| 2 | Continuous Sliding Mode Controller with Disturbance Observer for Hypersonic Vehicles显示文摘In this paper, a continuous sliding mode controller with disturbance observer is proposed for the tracking control of hypersonic vehicles to suppress the chattering. The finite time disturbance observer is involved to make that the continuous sliding mode controller has the property of disturbance rejection.Due to continuous terms replacing the discontinuous term of traditional sliding mode control, switching modes of velocity and altitude firstly arrive at small regions with respect to disturbance observation errors. Switching modes keep zero and velocity and altitude asymptotically converge to their reference commands after disturbance observation errors disappear. | 3 | Super twisting sliding mode control for a flexible air-breathing hypersonic vehicle based on disturbance observer显示文摘A robust finite time sliding mode control strategy is proposed in this paper for a flexible air-breathing hypersonic vehicle(FAHV) model with aerodynamic parameter uncertainty. The strong coupling among the aerodynamics, the propulsion system and the flexibility effects makes the problem more challenging. Firstly, to reduce the complexity of the controller design, the FAHV model is transformed into three subsystems(velocity subsystem, altitude and flight path angle subsystem, attack of angle and pitch rate subsystem). Secondly, based on super-twisting algorithm, a novel finite time disturbance observer and an improved sliding mode controller are designed to ensure the finite time stability of each subsystem. The proposed disturbance observer can estimate the uncertainty and the derivative of virtual control in finite time. | 5 | Periodic event-triggered formation control for multi-UAV systems with collision avoidance显示文摘In this paper,periodic event-triggered formation control problems with collision avoidance are studied for leader–follower multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs).Firstly,based on the Artificial Potential Field(APF)method,a novel sliding manifold is proposed for controller design,which can solve the problem of collision avoidance.Then,the event-triggered strategy is applied to the distributed formation control of multi-UAV systems,where the evaluation of the event condition is continuous.In addition,the exclusion of Zeno behavior can be guaranteed by the inter-event time between two successive trigger events have a positive lower bound.Next,a periodic event-triggered mechanism is developed for formation control based on the continuous eventtriggered mechanism.The periodic trigger mechanism does not need additional hardware circuits and sophisticated sensors,which can reduce the control cost.The stability of the control system is proved by the Lyapunov function method.Finally,some numerical simulations are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control protocol. | Tong WU Jie WANG Bailing TIAN | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,8: | 2 |

| 13 | Oncolytic adenoviruses expressing checkpoint inhibitors for cancer therapy显示文摘Despite the remarkable success of immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs),primary resistance to ICIs causes only subsets of patients to achieve durable responses due to the complex tumor microenvironment(TME).Oncolytic viruses(OVs)can overcome the immunosuppressive TME and promote systemic antitumor immunity in hosts.Engineered OVs armed with ICIs would likely have improved effectiveness as a cancer therapy.According to the diverse immune cell landscapes among different types of tumors,we rationally and precisely generated three recombinant oncolytic adenoviruses(OAds):OAd-SIRPα-Fc,OAd-Siglec10-Fc and OAd-TIGIT-Fc.These viruses were designed to locally deliver SIRPα-Fc,Siglec10-Fc or TIGIT-Fc fusion proteins recognizing CD47,CD24 or CD155,respectively,in the TME to achieve enhanced antitumor effects.Our results suggested that OAd-SIRPα-Fc and OAd-Siglec10-Fc both showed outstanding efficacy in tumor suppression of macrophage-dominated tumors,while OAd-TIGIT-Fc showed the best antitumor immunity in CD8+T-cell-dominated tumors.Importantly,the recombinant OAds activated an inflammatory immune response and generated long-term antitumor memory.In addition,the combination of OAd-Siglec10-Fc with anti-PD-1 significantly enhanced the antitumor effect in a 4T1 tumor model by remodeling the TME.In summary,rationally designed OAds expressing ICIs tailored to the immune cell landscape in the TME can precisely achieve tumor-specific immunotherapy of cancer. | Daoyuan Xie Yaomei Tian Die Hu Yuanda Wang Yuling Yang Bailing Zhou Rui Zhang Zhixiang Ren Mohan Liu Jie Xu Chunyan Dong Binyan Zhao Li Yang | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,12: | 0 |
