18带共轨喷油系统的新K13C型发动机的开发显示文摘日野汽车公司开发了新K13C型12.9L直列6缸重载柴油机,该机具有优良的燃油耗、超低噪声和极好的驱动性以及较低的排放。最初的K13C型发动机于1986年生产,已生产约30000台,并被全世界公认具有良好的可靠性和燃油经济性。新K13C型发动机采用了原先发动机的基本结构和制造装配过程,还具有增强电控共轨喷油系统,以满足未来法规和用户的要求。主要结构变化有新气缸盖、新前齿轮系、新进气系统、新涡轮增压器、新压缩制动系统和电控模块。进气系统的优化包括新型进气道和电控惯性充量系统。高效率涡轮增压器连同电控共轨系统使燃油耗更佳和废气排放更低。为了降低发动机噪声,采取了下列措施:通过一种新设计的齿轮系以降低机械噪声,通过采用隔离橡胶以降低气缸盖罩和进气系统的空气辐射噪声,并通过采取预喷射以降低燃烧噪声,尤其当发动机处于怠速时。为了在高速公路和一般公路上安全行驶并有较好的行驶性能,对制动性能和起动性进行了改进。通过采用一种新压缩制动系统提高了制动性能,此系统除了一个原有排气制动器以外还有一个电子控制废气旁通阀。通过经共轨喷油系统获得的所增加的喷油压力,还改善了离合器接合时的起动性能。此外,还研制了新型起动辅助系统。装用新K13C型发动机的车辆几乎具有与日本自卸卡车普遍采用的20L自然吸气发动机相同的起动性能。Akio Kakinai Akira Yamamoto Hiroyuki Sugihara 王耀清 2001国外内燃机2001,33,5:1
