| 1 | An efficient and safe platform based on the tube-in-tube reactor for implementing gas-liquid processes in flow显示文摘Recently,the continuous tube-in-tube reactor based on the Teflon AF membrane is emerging as a powerful toolkit for accelerating gas-liquid mass transfer and reaction rate.Because of its large gas-liquid interfacial area and short mass transfer distance,the reactor can allow a fast gas-liquid mass transfer without direct contact between gas and liquid phases,offering an efficient and safe platform for implementing gas-liquid reaction and rapid determination of gas-liquid parameters.In this review,a detailed description and construction method of this reactor are pro-vided.Then,the recent advancements of the tube-in-tube reactor in fundamental studies and practical applica-tions in gas-involved chemical reactions and biosynthetic processes are discussed.Finally,a perspective on future potential applications of such flow reactors is provided. | Caijin Zhou Bingqi Xie Junxin Chen Yiwei Fan Jisong Zhang | 2023 | Green Chemical Engineering2023,4,3: | 0 |
| 2 | The Effects of WC on the Microstructures and Wear Resistance of FeCoCrNiB_(0.2) High Entropy Alloy显示文摘To improve the wear resistance of the FeCoCrNiB_(0.2)high entropy alloy(HEA),the FeCoCrNiB_(0.2)(WC_(0))and FeCoCrNiB_(0.2)+20wt%WC(WC_(20))HEA coatings were prepared on Q235 steel by laser cladding(LC).The microstructure,hardness,and tribometer of the HEA coatings were investigated using scanning electron microscopy with spectroscopy(SEM/EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),vickers microhardness tester,and pin-on-disc tribometer,respectively.The experimental results show that the WC0HEA coating comprises a simple BCC phase mixed with an M_(2)B phase.Adding 20wt%WC,the WC_(20)HEA coating is composed of a simple BCC phase mixed with the Cr_(23)C_(6)carbide phase.The microstructure of the WC_(20)HEA coating is simple,which consists of equiaxed grain and dendritic.The microhardness also increases from 625.5HV to 806.0HV,and the wear mass loss correspondingly decreases from 30.9 to 14.9 mg.W and C atoms formed by WC dissolution are mainly dissolved in the BCC phase,which leads to the solution strengthening effect.Besides,Cr_(23)C_(6)carbides inhibit the growth of the grains,play the role of fine-grain strengthening,and further improve the hardness and wear resistance of the HEA coating. | BAO Yefeng GUO Linpo ZHONG Chonghui XIE Bingqi WANG Zirui SONG Qining JIANG Yongfeng | 2023 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,2: | 0 |
| 3 | IMPA2 blocks cervical cancer cell apoptosis and induces paclitaxel resistance through p53-mediated AIFM2 regulation显示文摘Cervical cancer continues to be a concern,and the prognosis of locally advanced cervical cancer remains poor.IMPA2 was previously identified as a potential oncogene and regulator of tumor apoptosis.In this study,we aim to further elucidate the underlying mechanisms of IMPA2 gene in the regulation of cervical cancer apoptosis.First,we identify AIFM2 as an upregulated gene in IMPA2-silenced cervical cancer cells,and inhibition of AIFM2 reverses IMPA2 knockdown-induced apoptosis.Further study reveals that AIFM2 regulates cell apoptosis in a mitochondrial-dependent manner with a redistribution of mitochondrial membrane potential and intracellular Ca^(2+) levels.However,the analysis of the STRING database and our experimental results show that AIFM2 has little effect on cervical cancer progression and survival.Further mechanistic study demonstrates that IMPA2 and AIFM2 silencing inhibits apoptosis by activating p53.Meanwhile,the knockdown of IMPA2 enhances the chemosensitivity of cervical cancer cells by strengthening paclitaxel-induced apoptosis.Based on the above results,the IMPA2/AIFM2/p53 pathway may be a new molecular mechanism for paclitaxel treatment of cervical cancer and an effective strategy to enhance the sensitivity of cervical cancer cells to paclitaxel.Our findings display a novel function of IMPA2 in regulating cell apoptosis and paclitaxel resistance mediated by a disturbance of AIFM2 and p53 expression,potentially making it a novel therapeutic target for cervical cancer treatment. | Kexin Xie Lei Liu Min Wang Xianping Li Bingqi Wang Sheng Yin Wanxin Chen Yingrui Lin Xiaolin Zhu | 2023 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,4: | 0 |
| 4 | Highly reactive and reusable heterogeneous activated carbons-based palladium catalysts for Suzuki-Miyaura reaction显示文摘Suzuki-Miyaura reaction of aryl halides with phenylboronic acid using a heterogeneous palladium catalyst based on activated carbons(AC) was systematically investigated in this work. Two different reaction modes(batch procedure and continuous-flow procedure) were used to study the variations of reaction processing. The heterogeneous catalysts presented excellent reactivity and recyclability for iodobenzene and bromobenzene substrates in batch mode, which can be attributed to stabilization of Pd nanoparticles by the thiol and amino groups on the AC supports. However, significant dehalogenation in the reaction mixture and Pd leaching from the heterogeneous catalysts were observed in continuous-flow mode.This unique phenomenon in continuous-flow mode resulted in a dramatic decline in reaction selectivity and durability of heterogeneous catalysts comparing with that of batch mode.
