1Influence of CaO and HZSM-5 on oxygen migration in Chlorella vulgaris polysaccharide pyrolysis显示文摘With polysaccharides of Chlorella pyrenoidosa as the raw material,the effects of CaO and HZSM-5 on the yield of bio-oil and the oxygen content in each phase in the pyrolysis of Chlorella vulgaris polysaccharides(CVP),which occurred in a tube furnace at 600℃,were comprehensively investigated.The reaction path of deoxidation was also analyzed by TG,GC and GC-MS.The GC-MS analysis of liquids showed that liquids from the pyrolysis of chlorella polysaccharides included a range of light oxygenated compounds(e.g.,furans,ketones and phenols),and the oxygen content of furan compounds decreased significantly with CaO and HZSM-5.Compared with the direct pyrolysis of polysaccharides(CVP),the catalytic pyrolysis contributed to the decrease in the oxygen content of organic components by 7.32%and 5.76%.The GC analysis showed that there was a remarkable downtrend in the release of oxygen-containing gas(CO and CO_(2)),and the emission of CO_(2) decreased from 53.11%to 32.92%.The results of the thermogravimetric analysis indicated that the reaction paths of deoxidation in the pyrolysis process of polysaccharides(CVP)with CaO and HZSM-5 varied from those of the direct pyrolysis process:the catalytic pyrolysis with HZSM-5 promoted the conversion of carbohydrate from furans to aromatics over strong acid sites,which was consistent with previous studies;CaO not only acted as a catalyst but also participated in the reaction to change the reaction paths.All results and findings can help to further understand the thermochemical utilization of CPP for bio-oil.Xiuli Zhang Chunhu Li Anhong Tian Qingjie Guo Kelei Huang 2019Carbon Resources Conversion2019,2,2:3

3Shaking Table Test Study on Dynamic Characteristics of Bridge Foundation Reinforcement on Slopes显示文摘With the fast development of bridge construction in mountainous and seismic areas,it is necessary to conduct related research. Based on the design of a shaking table model test,here are the following test results: the filtering effect exists in soil and is affected by the dynamic constraint conditions,the amplitude is strengthened around the natural frequency and weakened in other frequency bands in the Fourier spectrum. Since the acceleration scaling effect occurred on a sloped surface,the acceleration response decreases from the outside to the inside in soil. The dynamic response is relatively strong near the slip surface in bedrock due to the reflection of seismic waves. 4Intein-mediated Rapid Purification of Recombinant Human Pituitary Adenylate Cyclase Activating Polypeptide显示文摘Abstract In order to obtain the recombinant human PACAP efficiently by intein-mediated single column purification, a gene encoding human PACAP was synthesized and cloned into Escherichia coli expression vector pKYB. The recombinant vector pKY-PAC was transferred into E. coli ER2566 cells and the target protein was over-expressed as a fusion to the N-terminus of a self-cleavable affinity tag. After the PACAPintein-CBD fusion protein was purified by chitin-affinity chromatography, the self-cleavage activity of the intein was induced by DTT and the rhPACAP was released from the chitin-bound intein tag. The activity of the rhPACAP to stimulate cyclic AMP accumulation was detected using the human pancreas carcinoma cells SW1990. Twenty-two milligrams of rhPACAP with the purity over 98% was obtained by single column purification from 1 liter of induced culture. The preliminary biological assay indicated that the rhPACAP,which has an extra Met at its N-terminus compared with the native human PACAP, had the similar activity of stimulating cAMP accumulation with the standard PACAP38 in the SW 1990 cells. 5Robust multiple description distributed video coding using optimized zero-padding显示文摘Distributed video coding (DVC) arouses high interests due to its property of low-complexity encoding. This paper proposes a robust multiple description DVC (MDDVC) under the constraint of low-complexity encoding. In MDDVC,zeros are padded to each frame and the resulting big-size video is divided into multiple descriptions. Then,each description is compressed by a hybrid DVC (HDVC) codec and trans-mitted over different channel. When one channel does not work,the lost HDVC description is estimated by the received from other channel,which guarantees the robustness of the system;MDDVC moves the complex motion estimation totally to the decoder so it features low-complexity encoding. In the pre-processing,an optimized zero-padding is also proposed to improve the performance. 6Application of dynamic analysis of strength reduction in the slope engineering under earthquake显示文摘At present,the methods of analyzing the stability of slope under earthquake are not accurate and reasonable because of some limitations. Based on the real dynamic tensile-shear failure mechanism of slope,the paper proposes dynamic analysis of strength reduction FEM (finite element method) and takes the reduction of shear strength parameters and tensile strength parameters into consideration. And it comprehensively takes the transfixion of the failure surface,the non-convergence of calculation and mutation of displacement as the criterion of dynamic instability and failure of the slope. The strength reduction factor under limit state is regarded as the dynamic safety factor of the slope under earthquake effect and its advantages are introduced. Finally,the method is applied in the seismic design of anchors supporting and anti-slide pile supporting of the slope. Calculation examples show that the application of dynamic analysis of strength reduction is feasible in the seismic design of slope engineering,which can consider dynamic interaction of supporting structure and rock-soil mass. 19High performance of zinc-ferrum redox flow battery with Ac^-/HAc buffer solution显示文摘A green low-cost redox flow battery using Zn/Zn^(2+) redox couple in HAc/NaAc medium and Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+) redox couple in H_2SO_4 medium was first proposed and investigated for potential stationary energy storage applications. The presence of HAc/NaAc in the negative electrolyte can keep the pH between 2.0 and 6.0even when a large amount of H^+ ions move into negative electrolyte from positive electrolyte through ion exchange membrane. In the pH range of 2.0–6.0, the chemical reaction of Zn species with H^+ species is very insignificant; furthermore, the electroreduction of H^+ ion on the negative electrode is significantly suppressed at this pH range. The zinc-ferrum redox flow battery(Zn/Fe RFB) operated within a voltage window of 0.5–2.0 V with a nearly 90% utilization ratio, and its energy efficiency is around 71.1% at room temperature.
