1Equilibrium dialysis study on the interaction between Cu(Ⅱ) and HSA or BSA显示文摘The interaction of Cu(Ⅱ) and human serum albumin (HSA) or bovine serum albumin (BSA) at physiological pH is studied by equilibrium dialysis. The successive stability constants are obtained by non-linear least square methods fitting Bjerrum formula. For both the Cu(Ⅱ)-HSA and Cu(Ⅱ)-BSA systems, the order of magnitude of K 1 and K 2 was found to be ≈10 4 mol -1·dm 3. There are about twenty stoichiometry binding sites found in one HSA or BSA molecule. They can be divided into two or three sets. Results of equilibrium dialysis experiments suggest that there exists one strong metal binding site in both Cu(Ⅱ)-HSA and Cu(Ⅱ)-BSA. It is the imidazol group nitrogen atoms of His 3 that are primarily concerned with copper binding site. After reaching dialysis equilibrium, there is the interaction among the different binding sites, the values of K all deviate from the simple statistical effect except for K-1 and K-2 in both Cu(Ⅱ)-HSA and Cu(Ⅱ)-BSA systems, and the positive cooperative effect is found.LIANG Hong 1, XIN Bengang 1, WANG Xiujian 1, YUAN Yuzhou 1, ZHOU Yongqia 2 and SHEN Panwen 2 1. 3Characteristics of Late-Quaternary Activity and Seismic Risk of the Northeastern Section of the Longmenshan Fault Zone显示文摘Following the 2008 Wenchuan M8 earthquake,the seismic risk of the northeastern section of the Longmenshan fault zone and the adjacent Hanzhong basin has become an issue that receives much concern.It is facing,however,the problem of a lack of sufficient data because of little previous work in these regions.The northeastern section of the Longmenshan fault zone includes three major faults:the Qingchuan fault,Chaba-Lin’ansi fault,and Liangshan south margin fault,with the Hanzhong basin at the northern end.This paper presents investigations of the geometry,motion nature,and activity ages of these three faults,and reveals that they are strike slip with normal faulting,with latest activity in the Late Pleistocene.It implies that this section of the Longmenshan fault zone has been in an extensional setting,probably associated with the influence of the Hanzhong basin.Through analysis of the tectonic relationship between the Longmenshan fault zone and the Hanzhong basin,this work verifies that the Qingchuan fault played an important role in the evolution of the Hanzhong basin,and further studies the evolution model of this basin.Finally,with consideration of the tectonic setting of the Longmenshan fault zone and the Hanzhong basin as well as seismicity of surrounding areas,this work suggests that this region has no tectonic conditions for great earthquakes and only potential strong events in the future.WANG Mingming ZHOU Bengang YANG Xiaoping XIE Chao GAO Xianglin 2013Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2013,87,6:6
4Study on Camellia Oleifera Protein based Wood Adhesive by Epoxy Resin and Its Crosslinking Mechanism显示文摘Epoxy resin (EPR) was used to crosslink with Camellia oleifera Abel.protein to prepare wood adhesive,and the bonding performance and curing characteristics of which were mainly investigated,and the synthesis mechanism was also discussed by using model compounds.The experimental results show that EPR can significantly improve the bonding performance of Camellia oleifera Abel.protein-based adhesive,and the maximum of which reaches 0.72 MPa satisfies the strength requirement of Type II plywood in GB/T 17657-2013.After alkali treatment,the protein can more easily crosslink with EPR at low curing temperature,and the adhesive has high degree of crystallinity of curing products,high degree of crosslinking reaction,and high bonding strength.The reaction mechanism of EPR-modified Camellia oleifera Abel.protein adhesive can be divided into resinification phase and curing phase.陈思成 LIANG Jiankun ZHANG Bengang 吴志刚 雷洪 LI Lifen YANG Shoulu 2021Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2021,36,4:5
5Study on the Soy Protein-Based Adhesive Cross-Linked by Glyoxal显示文摘Based on the ESI-MS and ^(13)C-NMR analysis of the forms of glyoxal in acidic and alkaline solutions,the soy-based adhesive cross-linked by glyoxal was prepared in this work.The results showed that glyoxal existed in water in different forms at different pH levels.Under alkaline conditions,glyoxal transformed to glycolate through the intramolecular disproportionation reaction.Under acidic conditions,although some of glyoxal transformed to glycolate as what happened under alkaline conditions,most of glyoxal molecules existed in the form of fiveor six-membered cyclic ether structure.No ethylene tetraol or free aldehyde group was actually detected under these conditions.Although glyoxal reacted with soy protein under both acidic and alkaline conditions,alkaline conditions were more favorable for the improvement of mechanical performance and water resistance of soybased adhesives than acid conditions.Zhigang Wu Jiankun Liang Hong Lei Bengang Zhang Xuedong Xi Lifen Li 2021Journal of Renewable Materials2021,9,2:5
6pH-sensitive and biodegradable charge-transfer nanocomplex for second near-infrared photoacoustic tumor imaging显示文摘The emerging technique of photoacoustic imaging,especially in the near infra-red(NIR)window,permits high resolution,deep-penetration,clinically reliable sensing.However,few contrast agents are available that can specifically respond to intricate biological environments,and which are biodegradable and biocompatible.Herein,we in troduce a new class of pH-sensitive orga nic photoacoustic con trast age nt that operates in the second NIR window(NIR-II,960-1,700 nm),which is derived from the self-assembled charge-transfer nanocomplex(CTN)by 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)and its dication structure(TMB++).The unique NIR-ll-responsive CTN can specifically respond to pH change in the physiological range and allows noninvasive and sensitive visualization of the tumor acidic microenvironment(e.g.at pH5)in mice with higher signal-to-noise ratio.The CTN is biodegradable under physiological conditions(e.g.pH 7.4),which alleviates the biosafety concern of nan oparticle accumulati on in vivo.These results clearly show the pote ntial of the TMB/TMB++-based CTN as a promisi ng pH-activated and biodegradable molecular probe for specific tumor photoacoustic imaging in the NIR-II region.Zhimin Wang Paul Kumar Upputuri Xu Zhen Ruochong Zhang Yuyan Jiang Xiangzhao Ai Zhijun Zhang Ming Hu Zhenyu Meng Yunpeng Lu Yuanjing Zheng Kanyi Pu Manojit Pramanik Bengang Xing 2019Nano Research2019,12,1:3
