1Seismic tomography showing subduction and slab breakoff of the Yangtze block beneath the Dabie-Sulu orogenic belt显示文摘Seismic tomography reveals that a subducted ancient block has been preserved beneath the Moho of the Dabie-Sulu orogenic belt. Taking into account of geological and geochronological data, we inferred from the tomographic images that the Yangtze block was subducted northward beneath the Sino-Korean block and broken off at the depth <200 km during 200-190 Ma. 3Recent advances on interface engineering of perovskite solar cells显示文摘Lead halide perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have been rapidly developed in the past decade.Owing to its excellent power conversion efficiency with robust and low-cost fabrication,perovskite quickly becomes one of the most promising candidates for the next-generation photovoltaic technology.With the development of PSCs,the interface engineering has witnessed its increasingly critical role in maximizing the device performance as well as the long-term stability,because the interfaces in PSCs are closely correlated with the defect management,carrier dynamics and surface passivation.This review focuses on interfacial modification between the perovskite active layer and the charge transport layer,as well as the recent advances on high-efficiency and stable PSCs driven by interface engineering strategies.The contributing roles of interface engineering in terms of defect passivation,inhibiting ion migration,optimization of energy band alignment and morphological control are discussed.Finally,based on the latest progress and advances,strategies and opportunities for the future research on interface engineering for PSCs are proposed to promote the development of perovskite photovoltaic technology.Wenjing Yu Xiaoran Sun Mu Xiao Tian Hou Xu Liu Bolin Zheng Hua Yu Meng Zhang Yuelong Huang Xiaojing Hao 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:2
4A Cost-Effective D-A-D Type Hole-Transport Material Enabling 20% Efficiency Inverted Perovskite Solar Celis显示文摘High-performance,cost-effective hole-transport materials(HTMs)are greatly desired for the commercialization of perovskite solar cells(PVSCs).Herein,two new HTMs,TPA-FO and TPA-PDO,are devised and synthesized,which have a donor-acceptor-donor(D-A-D)type molecule design featuring carbonyl group-functionalized arenes as the acceptor(A)units.The carbonyl group at the central core of HTMs can not only tune frontier molecular orbital(FMO)energy levels and surface wettability,but also can enable efficient surface passivation effects,resulting in reduced recombination loss.When employed as HTMs in inverted PVSCs without using dopant,TPA-FO with one carbonyl group yields a high power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 20.24%,which is among the highest values reported in the inverted PVSCs with dopant-free HTMs.More importantly,the facile one-step synthetic process enables a low cost of 30 USD g^(-1) for TPA-FO,much cheaper than the most studied HTMs used for high-efficiency dopant-free PVSCs.These results demonstrate the potential of D-A-D type molecules with carbonyl group-functionalized arene core in developing the low-cost dopant-free HTMs toward highly efficient PVSCs.Jiachen Huang Jie Yang Huiliang Sun Kui Feng Qiaogan Liao Bolin Li He Yan Xugang Guo 2021Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,6:2

6Research Advances of Exotoxin Gene and Related Vaccines of Clostridium perfringens显示文摘Clostridium perfringens,also called clostridium westergren,mainly causes diseases in ruminants,such as gas gangrene,enterotoxaemia,hemorrhagic enteritis of cattle and sheep. The bacteria are divided into five subtypes including A,B,C,D and E subtype,which can secrete more than 10 kinds of exotoxin,such as α,β,ε,ι,γ,η,θ,κ,λ,μ,ν and so on. In these toxins,α,β,ε and ι play a key pathogenic role. At present,the disease is prevented mainly by univalent vaccine,combined vaccine and multivalent inactivated vaccine. And the genetic engineering subunit vaccine and nucleic acid vaccine has wide development prospects. 7Adsorption and desorption mechanisms on graphene oxide nanosheets: Kinetics and tuning显示文摘A knowledge of the adsorption and desorption behavior of sorbates on surface adsorptive site(SAS)is the key to optimizing the chemical reactivity of catalysts.However,direct identification of the chemical reactivity of SASs is still a challenge due to the limitations of characterization techniques.Here,we present a new pathway to determine the kinetics of adsorption/desorption on SASs of graphene oxide(GO)based on total internal reflectance fluorescence microscopy.The switching on and off of the fluorescent signal of SAS lit by carbon dots(CDs)was used to trace the adsorption process and desorption process.We find that sodium pyrophosphate(PPi)could increase the adsorption equilibrium of CDs thermodynamically and promote the substrate-assisted desorption pathway kinetically.At the single turnover level,it was disclosed that the species that can promote desorption may also be an adsorption promoter.Such discovery provides significant guidance for improving the chemical reactivity of the heterogeneous catalyst.Xiaodan Qu Qiong Hu Zhongqian Song Zhonghui Sun Baohua Zhang Jialing Zhong Xuyou Cao Yuanjin Liu Bolin Zhao Zhenbang Liu Yujie Shen Yu Bao Zhenxin Wang Yuwei Zhang Li Niu 2021The Innovation2021,2,3:0

9Efficient and Soluble Expression of N Protein of Peste Des Petits Ruminants Virus and Development of Indirect ELISA显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to get effective soluble N protein to establish indirect ELISA method for Peste des petits ruminants( PPR). [Method]Soluble N protein with high expression was obtained from Escherichia coli expression system through codon optimization and optimization of expression conditions,and indirect ELISA detection method based on N protein was further established. [Result]The assay had no cross reaction with other sheep pathogens. The intraand inter-batch variation coefficients were less than 9%,indicating the method had good repeatability. Furthermore,totally 480 clinical serum samples were detected by the assay,and the agreement rate with commercial ELISA kit( IDVET) was 98. 33%. 10Effectiveness of Fuling(Poria) and its extracts against spleen deficiency in rats via tonifying spleen显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe and explore the effect of Fuling(Poria) in alleviating the spleen deficiency symptom pattern(SDSP).METHODS:We established an animal model of SDS in Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats by treating them with deficiency-inducing factors,including irregular feeding and tail clamping.Mice were administered Fuling(Poria) and its extracts(raw/cooked powder,aqueous/alcohol extract) by gavage once a day for 21 d.The body weight,rectal temperature,and spleen and thymus organ coefficients were calculated.The levels of motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS),aquaporin 2(AQP2),interleukin 2(IL-2),IL-4,and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) in the serum and the level of AQP2 in the kidneys were evaluated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.RESULTS:Fuling(Poria) and its extracts did not change the body weight,rectal temperature,and organ coefficients of the spleen and thymus.However,it reduced the levels of MTL and GAS and increased the levels of IL-2 and AQP2.In addition,the levels of IL-4 and 5-HT showed no significant alteration.CONCLUSIONS:These results suggested the crucial function of Fuling(Poria) in SDSP,especially promoting digestive function and water metabolism.FENG Min JIA Ziming WAN Ming FAN Bolin TANG Xiaoqiao CHENG Wenhua SUN Fanzhong 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,3:0
11Combination of super-resolution reconstruction and SGA-Net for marsh vegetation mapping using multi-resolution multispectral and hyperspectral images显示文摘Vegetation is crucial for wetland ecosystems.Human activities and climate changes are increasingly threatening wetland ecosystems.Combining satellite images and deep learning for classifying marsh vegetation communities has faced great challenges because of its coarse spatial resolution and limited spectral bands.This study aimed to propose a method to classify marsh vegetation using multi-resolution multispectral and hyperspectral images,combining super-resolution techniques and a novel self-constructing graph attention neural network(SGA-Net)algorithm.The SGA-Net algorithm includes a decoding layer(SCE-Net)to preciselyfine marsh vegetation classification in Honghe National Nature Reserve,Northeast China.The results indicated that the hyperspectral reconstruction images based on the super-resolution convolutional neural network(SRCNN)obtained higher accuracy with a peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)of 28.87 and structural similarity(SSIM)of 0.76 in spatial quality and root mean squared error(RMSE)of 0.11 and R^(2) of 0.63 in spectral quality.The improvement of classification accuracy(MIoU)by enhanced super-resolution generative adversarial network(ESRGAN)(6.19%)was greater than that of SRCNN(4.33%)and super-resolution generative adversarial network(SRGAN)(3.64%).In most classification schemes,the SGA-Net outperformed DeepLabV3+and SegFormer algorithms for marsh vegetation and achieved the highest F1-score(78.47%).This study demonstrated that collaborative use of super-resolution reconstruction and deep learning is an effective approach for marsh vegetation mapping.Bolin Fu Xidong Sun Yuyang Li Zhinan Lao Tengfang Deng Hongchang He Weiwei Sun Guoqing Zhou 2023International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1:0
12Efficient and Soluble Expression of α Protein of Clostridium perfringens and Preparation of Genetic Engineering Subunit Vaccine显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to develop genetic engineering vaccine that can express α exotoxin antigen protein efficiently without destroying its immunogenicity for preventing and controlling the diseases caused by Clostridium perfringens. [Method] Efficiently expressed soluble recombinant α protein was obtained from Escherichia coli expression system by optimizing codon,removing signal peptide,selecting sequences with better hydrophilicity and antigenicity,and optimizing expression conditions. [Result] Mice obtained higher serum antibody level when immunized by α protein,and the immune protection rates against type A,type B,type C and type D C. perfringens were 100%,90%,85% and 90%,respectively. The antibody titer of mice within 7-14 d after the third immunization reached the peak. 14A Multi-mode Electronic Load Sensing Control Scheme with Power Limitation and Pressure Cut-off for Mobile Machinery显示文摘In mobile machinery,hydro-mechanical pumps are increasingly replaced by electronically controlled pumps to improve the automation level,but diversified control functions(e.g.,power limitation and pressure cut-off)are integrated into the electronic controller only from the pump level,leading to the potential instability of the overall system.To solve this problem,a multi-mode electrohydraulic load sensing(MELS)control scheme is proposed especially considering the switching stability from the system level,which includes four working modes of flow control,load sensing,power limitation,and pressure control.Depending on the actual working requirements,the switching rules for the different modes and the switching direction(i.e.,the modes can be switched bilaterally or unilaterally)are defined.The priority of different modes is also defined,from high to low:pressure control,power limitation,load sensing,and flow control.When multiple switching rules are satisfied at the same time,the system switches to the control mode with the highest priority.In addition,the switching stability between flow control and pressure control modes is analyzed,and the controller parameters that guarantee the switching stability are obtained.A comparative study is carried out based on a test rig with a 2-ton hydraulic excavator.The results show that the MELS controller can achieve the control functions of proper flow supplement,power limitation,and pressure cut-off,which has good stability performance when switching between different control modes.This research proposes the MELS control method that realizes the stability of multi-mode switching of the hydraulic system of mobile machinery under different working conditions.Min Cheng Bolin Sun Ruqi Ding Bing Xu 2023Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2023,36,1:0
