| 1 | Palaeoproterozoic Khondalite Belt in the western North China Craton: New evidence from SHRIMP dating and Hf isotope composition of zircons from metamorphic rocks in the Bayan Ul-Helan Mountains area显示文摘Zircom U-Pb age and Hf isotope analyses were made on gneissic granite and garnet-mica two-feldspar gneiss from the Helanshan Group in the Bayan Ul-Helan Mountains area, the western block of the North China Craton (NCC). Zircons from the gneissic granite commonly show core-mantle-rim structures, with magmatic core, metamorphic mantle and rim having ages of 2323±20 Ma, 1923±28 Ma and 1856±12 Ma, respectively. The core, mantle and rim show similar Hf isotope compositions, with single-stage depleted mantle model ages (TDM1) of 2455 to 2655 Ma (19 analyses). Most of the detrital zircons from the garnet-mica two-feldspar paragneiss have a concentrated U-Pb age distribution, with a weighted mean 207Pb/206Pb age of 1978±17 Ma. A few detrital zircons are older (2871 to 2469 Ma). The age for metamorphic overgrown rim was not determined because of strong Pb loss due to their high U content. The zircons show large variation in Hf isotope composition, with TDM1 ages of 1999 to 3047 Ma. | 2 | SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating of late Paleoproterozoic kondalites in the Daqing Mountains area on the North China Craton显示文摘The Daqing Mountains area comprises a typical occurrence of the Khondalite Belt in the Western Block of the North China Craton (NCC). In this area, both early and late Paleoproterozoic metasedimentary rocks have been identified in what was originally called the Upper Wula Mountains 'Subgroup'. Six metasedimentary rock samples yielded SHRIMP U-Pb zircon ages of 2.56-2.04 Ga for detrital and 1.96-1.83 Ga for metamorphic zircons. | 4 | Detrital zircon age model of Ordovician Wenquan quartzite south of Lungmuco-Shuanghu Suture in the Qiangtang area, Tibet: Constraint on tectonic affinity and source regions显示文摘Early to Middle Ordovician strata, including Wenquan quartzite, occur widely in the Himalaya, Lhasa, and south Qiangtang blocks. The Wenquan quartzite occurs on the south side of the Lungmuco-Shuanghu Suture in the Qiangtang area, Tibet. A total of 145 analyses on detrital zircons from the quartzite show five age ranges of 520-700, ca. 800, 900-1100, 1800-1900, and 2400-2500 Ma, with particularly distinct age peaks of 625 and 950 Ma. The reliable youngest detrital zircon age is 525 Ma, and the oldest, 3180 Ma. Detrital zircons show large variations in Hf isotope composition, with depleted mantle model ages t DM (Hf) ranging from 750 to 3786 Ma. | 6 | U-Th-Pb behavior of zircons under high-grade metamorphic conditions:A case study of zircon dating of meta-diorite near Qixia,eastern Shandong显示文摘This paper carried out a study on U—Th—Pb behavior of zircons in a'dry'rock system during high-grade metamorphism in the Archean basement of eastern Shandong.The studied sample has a mineral assemblage of plagioclase + K-feldspar + clinopyroxene + biotite + quartz and its protolith is considered to be diorite.The zircons are stubby,equant or irregular in shape and show fir-leaf, sectorial,banded or oscillatory zoning.They contain inclusions,including mineral assemblages of clinopyroxene + orthopyroxene + hornblende + quartz and plagioclase + K-feldspar + biotite + quartz. | 7 | Buyang Huanwu Decoction fraction protects against cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury by attenuating the inflammatory response and cellular apoptosis显示文摘Buyang Huanwu Decoction fraction extracted from Buyang Huanwu Decoction contains saponins of Astragalus, total paeony glycoside and safflower flavones. The aim of this study was to demonstrate the neuroprotective effect and mechanism of Buyang Huanwu Decoction fraction on ischemic injury both in vivo and in vitro. In vivo experiments showed that 50-200 mg/kg Buyang Huanwu Decoction fraction reduced infarct volume and pathological injury in ischemia/reperfusion rats, markedly inhibited expression of nuclear factor-κB and tumor necrosis factor-α and promoted nestin protein expression in brain tissue. Buyang Huanwu Decoction fraction (200 mg/kg) exhibited significant effects, which were similar to those of 100 mg/kg Ginkgo biloba extract. In vitro experimental results demonstrated that 10-100 mg/L Buyang Huanwu Decoction fraction significantly improved cell viability, decreased the release of lactate dehydrogenase and malondialdehyde levels, and inhibited the rate of apoptosis in HT22 cells following oxygen-glucose deprivation. Buyang Huanwu Decoction fraction (100 mg/L) exhibited significant effects, which were similar to those of 100 mg/L Ginkgo biloba extract. | 10 | Stability control of steer by wire system based on μ synthesis robust control显示文摘The uncertainty influences may result in performance deterioration and instability to the steer by wire(SBW) system. Thus, it must make the control system keep robust stability from uncertainty, and have good robustness. In order to effectively restrain the interference and improve steering stability, this paper presents a μ synthesis robust controller based on SBW system, which considers the effect of model uncertainty and external disturbance on the system dynamics. Taking the ideal yaw rate tracking, interference suppression and excellent robustness as the control objectives, the μ synthesis robust controller is designed using linear fractional transformation theory to deal with the uncertainty. Then, it is testified through time domain and robustness simulation analysis. Simulation results show that the proposed controller can not only ensure robustness and robust stability of the system quite well, but improve handling stability of the vehicle effectively. | 12 | SHRIMP zircon dating and LA-ICPMS Hf analysis of early Precambrian rocks from drill holes into the basement beneath the Central Hebei Basin,North China Craton显示文摘The Central Hebei Basin(CHB) is one of the largest sedimentary basins in the North China Craton,extending in a northeast-southwest direction with an area of >350 km2.We carried out SHRIMP zircon dating,Hf-in-zircon isotopic analysis and a whole-rock geochemical study on igneous and metasedimentary rocks recovered from drill holes that penetrated into the basement of the CHB.Two samples of gneissic granodiorite(XG1-1) and gneissic quartz diorite(J48-1) have magmatic ages of 2500 and2496 Ma.respectively.Their zircons also record metamorphic ages of 2.41-2.51 and 2.5 Ga,respectively.Compared with the gneissic granodiorite,the gneissic quartz diorite has higher ∑REE contents and lower Eu/Eu* and(La/Yb)n values.Two metasedimentary samples(MG1,H5) mainly contain 2.5 Ga detrital zircons as well as late Paleoproterozoic metamorphic grains.The zircons of different origins haveεHf(2.5 Ga) values and Hf crustal model ages ranging from 0 to 5 and 2.7 to 2.9 Ga.respectively.Therefore,2.5 Ga magmatic and Paleoproterozoic metasedimentary rocks and late Neoarchean to early Paleoproterozoic and late Paleoproterozoic tectono-thermal events have been identified in the basement beneath the CHB.Based on regional comparisons,we conclude that the early Precambrian basement beneath the CHB is part of the North China Craton. | Yusheng Wan Xianzheng Zhao Zejiu Wang Dunyi Liu Alfred Krner Chunyan Dong Hangqian Xie Yuansheng Geng Yuhai Zhang Runlong Fan Huiyi Sun | 2014 | Geoscience Frontiers2014,5,4: | 3 |

| 14 | Retrospective Analysis of Diagnosis by Intraoperative Frozen Section and Routine Paraffin Embedded Tissue in 638 Thyroid Disease Patients显示文摘OBJECTIVE To summarize a common pathogenetic condition,the pathologic characteristics shown in frozen section and ourexperience utilizing 2 different diagnostic methods in cases ofcommon thyroid diseases (TD).METHODS Data from 638 cases with frozen sections fromthyroid tissue were retrospectively analyzed.The intraoperativefrozen sections of the patients and postoperative diagnostic resultsof routine paraffin sections were compared.RESULTS In the 683 patients,the gender ratio of females tomales was 2.64:1,and the ratio between the patients with nodulargoiter (NG) and the patients with thyroid adenoma was 1.5:1.Theoldest age group of patients with thyroid cancer (TC) ranged from40 to 49 years.Frozen section pathologic examination has beenemployed more and more in the diagnosis of thyroid diseases,and the detection rate of TC has increased year by year,i.e.,therate increased to 6.45%,7.58%,14.55% and 16.57%,respectively,in2005,2006,2007 and 2008.Thyroid papillary carcinoma (TPC) wasthe most commonly seen malignant tumor of the thyroid (MTT),which accounted for approximately 94.8% of MTTs and 11.44%of the total TDs.Micropapillary carcinoma accounted for 27.4%of TPC,and multifocal carcinomas accounted for 15.58% of TCs.Many of the TCs (19.48%) were complicated by benign diseasessuch as adenoma,NG and thyroiditis.The coincidence rate ofdiagnoses made by frozen section and paraffin embedding forthyroid disease was 98.59%.Calcification was rather common inNG and TPC,and there were significant differences in psammomabodies (PMB) between the calcifications of TPC and NG (P<0.01).CONCLUSION TPC ranks first in the incidence of MTTsand accounts for 94.8% of all MTTs.About 1/4 of TPCs aremicropapillary carcinoma,while 1/5 are accompanied by benigndisease,such as adenoma,NG and thyroiditis.PMB are ofimportance and of significance in the diagnosis of TPC. | Chunyan Xing Liwu Dong Xiaohong Wang Wei Li | 2009 | Clinical oncology and cancer resexreh2009,6,5: | 3 |

| 16 | A Numerical Study on the Density Driven Circulation in the Yellow Sea Cold Water Mass显示文摘The circulation of Yellow Sea Cold Water Mass(YSCWM) in the Southern Yellow Sea is investigated using a diagnostic 2D MITgcm model. The resolution of the computational grid is 900 m in the horizontal and 2 m in the vertical where an initial temperature distribution corresponding to a typical measured Yellow Sea Cold Water Mass was applied. The existence of YSCWM that causes fluid density difference, is shown to produce counter-rotating cyclonic horizontal eddies in the surface layer: the inner one is anti-cyclonic(clockwise) and relatively weaker(8–10 cm s-1) while the outer one is cyclonic(anti-clockwise) and much stronger(15–20 cm s-1). This result is consistent with the surface pattern observed by Pang et al.(2004), who has shown that a mesoscale anti-cyclonic eddy(clockwise) exists in the upper layer of central southern Yellow Sea, and a basin-scale cyclonic(anticlockwise) gyre lies outside of the anti-cyclonic eddy, based on the trajectories and drifting velocities of 23 drifters. Below the thermocline, there is an anti-cyclonic(clockwise) circulation. This complex current eddy system is considered to be capable of trapping suspended sediments and depositing them near the front between YSCWM and the coastal waters off the Subei coast, providing an explanation on the sediment depth and size distribution of mud patches in the Southern Yellow Sea. | 18 | A Yeast BiFC-seq Method for Genome-wide Interactome Mapping显示文摘Genome-wide physical protein±protein interaction(PPI)mapping remains a major challenge for current technologies.Here,we reported a high-efficiency BiFC-seq method,yeastenhanced green fluorescent protein-based bimolecular fluorescence complementation(y EGFPBiFC)coupled with next-generation DNA sequencing,for interactome mapping.We first applied y EGFP-BiFC method to systematically investigate an intraviral network of the Ebola virus.Two-thirds(9/14)of known interactions of EBOV were recaptured,and five novel interactions were discovered.Next,we used the BiFC-seq method to map the interactome of the tumor protein p53.We identified 97 interactors of p53,more than three-quarters of which were novel.Furthermore,in a more complex background,we screened potential interactors by pooling two BiFC libraries together and revealed a network of 229 interactions among 205 proteins.These results show that BiFC-seq is a highly sensitive,rapid,and economical method for genome-wide interactome mapping. | Limin Shang Yuehui Zhang Yuchen Liu Chaozhi Jin Yanzhi Yuan Chunyan Tian Ming Ni Xiaochen Bo Li Zhang Dong Li Fuchu He Jian Wang | 2022 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2022,20,4: | 1 |
| 19 | Eastern Ancient Terrane of the North China Craton显示文摘Based on the spatial distribution of ancient rocks and zircons, three ancient terranes older than ca. 2.6 Ga have recently been identified in the North China Craton, namely the Eastern, Southern, and Central Ancient Terranes. The Eastern Ancient Terrane is the best studied and understood of the three ancient terranes. It has a long geological history back to ca. 3.8 Ga ago and includes the areas of Anshan-Benxi, eastern Hebei, eastern Shandong and western Shandong. In Anshan-Benxi, several different types of 3.8 Ga rocks were discovered together with 3.1-3.7 Ga rocks, whereas 2.9-3.0 Ga K-rich granites and 2.5 Ga syenogranite occur on larger scales. In eastern Hebei, 3.0-3.4 Ga rocks and older detrital and xenocrystic zircons were identified. In eastern Shandong, there are a large volumes of 2.7 Ga and 2.9 Ga rocks. In western Shandong, early Neoarchean(2.6-2.7 Ga) intrusive and supracrustal rocks are widely distributed. Whole-rock Nd and zircon Hf isotope data suggest that both mantle additions and crustal recycling played important roles within the Eastern Ancient Terrane during almost every tectono-magmatic event.
