field study on the changes of three pits excavated at different locations of a river. 8社区吸烟者心理特质及其对尼古丁依赖程度的影响研究显示文摘背景心理社会因素是影响尼古丁依赖的重要因素,关于吸烟原因和心理社会因素联合影响尼古丁依赖程度的研究较少见。目的调查北京市社区吸烟人群心理健康状况,并探讨其对尼古丁依赖程度的影响。方法2018-2019年,采用横断面研究方法,通过现场发放问卷调查北京市12家社区的吸烟者407人,纳入戒烟干预研究队列,采用自编社会人口学问卷收集吸烟者的人口学信息,采用尼古丁依赖量表评估吸烟者尼古丁依赖程度,采用拒烟自我效能问卷、Russell吸烟原因问卷、领悟社会支持量表及特质应对方式问卷进行吸烟者心理特质的调查。探讨人口学信息和心理特质得分与尼古丁依赖量表得分的相关关系;以尼古丁依赖程度为因变量,采用多重线性回归分析探讨影响尼古丁依赖程度的心理特质指标。结果本调查共发放问卷407份,回收有效问卷309份,有效问卷回收率为75.9%。不同文化程度、平均月收入吸烟者尼古丁依赖程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同尼古丁依赖程度吸烟者拒烟自我效能问卷总分及积极/社会情景、消极/情绪情景、习惯/成瘾情景维度得分,Russell吸烟原因问卷中心理意向、手口活动、享乐、镇静、刺激、成瘾及自动因子得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析结果显示,文化程度(rs=-0.224)、拒烟自我效能问卷总分(rs=-0.398)及积极/社会情景维度(rs=-0.292)、消极/情绪情景维度(rs=-0.226)、习惯/成瘾情景维度(rs=-0.465)得分与尼古丁依赖程度呈负相关(P<0.05),Russell吸烟原因问卷中的心理意向(rs=0.120)、手口活动(rs=0.240)、享乐(rs=0.354,P<0.05)、镇静(rs=0.239)、刺激(rs=0.227)、成瘾(rs=0.426)和自动(rs=0.298)因子得分与尼古丁依赖程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度(t=-3.151)、习惯/成瘾情景维度得分(t=-5.401)、享乐因子得分(t=2.736)和成瘾因子得分(t=3.111)是吸烟者尼古丁依赖程度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论影响吸烟者尼古丁依赖程度的因素包括文化程度、习惯成瘾情境下的拒烟自我效能和吸烟原因中的享乐因素以及成瘾因素,应从社会心理层面与成瘾方面入手进行吸烟者的戒烟干预。马含俏 刘涵 金倩莹 乔昆 Ali Akbar 张曼华 李星明 2020中国全科医学2020,23,15:9
9Prevalence and antibiogram study of Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus in poultry meat显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the presence and antibiogram pattern of Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)in retail poultry meat products.Methods:Foodborne pathogens(Salmonella and S.aureus)were isolated from poultry meat and confirmed with the help of biochemical and immunological test.Antibiogram of the isolates were examined by following CLS1 methods.Results:A total number of 209 poultry meat samples were collected and studied in this study.Out of which,5.26%were found contaminated with Salmonella while 18.18%were found contaminated with S.aureus.All the Salmonella and S.aureus isolates were found resistant to at least one antibiotic.About 72.72%of the Salmonella isolates showed resistance to tetracycline,while S.aureus isolates were also found highly resistant to tetracycline equal to 44.73%.One of the Salmonella isolates showed multi-drug resistance to almost six antibiotics out of nine antibiotics used in the study.Multidrug resistant S.aureus isolates were also found in the study.Conclusions:The study confirmed the presence of Salmonella and S.aureus in retail poultry meat.It is a potential threat to consumer health.To reduce the risk of contamination,good hygiene practices are necessary from processing to storage.Ali Akbar Anil Kumar Anal 2013Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2013,3,2:8
10EFFECT OF POLYANILINE AS A SURFACE MODIFIER OF TiO_2 NANO-PARTICLES ON THE PROPERTIES OF POLYVINYL CHLORIDE/TiO_2 NANOCOMPOSITES显示文摘Surface of TiO2 nanoparticles was modified with the in situ chemical oxidative polymerization of aniline. Polyaniline modified TiO2 nanoparticles (PANI-TiO2 ) were characterized with the FT-IR, XRD, SEM and TEM techniques. Results confirmed that PANI was grafted successfully on the surface of TiO2 nanoparticles, therefore agglomeration of nanoparticles decreased dramatically. Polyvinyl chloride nanocomposites filled with 1 wt% 5 wt% of PANI-TiO2 and TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared via the solution blending method. PVC nanocomposites were analyzed with FT-IR, XRD, SEM, TG/DTA, DSC and tensile test techniques. Effect of PANI as surface modifier of nanoparticles was discussed according to the final properties of PVC nanocomposites. Results demonstrated that deposition of PANI on the surface of TiO2 nanoparticles improved the interfacial adhesion between the constituents of nanocomposites, which resulted in better dispersion of nanoparticles in the PVC matrix. 11Biodegradable starch/poly(vinyl alcohol) film reinforced with titanium dioxide nanoparticles显示文摘Biodegradable starch/poly(vinyl alcohol)/nano-titanium dioxide(ST/PVA/nano-TiO2)nanocomposite films were prepared via a solution casting method.Their biodegradability,mechanical properties,and thermal properties were also studied in this paper.A general full factorial experimental approach was used to determine efective parameters on the mechanical properties of the prepared films.ST/PVA/TiO2nanocomposites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray difraction(XRD).The results of mechanical analysis show that ST/PVA films with higher contents of PVA have much better mechanical properties.In thermal analysis,it is found that the addition of TiO2nanoparticles improves the thermal stability of the films.SEM micrographs,taken from the fracture surface of samples,illustrate that the addition of PVA makes the film softer and more flexible.The results of soil burial biodegradation indicate that the biodegradability of ST/PVA/TiO2films strongly depends on the starch proportion in the film matrix.The degradation rate is increased by the addition of starch in the films.Zahra Hejri Ali Akbar Seifkordi Ali Ahmadpour Seyed Mojtaba Zebarjad Abdolmajid Maskooki 2013International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2013,20,10:5

14Effects of preparation and operation conditions on precipitated iron nickel catalysts for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis显示文摘Iron nickel oxide catalysts were prepared using co-precipitation procedure and studied for the conversion of synthesis gas to light olefins.In particular,the effects of a range of preparation variables such as Fe/Ni molar ratios of the precipitation solution,precipitate aging times,calcination conditions,different supports and loading of optimum support on the structure of catalysts and their catalytic performance for the tested reaction were investigated.It was found that the catalyst containing 40%Fe/60%Ni/40wt%Al 2O3 ,which was aged for 180 min and calcined at 600 ℃ for 6 h was the optimum modified catalyst.The catalytic performance of optimal catalyst has been studied in different operation conditions such as reaction temperatures,H2 /CO molar feed ratios and reaction total pressure.Characterization of both precursors and calcined catalysts was carried out by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) surface area measurements,thermal analysis methods such as thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Mostafa Feyzi Ali Akbar Mirzaei Hamid Reza Bozorgzadeh 2010Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,3:4
15Effect of fin attachment on thermal stress reduction of exhaust manifold of an off road diesel engine显示文摘The effect of fin attachment on the thermal stress reduction of exhaust manifold of an off road diesel engine(Komatsu HD325-6) was investigated.For doing this,coupled thermo-fluid-solid analysis of exhaust manifold of the off road diesel engine was carried out.The thermal analysis,including thermal flow,thermal stress,and the thermal deformation of the manifold was investigated.The flow inside the manifold was simulated and then its properties including velocity,pressure,and temperature were obtained.The flow properties were transferred to the solid model and then the thermal stresses and the thermal deformations of the manifold under different operating conditions were calculated.Finally,based on the predicted thermal stresses and thermal deformations of the manifold body shell,two fin types as well as body shell thickness increase were applied in the critical induced thermal stress area of the manifold to reduce the thermal stress and thermal deformation.The results of the above modifications show that the combined modifications,i.e.the thickness increase and the fin attachment,decrease the thermal stresses by up to 28% and the contribution of the fin attachment in this reduction is much higher compared to the shell thickness increase.Ali Akbar Partoaa Morteza Abdolzadeh Masoud Rezaeizadeh 2017Journal of Central South University2017,24,3:4
16Grout diffusion characteristics during chemical grouting in a deep water-bearing sand layer显示文摘The deep,loose bottom aquifer of the eastern air shaft in the Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine was used to develop an experimental model of shaft grouting through Model deep soil.Lab experiments using chemical grouting were done to study the grout.The grouted soil shapes and osmotic pressure were measured during the experiments.The tested characteristics of the grouted soil show that the diffusion mode of grout in saturated sandy soil is a combination of split compaction and osmosis.More specifically,the shape of the grouted soil is determined by split compaction while the size of the grouted soil shape is determined by osmosis.Sensor test results indicate that the main reason for the non-uniform grout diffusion is the anisotropic osmotic pressure field surrounding the grouting holes.Ali Akbar Daya 2012International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,4:4
17Interaction analysis between slenderness ratio and resin content on mechanical properties of particleboard显示文摘The interaction between particle size and resin content is one of the most important structural parameters that can influence the accuracy of predictions about wood-composite properties. We developed three kinds of equation (linear, quadratic, and exponential) for each mechanical property of particleboard based on slenderness ratio and resin content at a constant density (0.7g cm -3 ). Results from SHAZAM software (version 9) suggested that the quadratic function was not significant, but the linear and exponential functions were significant. The interaction between particle size and resin content was analyzed by Maple 9 software. The results indicated that an exponential function can better describe the simultaneous effect of slenderness and resin content than a linear equation. Under constant resin content, particles with higher slenderness ratios increased more in modulus of rupture (MOR) and modulus of elasticity (MOE) than did particles with lower slenderness ratios. 18Structure Stability and Oxygen Permeability of Perovskite-type Oxides of Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Co_(0.8)Fe_(0.1)R_(0.1)O_ (3-δ)(R=Al,Mn,Fe,Ce,Cr,Ni,Co)显示文摘Perovskite-type Ba 0.5 Sr 0.5 Co 0.8 Fe 0.1 R 0.1 O 3 δ (R=Al,Mn,Fe,Ce,Cr,Ni,Co) oxide membranes were exploited and synthesized.Oxygen behavior,order-disorder transition and phase stability of these composite oxides were investigated by combined analysis of X-ray diffraction (XRD),temperature programmed desorption (TPD),thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA).Oxygen permeation through these membranes was studied by the gas chromatography (GC) method using a high-temperature permeation cell in a wide temperature range from 700 to 950 C.High permeation fluxes were observed for these materials.The high permeation flux was about 3.19 ml·min 1 ·cm 2 under air/He gradients at 950 C,which was achieved for Ba 0.5 Sr 0.5 Co 0.8 Fe 0.1 Ni 0.1 O 3 δ (BSCFNiO) membrane.The results of analysis showed no phase transition for BSCFNiO oxide with increasing temperature and XRD pattern of this material after O 2-TPD indicated to sustain a pure perovskite structure after oxygen permeation process.Ensieh Ganji Babakhani Jafar Towfighi Laleh Shirazi Ali Nakhaeipour Akbar Zamaniyan Zahra Shafiei 2012Journal of Materials Science & Technology2012,28,2:4
19从熔炉渣中氯盐浸出铅的参数优化和动力学(英文)显示文摘研究采用氯盐浸出法从传统熔铅炉渣中回收铅的可行性和动力学。考察工艺参数如浸出时间、NaCl浓度、FeCl_3浓度、液/固比、搅拌速度、浸出温度、颗粒尺寸对铅回收率的影响。基于中心复合设计模型,利用响应面法对上述参数进行优化,得到优化工艺条件如下:浸出时间60 min、浸出温度80℃、搅拌速度800 r/min、NaCl浓度200 g/L、FeCl_3浓度80 g/L、液固比16、颗粒尺寸小于106μm。在此优化条件下96%Pb被回收。基于方差分析法,确定浸出温度、液固比和NaCl浓度为影响浸取过程的最有效参数。动力学研究结果表明,方铅石的氯盐浸出过程为一级反应过程。反应机理为固态反应产物的扩散和化学反应。采用Arrhenius模型计算得到从方解石中氯盐浸出铅的激活能为27.9 kJ/mol。Mohammad Hasan GOLPAYEGANI Ali Akbar ABDOLLAHZADEH 2017Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2017,27,12:4
20Enhancing through-plane thermal conductivity of fluoropolymer composite by developing in situ nano-urethane linkage at graphene–graphene interface显示文摘Attributed to the intense development and complexity in electronic devices,energy dissipation is becoming more essential nowadays.The carbonaceous materials particularly graphene(Gr)-based thermal interface materials(TIMs)are exceptional in heat management.However,because of the anisotropic behavior of Gr in composites,the TIMs having outstanding through-plane thermal conductivity(┴TC)are needed to fulfill the upcoming innovation in numerous devices.In order to achieve this,herein,nano-urethane linkage-based modified Gr and carbon fibers architecture termed as nanourethane linkage(NUL)-Gr/carbon fibers(CFs)is fabricated.Wherein,toluene diisocyanate is utilized to develop a novel but simple NUL to shape a new interface between graphene sheets.Interestingly,the prepared composite of NUL-Gr/CFs with polyvinylidene fluoride matrix shows outstanding performance in heat management.Owing to the unique structure of NUL-Gr/CFs,an unprecedented value of┴TC(~7.96 W·m^–1·K^–1)is achieved at a low filler fraction of 13.8 wt.%which translates into an improvement of^3,980%of pristine polymer.The achieved outcomes elucidate the significance of the covalent interaction between graphene sheets as well as strong bonding among graphene and matrix in the composites and manifest the potential of proposed NUL-Gr/CFs architecture for practical applications.Muhammad Maqbool Haichang Guo Akbar Bashir Ali Usman Adeel YAbid Guansong He Yanjuan Ren Zeeshan Ali Shulin Bai 2020Nano Research2020,13,10:3
