1Measurement of thermal boundary conductance between metal and dielectric materials using femtosecond laser transient thermoreflectance technique显示文摘The thermal boundary conductance of Al/SiO2, Al/Si, Au/SiO2, and Au/Si are measured by a femtosecond laser transient thermoreflectance technique. The distinct differences of the interfacial thermal conductance between these samples are observed. For the same metal film, the thermal boundary conductance between metal and substrate decreases with the thermal conductivity of the substrate. 10Delamination of lamellar phyllosilicate Magadiite显示文摘In this paper,a new delaminated mesoporous material was prepared by swelling the lamellar phyllosilicate Magadiite using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and tetrapropylammonium hydroxide solution,followed by delamination under the cavitation of ultrasonic treatment.Various characterization tools including XRD,N2 adsorption,NMR,IR,SEM and TEM were employed to observe its structure and morphology.XRD results show that the delaminated material has no long-range crystalline order.Furthermore,not only high surface area is obtained,but almost half of it is external surface.The observation for the morphology further reveals that it is made up of the random stacking of single or few layers.All these characters show that this delaminated mesoporous material meets the requirements for application as support in the hydrotreatment of heavy molecules.BI YunFei BLANCHARD J LAMBERT J-F MILLOT Y MAN P P ZENG ShuangQin NIE Hong LI DaDong LI MingFeng YANG QingHe CHEN XiaoXin 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,23:0
11The oscillatory damped behavior of double wall carbon nanotube oscillators in gaseous environment显示文摘The mechanical oscillatory behaviors of multiwall carbon nanotube oscillators in gaseous environment are investigated using the molecular dynamics method. The effects of ambient gas and temperature on intertube frictional force and oscillation frequency are analyzed. It is found that the intertube frictional force increases with the ambient gas density and temperature. Higher gas density and higher tem- perature cause a more rapid decay in the oscillation amplitude and an increase of the oscillation fre- quency. Compared to the vacuum environmental condition, the collision between gas atoms and the nanotube walls is a main ingredient leading to the increase of the energy dissipation. Gas damping may be the main reason for the failure of carbon nanotube oscillators working in gas environment. 12Tunable Luminescence Properties and Elucidating the Electronic Structures of Single-Phase Spherical BaWO 4:Dy^(3+),Tm^(3+),Eu^(3+)Phosphors for Warm-White-Lighting显示文摘A series of uniform single-phase spherical BaWO 4:Dy^(3+),Tm^(3+),Eu^(3+)phosphors were prepared via a microwave hydrothermal method by using trisodium citrate dehydrate as surfactant.The phase structure,morphology and photoluminescence properties were measured by powder X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and fluorescence spectrometer,respectively.The results show that uniform spherical microcrystals with diameters in the range of 2–4μm are obtained.And the phase and morphology of samples are not significantly changed by doping rare earth(RE^(3+))ions.Under the excitation wavelength of 356 and 365 nm,the samples BaWO 4:0.03Dy^(3+),yTm^(3+)can emit cold white light.In order to lower the correlated color temperature(CCT)to get a warm white light,the Eu^(3+)ions were doped into BaWO 4:0.03Dy^(3+),0.01Tm^(3+).Especially,under the excitation of 365 nm,BaWO 4:0.03Dy^(3+),0.01Tm^(3+),0.03Eu^(3+)phosphor shew a bright warm white light with color coordi-nate of(0.4013,0.3629)and CCT of 3288 K.Moreover,in the BaWO 4:Dy^(3+),Tm^(3+),Eu^(3+)phosphors,the energy transfer mechanism among Dy^(3+),Tm^(3+)and Eu^(3+)ions have been discussed and the change of electron structures have been calculated by first-principles calculations.The results shew that the uniform single-phase spherical BaWO 4:Dy^(3+),Tm^(3+),Eu^(3+)phosphors could be favorable candidates in warm white LEDs.Zun Bi Ke Jia Yunfei Liu Yinong Lyu 2022Journal of Renewable Materials2022,10,2:0
