| 1 | 广州小北路黑人聚居区社会空间分析显示文摘1978年改革开放带来中国城市的快速转型。近年来,针对经济转型背景下中国大城市的社会空间研究很多,但对在全球化影响下出现的跨国移民族裔聚居区的研究尚不多见。对广州黑人聚居区展开研究,以越秀区小北路为例,探讨其社会空间特征与演进机制。研究采用微观视角,针对典型案例进行问卷调查和半结构式访谈。研究表明,广州黑人聚居区与西方同类族裔社会区存在诸多差异。小北路黑人聚居区因全球化下新的'自下而上'的跨国经济联系而生,因广州城市的商贸文化、宗教历史、贸易网络和地理气候条件而兴,其跨国移民多为来自西非地区的族裔散居者/漂泊者(Diaspora),其人口构成异质多元,且流动性强。小北路的社会空间机制既包含被动隔离也包含主动聚居,其经济形态已经开始向'族裔聚居区经济'(ethnic enclave economy)发展。 | 李志刚 薛德升 Michael Lyons Alison Brown | 2008 | 地理学报2008，63，2： | 123 |
| 2 | 供给系统、社会习俗与生活方式--中产阶层日常生活中的饮食消费变迁显示文摘中国城市中产阶层肉类消费的快速增长受到环境科学和社会政策研究的关注。本文将对北京和上海居民日常生活中肉类的供给和消费进行动态分析。数据来源为针对中产阶层的半结构式个案访谈,主要考察以下问题:(1)食品供给系统转变过程中人们食用肉类的经历;(2)在社交、庆祝活动和照顾家人时肉类食品的角色转变;(3)伴随对健康和养生的关注以及食品安全问题,饮食与保健知识逐渐交织在一起从而改变肉类消费模式。在中国中产阶层采用新形式的自我修养和对健康关注的背景下,减少吃肉正在渐渐取得合法性,但是日常实践中存在着阻碍饮食消费改变的机制。研究揭示了中国的中产阶层与肉类消费之间的动态关系,日常生活的动态--包含了以家庭、社交和健康为核心的社会文化习俗--如何同时推动和约束中国背景下的饮食习惯变迁。本研究广泛吸收社会科学和环境科学的研究文献,目的是深化对中国背景下转向可持续发展的社会实践的定性研究。 | 朱迪 Alison Browne Josephine Mylan | 2020 | 山东社会科学2020，0，3： | 11 |
